They were so respectful got me in very fast and walked me through repairs I didn’t know I needed. A lot of the repairs needed that the dealership I got my car from passed onto me. The pricing was very reasonable too.

While driving from Quebec City back to Massachusetts, I noticed my front bumper was not secure and went to Don’s Auto Service. I called with an immediate inspection issue and they got me right in. They were super friendly, competent and their shop is all new with all the stuff you need, including a door big enough for my 38’ Motor coach. James at the front desk was exceptionally polite and to my shock offered to inspect the vehicle for free.
They did a completely thorough job, the inspection report was very detailed and they even called to give me their insight.

Dons auto Service is outstanding!. After traveling from New York, the water pump blew in our truck and they fixed it within a day at their new facility, which is absolutely stunning and cutting edge. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone with auto repairs. The price is fair and they work with your extended warranty companies as well. James, who took my initial call, was compassionate to the situation as we had to be back in New York on Wednesday And managed to fit us in his schedule the very next day, which was shocking since the GMC dealership told us to leave the truck for 4 to 6 weeks which was absolutely ridiculous. Very efficient timing and honesty! They had my car in and out within a few hours and cleaned her up before sending her home. They also were quick to respond and give me a quote. The website and confirmation is very easy to navigate and the staff was super helpful!
We are from Virginia and had a problem with our car. We were sent to Don's by a stranger. What excellent advice. Scott, Don’s son, was there and personally helped us and fixed our problem immediately. He was so helpful and honest with us. I took my truck in for wheel alignment after I rebuilt the front end of my truck. New upper control arms, lower ball joints, tie rod ends, camber pins, pitman arm and stabilizer arm. Don's auto had my truck for a total of 6 hours on two different days. On the second day, Scott came in and completely ignored me when trying to tell the service writer what was wrong with my truck and why they couldn't align it. Scott stated that the camber pins are broke and the camber adjustments are worn out. I investigated my truck and found out that they chiseled on my camber adjustments to get it in place and pushed or broke my camber pins that were new when I did the work on my truck. Everything on the truck that would have to do with a wheel alignment, all moved freely because it was new. I am a 100% dissatisfied with the service that I received from Don's Auto. Due to the damage on my truck by Don's Auto, I now have to redo all the work on my pickup, to replace my camber pins, my camber bolts and adjustments. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles to this repair shop nor will I ever recommend this repair shop to anybody. If you are willing to damage a vehicle to do the work instead of coming forward and stating that you are not able to perform the work without doing damage then you are not an honest repair shop.
I was in a predicament and they came to my rescue! They got me in and out so quickly. I had a nice visit as well. I felt safe to travel back to Michigan without any fear of breaking down again. Thanks again to everyone that got my car in, and cared about my safety.

Don’s is the best. They always take great care of my car. They also have a heart. My dog was sick and I need to change the time of my appointment. Even though they were crazy busy they fit me in and wished me luck with my dog at the end. It’s nice to take your car to a place with people who care about you. Thanks Dons Auto.

We were visiting family in Newport, VT and our van blew a spark plug. We were referred to Don’s by the local Ford dealership.
They were fantastic, friendly and took us in right away. They repaired our van quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable rate. Since we go to Newport frequently, we will be sure to keep Don’s on speed dial.
First time I went to get service performed it was done fast yet with a lot of care returning my car in the same condition in and out as I left it but with repairs accomplished. It’s sometimes frustrating when you take your vehicle to service and then pick up to see your interior has grease all over the seat and mirrors are all changed etc not with the case of Don’s garage! I highly recommend them and also they can schedule you in a reasonable time. Godbless all and thanks Don’s Garage for your outstanding service!
I was having issue with my vehicle while traveling to the area to visit family, that were pretty scary! The team at Don’s Auto got me in right away, even thought they had a full schedule, and checked over my entire vehicle, identified the problem, fixed it, and communicated with the dealership I had bought it from in Maine to ensure everything was ruled out. I didn’t have to do a single thing but drop my vehicle off and pick it back up. The team was super responsive and great about explaining everything to me. Very thankful for the team and people that actually care! The area is lucky to have Don’s Auto!
Very prompt and friendly service. At first, I was concerned because their new garage was a work in progress, due to a fire, but they had a temporary work area set up, and did great work! We are native Vermonters visiting from out-of-state, and I drove a long way on very bad brakes. The folks at Don's got us in quickly, were super friendly and offered us coffee and water. On the phone they asked questions and details about our particular problem. We called two other places, and were given appointments two weeks away. We would definitely seek their expertise again. Trusted honest garage who won't charge just to tell you they can't do the work. They offer curtosy checks so your not stuck with a bill for vehicle that isn't worth fixing. Itemized bills and email links with pics showing the issues offered. Very good customer service! Very happy I called to see if they had reopened. They have a shop behind the new building they work out of for now.
