I've bought two vehicles at eastbury from jeff and his dad. When jeff says that the vehicle's one hundred percent, he means it. I did buy an s ten with seventy k miles for very little money and it needed front bakes in AU joint, and he told me about it. And bought me the parts technically, by discounting the vehicle. They have a Van right now for sale that I'm very interested in. I just can't get down there. Arg
Jeff and his wife were AMAZING! They made it happen within only a few hours for me to drive off the lot with a newer version vehicle I already had and got me the perfect price of a payment I was looking for. Made it also work out as well for the financing to get the loan without any money down and was able to bring my other fully paid off vehicle back home so I can have time to put what it needs for repairs to get back kn the road again.

I bought a Volvo from them. It was a piece of garbage. The day after I got it home passenger airbag light on, clicking sound from the engine compartment, all kinds of Evap system errors, trying to fill gas tank and won't fill because gas handle kept clicking off, wrong size tires on it, getting 12 miles to a gallon. Other things too. They finally took it back. I don't believe the go over there vehicles before the sell them.
Yesterday I had a flat tire and desperately pulled into East Barre Auto hoping they could put some air in it so I could at least get it home. Come to find out, there were a pair of wire cutters lodged into my bumper which we're assuming went into my tire first. The guys there were so kind. They patched my tire up for me without hesitation. They helped out of the kindness of their hearts and I couldn't be more grateful!
Bought a 2007 charger from them. Had a cracked radiator. Spent 300 to fix that and blew out the rear main seal. Great people and I think this was a fluke however I'm not happy with my purchase at all as the owner said "the drive trains mint"
This place is a scam, bought a Subaru back in January and was told all the brakes, wheel bearings, and oil undercoated was all done and newly replaced with parts. Turns out they put used rotors on the brakes, tpms light came on 4 miles down the road, was not undercoated at all, rust spots have been spray painted over, and all wheel bearing were so rusted on they were NOT newly replaced like I was told. Not to mention after I signed everything the car only came with 1 key (spare), other 2 keys were lost. Will NEVER buy a car from them again.
Purchased a Subaru Outback a few weeks ago and we are very happy with the condition of the vehicle and the fair price compared to other dealers in the area.
Bought a car back in October had problems with it 2 weeks later. Had a shake in the front end kept bringing it to them issue never resolved time and time again. Rear brake line breaks 2 weeks later locking my rear brakes up after they said they just replaced all the brakes before I bought the car. After multiple times bringing the car to them after I bought it for problems was told no thats not the problem come to find out it was the problem wheel bearings. Ontop of them saying they had multiple mechanics look at it and test drive it. Bottom line they basically want you to tell them exactly what's wrong with vechile to fix as if your the mechanic. Very unprofessional and not to mention the lady and Jeff are highly rude and disrespectful. Recommend never buying a car from these people.

Should be more stars: My situation was critical, i was moving to Florida in a week or two. My current truck really started to give me problems including a hole in the header pipe. This was going to be timely and expensive to fix. So i searched online for 3 hours and decided to go to East Barre Auto Sales. They had a couple of trucks that interested me. I was there first thing in the morning. Told Jeff my situation. Test drove one truck that was in excellent shape but was a two wheel drive and where i was currently living it was not going to get me up the hill to my house. Then on the suggestion of Jeff i tried another truck a 06 Ram with 82,000 miles. It was more than i wanted to pay and i still owed 4,000 on my current vehicle. Never thought he would be able to make it affordable, i knew what my budget was, and being in the car business as a sales person i knew it would not meet my budget. Jeff made the deal work. He gave me crazy money for my trade and came down on his truck's price. Then the bank cut the deal back another 3,000 dollars, he asked me if i could put money down. He met me half way on the 3,000 dollars. We made the deal. I could not believe it. One of those deals if it is too good to be true, there has to be a catch. I kept thinking what and the heck is wrong with the truck he sold me and was convinced that something had to be wrong with it. I did put rear shocks on it, a small price to pay for such a beautiful truck inside and out and underneath as well. I have now put over 6,000 miles on the truck and could not be happier. I could not be more pleased with Jeff his Mom and his dealership. I also had a hitch off my old truck that they put on the new one. Hats off to Jeff and his place of business. If you don't visit his place of business, you will only miss out on excellent service, price, and human companionship. Thanks again East Barre Auto Sales.

Rude and ignorant owner. Belligerent and condescending towards women who know about cars. Not even 1 year since I bought this vehicle from him and I've already had to put about $3,000 into repairs. My suggestion is have a mechanic check a vehicle you've been planning on purchasing from this guy. Chances are you'll mechanic will tell you don't buy the car

Jeff and the team did an awesome job with the bodywork on my wife's car. Pretty sizable damage and now the car looks brand new! Best body shop in Central VT!!
I stopped in to look at an old truck, and saw a few other cars that interested me. Everything was real neat ,clean and organized. The staff wasnt pushy. The prices were fair. They are making it very easy to own my dream truck

I thought at first it was going to be a great experience dealing with them, and then it turned into a nightmare. I was told that the car I got from them had been completely gone through and that was a lie with in 4 months of having the car I had to put brakes and rotors all the way around it and they did nothing about it and right after that I had to replace both front struts and needed brand new tires so with in 4 months of owning this car we had to put 1,500 dollars into it
Just a great experience all around! I found my perfect truck there (Ford F150 stx) It's absolutely beautiful, classy and bad ass rolled into one. Decided to use their bank for financing which was super easy, fast and painless. The staff there are great people and are all laid back, friendly, and helpful. The whole process took less than an hour (excluding the test drive)
I would highly recommend this company if you're in the market for a new/used vehicle.
