Great service ,very pleasant gentleman, it was 92° out he had that tire changed before I knew it. And was there very quickly within 15 minutes. On such a hot day I was thankful.
One of the belts under my hood was damaged, though I didn't know it at the moment when I parked in brattleboro. Im glad I didn't dare drive home to bellows falls. I called a different towing company, closer to my home, their guys were busy and recommended I reach out to Brattleboro Towing. The guy on the phone was really polite and respectful. They were spot on with an ETA and when Brandon showed up to tow my car, he was polite, respectful, friendly. I would definitely recommend these guys. Thank you for your help!
I called them for a tow during the sale of my vehicle. I couldn't reserve the tow ahead of time but the service was curtious and quick. Would definitely call them professional.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. AAA had them come out for a simple jump start and one of their “mechanics” clearly is not qualified to be doing his job. i think his name is michael. he jumped the car backwards which caused the battery to spark and almost catch on fire. that screw up resulted in blown fuses, spark plugs, and an alternator. The company acknowledged that they messed up the car and said they would pay for the damage. almost 2 months later, they are refusing to pay and trying to say they didn’t do anything. The guy they sent out was almost in tears because of what he did to the car. These people are not reliable and cannot be trusted.
Picture it: Somerset reservoir, a front wheel drive minivan, and a Rhode Island jabroni (your author) who blew right past the trail head, barreled her way onto a snowmobile path, and immediately found herself stuck in the snow. When I say stuck- I mean stuck.
Over several hours and multiple attempts at freedom, the town and country refused to budge. Snow was dig out, sand was put down. Multiple groups of snowmobilers stopped to assist in my struggle. At one point, there were nine fully grown men pushing away at my very salt covered and road dirtied minivan. Much to our shared chagrin- my car would not move.
I share this lengthy context so that whoever may read this will fully understand the depths of my
mortification. By the time Daniel showed up, I had already decided that this day was to make it onto my top 10 most embarrassing days. As I am rather embarrassing, it is no small challenge to secure a spot in the top ten.

I am ashamed to admit I did not catch- were incredibly kind and gentle with my bruised ego. Not only was my minivan rescued with the help of their giant snowcat style jeep, but the operation was executed with efficiency and ease.
For anyone who finds themselves stuck, I highly suggest calling the team at Brattleboro towing and recovery. Daniel and his compatriot even waited with me while I spoke to the Forrest agent who had been called to the scene of my humiliation. They were fantastic, and I was very happy to create a new contact in my phone for Brattleboro Towing and Recovery!
They saved my butt today. Quick response time and the tow truck operator could not have been easier to work with on a difficult recovery. He had to lay in snow and had to keep moving the tow chain to work my truck out. He wasn't going to quit until I was out. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
I can’t get over how fortunate I was that my tire blew out in such close proximity to this company. Aside from the fact that HARRY (my hero) arrived in ten minutes and changed my tire just as quickly, he could not have been kinder. When he initially passed me on the southbound side of the highway, he beeped to me on the northbound side so I knew he was close. He answered all my questions and was probably one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I’m so grateful for this, Harry is a great person and excellent at his job! 11/10!
The worse service I ever had I was charged 95.00 for a jump start this morning even after he failed to start my vehicle telling me it was either a bad battery or the starter.i had someone else jump start me an hour later it started up and stays charged with no problems I'm very disappointed this was a waste of money!
STAY AWAY THEY WILL OVER CHARGE HEAVY DUTY TOW 450.00 PER HOUR for a winch out. Rude and unprofessional. If I could give a negative rating I would. Harassed my driver and Joe was rude to associates at our business
They knew what they were doing! They towed our 30ft motorhome about 40 miles and put it in our snowy driveway. The crew knew how to do it, and had experience with that chassis and its quirks. Thanks guys! Great job!
Daniel was EXTREMELY helpful. Our car had died in the driveway and he was able to diagnose the problem. He said someone would be by shortly to fix it, and when no one came he checked in on us and then fixed it himself. My husband and I are incredibly happy he was able to fix the car. We are so appreciative since it is our only car. Thank you Daniel!!!!!!

I was in a serious car crash in VT, which is 4 hours from my home and I had to return home before I could get back to my car.
The insurance adjuster could not appraise my vehicle because he could not get the battery reconnected. The fire dept ripped it out of my car when they arrived at the scene of my accident.
Joe took time out of his day to repair and reconnect the wiring harness in my car and then sent images and documentation to me and the insurance company. Saving me 8 hours of driving and and restoring my faith in people.

It was a late Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend. We were broke down, in the middle of VT, coming back from Canada with car full of luggage. Kids were tired and hungry, all of us worn-out from a week of travel... pretty depressing and difficult to think what to do.
Thank you Brattleboro Towing and Recovery for coming to our rescue! We are so grateful for your help during this stressful situation. Your guy drove north about 45 miles to pick up our SUV and tow it all the way back south to Connecticut, where we live, and dropped off at our service center. The price was very reasonable given the distance and fact that it was Sunday evening.

Joe got me out of a major jam. Long story short I got my dodge ram stuck on a snowmobile path (because I’m dumb) and I was buried! Stuck for about 24 hours and no tow companies could get to me. He was able to get out there with their off-road tracked recovery vehicle. I would recommend them be your first call if ever in a tough spot
I was at Walmart today when this elderly woman was locked out of her car. The man who came was quite rude and unprofessional.
We had a slim Jim and were very gently trying to unlock her car, with her permission. He got there and right off the bat had an unpleasant attitude (even the older lady noticed). He was sputtering about us using the slim Jim damaging her car because it has plastic pieces inside the mechanism. He kept going and going. My husband who knows mechanics knew this already. I told him he didn't need to be rude, we were trying to help her help! Then he asked if either myself or my husband were the account holders of the AAA. I said No. He said "then" but never finished his sentence. I'm pretty sure he was going to tell us to leave which of course I didn't. I just stood off to the side and waited. He went to the passenger side of the car and unlocked it. Never hit the unlock button to open the other doors for her or grab her keys. He just headed back to the van. What was the old woman supposed to do, climb over the passenger seat to get her keys!?

Needed to get my plow truck pulled out of a ditch in Chesterfield in the middle of a nasty, mid-day storm. Brattleboro Towing was on scene within 20 minutes of me calling and had me out in minutes. The driver was professional, personable and understanding of the situation. They will be my first call from now on!
Wanted to charge me $225.00 just to get my left front tire out of a ditch. Probably they thought they could take advantage of me since it was a Sunday, no other choice and 45 min from where my car was! Kindness from people pulled me out for free and took 2 minutes.

Unfortunately I was scammed by this place. I was stuck on the side of the highway and needed AAA, but the tow driver told me they couldn’t find anyone from AAA to come help me. Later I found out that they DO drive for AAA, the driver was just trying to get more money out of me and he was not very pleasant. The tow was really expensive for about a 2 mile tow and now I am going through AAA to try to get refunded for my experience.
First called the dispatcher who was very very rude and on professional. Then I go and pay my bill cash in hand. Said I have a tow company to come get it as it not drive able said it had to be out at 5 but tow truck would be there at 5:15 nope that won’t work. Also have pictures of them hauling the truck with only 2 straps.
