We could not be happier with the results we got from Xtreme Collision. There was extensive damage to our car from a hit-and-run accident but Xtreme made it look and drive like new.

I wish my insurance company didn't use this place. Had a dent in the door jam. Must have rolled it back out but definitely not perfect. Now I have paint scrapes on the inside of the door jam and what looks like the cleat marks of whatever rolling tool they used on the outside. Honestly probably would have just left the dent and saved my money if I knew it wasnt going to come out perfect.

On one hand, the place functioned really well with my insurance and rental vehicle. It created very little logistical stress for me. On the other hand, my truck was returned with less value than when it went in. My car was hit in a parking lot and affected the bumper and one rear corner panel. They replaced more parts than necessary. Any part they replaced was done with an after market part that feels cheaper and fits less well than the OEM parts. They also took apart the entire rack system on my vehicle and reassembled it incorrectly and with critical parts missing. I did go back and forth for a bit, but then it just wasn't worth it.

Great service, did the repairs two days faster than estimated, dealt with the insurance with absolutely no issues, rental car location so easy pick up of the rental if needed, absolutely no complaints. They even detailed my car after (a van with 4 kids' mess inside, no easy task!), that was the cherry on top of an all around great repair experience.

Very professional and quality work. I had minor cosmetic damage to front bumper of my 2011 Crosstour. It now looks brand new. Paint matches exactly. I am a repeat customer.

I was disappointed to discover that my vehicle’s audio system was malfunctioning upon return, even though it was working properly at drop-off. When I asked for assistance, I was told to seek a diagnostic at another shop, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. While the body work itself was completed well, I expected to receive my vehicle back in full working condition, and that expectation was not met.

My car was at Extreme Collision for body work. The staff is amazing and kept me updated throughout the entire process. AND THEY DETAILED MY CAR!!! It was like new when I got it back. Even without that, It was a seamless and positive experience.

I got in an accident mid November of 2024. I hit black ice and hit a guardrail. My right rear bumper was effected and the sensors that were in the bumper. I made a claim with my insurance and they said the closest shop to me was Xtreme Collision. I made an appointment with them, the soonest they had was March 12th. They said it will be done fairly quickly because they’ll order parts in advance. I bring my car in on the 12th of March and they told me 2 weeks at max for it to be done. I then receive a text that it will be done April 2nd. I call because that was longer than what they had originally said and they said they had to order more parts, yet the receptionist said that it hadn’t been pulled apart yet. They’re now saying it will be done April 7th because it has to be calibrated and the people that do it are only there on Mondays. I call to make sure it’s ready for me to pick up on the 7th and they say it will now be the 14th to the 17th of April that it will be ready because something about the calibration not being right. I then wasn’t able to pick up my car until the 23rd of April.I was paying for a rental car the entire time and they offered to take over the rental as of the 7th of April which they didn’t and I continued to get charged until the 17th. When I picked up my car on the 23rd I noticed it looked like it had been side swiped and had a small dent on it. I took pictures and went back inside asking what happened and that it should be fixed. The manager in so many words said that they didn’t do it and the best they could do is buff it out. I have pictures of my car prior to the accident and after the accident and the scrapes nor the dent were on my car! Fast forward to today the day they said they would buff it out it made the scratches slightly less noticeable but not completely gone and the dent is still there. Whitney the manager reiterated that they were not responsible for it and that repainting it would be expensive. He also told me he didn’t know what to tell me and that if they had damaged it they would have told me. I do not recommend this business, they are unorganized, unprofessional, and damaged my car more then refused to take any accountability and fix it correctly. I will say on a positive note the receptionist Jenni was wonderful and made the experience more tolerable.

They destroyed my truck. I brought my vehicle in after an accident it took them a month to do the repairs and afterwards the body panels didn't fit together properly. I brought it to a second shop which looked at their work and told me everything needed to be done because Xtreme used all low quality aftermarket parts. After the estimate from the second shop came through GEICO totaled my car out because of the cost to do all the repairs again. They managed to take a minor collision that required a few new body panels and totalled a perfect truck with less than 13k miles than can not be replaced. Zero stars. Additionally, they cracked my windshield while it was in their shop and tried to gaslight me to think that the chip was preexisting. And no point during the ordeal did they reach out to me besides spam texts to leave a review. So here is your review.

Left my car to get worked on while I was out of town on vacation, I loved the app so I could follow & see how it was progressing. Adam made the entire process comfortable & I felt very at ease as this was my 1st experience having to deal with repairs through my insurance company. My car looks great & I'm very pleased with the finished product 😊

These guys were booked two months out when I initially got my collision insurance appointment set up, but once it was there the process was easy and smooth, and I was able to pick up my car a few days early and have had no issues with the repair. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, though obviously busy. They even did a quick detail on my car so it looked great when I picked it up. My only small issue with the repair is that one piece of plastic trim is slightly darker black than the others, but with some detailing and once it weathers they the repair will look perfect.

