I am a local and I think this is the best auto shop in town. These guys are great. I had a dead battery in a car that I didn’t drive for a prolonged period of time and they charged it overnight (twice!) without asking a penny for it. They might seem a little rough around the ages, but really kind fellas!
Second time I’ve gone and the lady at the front desk just doesn’t acknowledge or serve black people. No im not making this up. I stand for 15 minutes both times and she helps the person that walked up way after and acts confused. Just say that you only serve white people there that crap is ridiculous. It’s Brattleboro I’ve been here 18 years and never experience racism until I go in this old American feeling place. Disgrace. And ima. Very patient and polite person in case you want to stereotype me without knowing me. This place is crap.
Our car battery died unexpectedly, and we headed straight to O'Reilly Auto Parts. The team there was incredibly helpful and efficient — they quickly checked everything, confirmed the battery was the issue, and replaced it on the spot. They even took care of recycling the old battery and gave us a discount on the new one. Fast, friendly, and professional service. Highly recommended!
Very kind employees who helped me diagnose my engine problem and determine whether it could be fixed and even helped me replace some parts. I'm very grateful.
I guess these people are racist. I got a warranty on my breaks to brink in and swap out and Helen refuses to give me my money back trying to put it on a card I haven't used in years worst location I ever been to it doesn't makes sense for this type of service I'm going to corporate and we gone see this plays out....
Came into this location with my 5th wheel RV not having any trailer lights operating. Dave the manager, whom has to be one of the nicest and empathetic humans on the eastern seaboard, took me right to the problem....my wife and I thank you sir! You are a true patriot in a world that needs more people like yourself. Thanks again Dave! 😁
Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Tim genuinely saved my butt in a sticky situation of fixing a scratch in the hood of my car and was so gracious about it all. The store itself had a good standard selection of auto products and was well organized. I would highly recommend.
walked in to get parts for my vehicle and the manager there took the time to assist me even though they were relatively busy with other customers. He didn't just point me in the general direction of the products but rather walked me over to it and showed me the best choice for what i needed.
We went there to get brake shoes for our car. They gave us the wrong ones. We went back the next day to exchange them. Right off the bat the woman behind the counter was rude and snappy. So when she finally listened to my spouse he asked her for a refund twice we got the refund and went to advanced auto got the right shoes.
This place is horrible after over 20 years of doing business with them they kicked me to the curb and closed my account because I did not spend enough money with them
I like the place personally. If they aint got it, they are more than willing to go find it. Prices are reasonable and competitive as much with anybody else. They've got a rewards program.
Helen has gone the extra mile for me more than once. All the staff are friendly and willing to help.
Really great selection of great products and an outstanding staff with great knowledge of product and really outstanding personalities and communication.
Stopped bye the other day needing some new wiper blades, was greeted as soon as I entered the business. The clerk was awesome once he found my new wiper blades he offered to install them, he was very quick changing them out.
