BUYER Beware....DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES
On February 20th 2020 we drove to the dealership to buy a used Chevrolet traverse, upon checking the car few things were pointed out to the sales person and we were told that it will be taken care of, upon delivery of the car and as I drove it the car had the same problems, called the dealership and complained and the car was picked up for the second fix and the dealer had it for a few days, the car was dropped off again and upon driving the card after the 3rd fix it still had the same problems with nothing done to it.
The problems were the following,
1. Brakes are soft and the car doesnt stop on time.
2. Car tilts to the right and as it drives and it's very hard to control the steering wheel.
3. Steering wheel wobbles as the car drives and excessively vibrates and shakes.
I called and complained to the sales manager (Nate) and instead of listening to the problem in hand he started threatening me if I were to complain more about this that he will toss the car back in my driveway and that there is nothing I can do about it.
Called the general manager Chad and left him a message but have not heard anything back from him or his office.
The dealership still has my car since the purchase date....please stay away from this dealership.
