Mike Watson is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He genuinely cares about your having a reliable ride. He returns calls, advises if you'd be better served elsewhere, and is always pleasant to everyone. As a small shop there are equipment limitations on what he can do. You have to accept that this is the case but, that said, when he cannot do it because of these limits you'll wish you didn't have to take your car elsewhere. The Upper Valley is lucky to have him.
Great service, fair and trustworthy. I had an issue that the dealer and another garage could not fix. Watson’s had great communication, scheduling and fair pricing. I could not recommend them enough!
Took car here because it was making weird noises, and after looking at it they determined it didn't need any major repairs. Fixed the noise and saved me a load of money.
I've been going here for the past six years. They're busy because of a great reputation. They know I need my vehicle for work and have been very accommodating.
I had the worst experience ever at Watsons. I took my car in for small things in the past and have always been treated with respect and friendliness by Bob. The man I spoke to today was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’d brought my car in for a check engine light issue months ago which I thought they fixed. Shortly after, the light came back on. When I called I was told it wasn’t an issue, that it happens with old cars like mine. I trusted them but now months later I’m not able to pass inspection in another state because of the light still being on. I tried explaining this to the man who said I was complaining and accused me of not telling them right away when I did. I asked to speak with the Bob and he said Bob was too busy. When I pressed him he said he was Bob’s son, which I doubt. In the middle of this he said Bob shared with him he’s been dealing with my complaints many times which was in direct conflict to his earlier statement that I’ve only been to them one time only. I would give less of a star if I could for my ill treatment of this very rude man. I’m sure Bob wouldn’t allow such behavior towards his customers. I hope he sees this and addresses this with his employee. 9/29/20 11:15am

The Watson's are one of those rare families who seem to be able to work together with respect and appreciation for what each one of them brings to the business. Bob and Nancy have done well to raise 2 young men who are just nice young men.
Great bunch. My work truck broke down and they were able to order the parts I needed and got me going again quickly. I recommended them to a widow friend of mine and they took good care of her as well...without high cost that was quoted to her by a different garage.
This place is a dream. They are like out of the movie 'Cars'... very happy, completely professional and they know their cars. Inherently social, your car will be fixed properly, and you will get a thorough and honest explanation even shown under the hood or lift to see exactly what is going on, and will happen in the future, so what to look out for. Dog and baby friendly, with a waiting room of magazines, this is a hopping place with good reason. They also have a lot of room so they can fit you in an emergency. Never go anywhere else.
