Went in for a code read to see why my check engine light is on. The guy there told us to clear the codes (which we found out you’re never supposed to do) after we cleared the codes the car started to run badly. We went in and told the guy and he said he’d come out and look but never did. Had to get it towed away. Terrible experience. Just go to O’Reilly.
My go to auto parts! Great service. Always the correct part. I like the deals on tools they have. Prices are reasonable. Its a large store so walk around.
These guys and gals know their stuff. I price shop everything and NAPA almost always comes out on top, even against Amazon AND they offer really good warranties on a lot of their parts. Lifetime for some. I get every part I can here.
Got a radiator that was bent from factory. When I went in with it to get an exchange the man spend half an hour trying to prove I was wrong even though anyone could see the bend. Hope to never deal with him again. If Wes isn’t working I’ll stop at O’Reilys or Federated instead.
Whent in and tried to order some very simple parts for a common motor. they couldn't even try past looking it up to say they don't have them. absolutely useless staff for the most part. They will not even try to help you they just say we can't get it. The bolts I needed where common and when I talked to another employee the next day he just went in the back and retrieved them. then tried to order a oil pan gasket and again was told they xant get them. absolutely a joke. I will be taking all my buisness to other part suppliers. waist of time and employees wanna just play dumb and not do any thinking or actual work to help you
Janel at the Morrisville location is the perfect customer service employee. She is very knowledgeable about automotive systems and products. And on top of that she is the consummate customer service representative. She always has a smile and goes the extra mile for everyone. Thank her for her service. 😎
Recently remodeled and doubled the size of the store. They had the best price on a battery for my plow truck and friendly service. Much more merchandise on the showroom floor to choose from.
Went in looking for some parts and was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. Would rather shop somewhere else unless absolutely necessary. Felt like I was being judged for not knowing some parts or proper names of things. We all need to start somewhere and learn right? Doesn't help the self esteem when the people you go to for help are rude.
Sometimes a bit of a wait, and it's limited in its offerings due to size. The personnel give you their full attention once up to the counter. The wonderful woman behind the counter even helped us with a parts issue outside. Very personable! Will return!