Took our car in when other shops were months out. I'll be honest, I was a little nervous about the quality of the work given my car was 6 months old. It turned out in excellent condition (and it was a mess, both front and back). Communication was immediate when asked with very friendly and courteous staff.

The damages to my car after the coverings were removed were extensive. Josh and crew did a great job acquiring the parts for my foreign car and getting the work done with excellence pretty close to the expected time just being able to see cosmetics work . I am very happy with their great attitude and professionalism even when I was stressed out. Would definitely recommend. Thank you crew at Xtreme.

This place is simply the best. A family run gem. Josh is the most kind and thorough shop manager. He made sure all the minute details were taken care of with insurance and my rental needs. The staff provided timely and exceptional work on my vehicle, 2 times now. And you leave with what feels like a car detailing. I'm so happy.

Please do not bring your vehicle here. Adam is unprofessional and short-tempered. We brought the car by in October, and the diagnosis from insurance was that it would be totaled (we then withdrew the insurance claim at that point). We did not have money to remove it from their lot, and when we brought the vehicle we ASKED about storage fees or paperwork and were told there were none (they did not make any specifications). After about 3 months (during which we did not have the money to take the car to anyone else) we called to ask about what it would cost to fix any part of the car, but were refused service at that point (I don't know if they don't work on totaled vehicles or were simply refusing me and my fiance). That is also when Adam became irate and rude on call about removing the car from his lot, or storage fees would be charged. He told us we "obviously weren't trying very hard" to have our car fixed and that we had no excuse to not "get it off his lot". He accused us of car abandonment since he had not heard from us, but as far as we were aware, it was stored in a safe place and not causing issues - our numbers were on file if that were not the case. I've worked customer service for years, and been to many local shops, and have never treated anyone/been treated like that without cause. He ALSO told us he needs to be paid for the work done, asking "so you don't think I should be paid? you don't?". He said we owed him. When we arrived to pick up the car, HE SAID there was NO BALANCE because our insurance had paid it off months ago. No apology for accusations of not paying him or raising his voice. They also "threw away" the parts they had taken off. I use quotes because my untouched headlight module, retainers, fender upper rear molding, both grille pieces and bowtie emblem were "thrown", but NOT the headlight module damaged in the accident; THAT they put right in my car. Please treat your car and yourself with more respect and go anywhere else. (I'm assuming I may get a response attempting to gaslight me. Last call and interaction were recorded, and we have the receipt for proof of payment. I am only saddened recording cannot be added.) BEST PART: car damage is being fixed for less than half of the over $6,000 quoted, by an honest mechanic with stellar reviews. Extreme Collision has no problem trying to take advantage people.

Such a highly professional, reliable and quality-service business! After six weeks of frustration dealing with lousy GEICO claims process and piss-poor service by a car shop in Morrisville, I was almost at wits end when I was told that GEICO had again screwed up my claim but that they would repair the car and correct claim info. Not only was the bumper replaced within five days of drop-off, the car was washed and detailed that it looked brand new! And they’re just nice people. Want great auto care and customer service? Take your car to Xtreme Collision!

After hitting a deer my whole front driver side needed repairs. The shop was honest with expectations during this stressful time when not having a vehicle. While it took longer then expected to fix they did a great job and it looks good as new again! Would recommend them!

I normally don’t like doing this but it feels necessary, had my car brought here after someone t-boned me, the other persons insurance company suggested this shop. Where the actual impact happened looks fine, but once I got into my car to drive it I noticed 1) The sun visors are backwards, so the mirrors are facing out. 2) The lights on my knob aren’t working 3) My seat heater lights aren’t working, and my seat heaters don’t work as well! What the heck guys. Not to mention trying to get updates on the status of my car was non existent. I was already stressed over this whole experience and this shop just added to it. I would not recommend this shop to someone. UPDATE SINCE LAST NIGHT WRITING THIS: My tire pressure light turned on today!!

My wife and I have had several vehicles repaired here after accidents and they always do an amazing job. The facility is clean, attractive and comfortable to sit and wait. Having Enterprise there with rental vehicles is extremely convenient! Thanks Adam, Amy, and your crew for another great job!

Walked in to ask a question about a small dent on my front end from a semi truck that threw some road debris in my hood. Just wanted to ask about anything they could recommend product wise so I could do it myself. The woman at the front desk just wanted to get back on her cell phone and told me only a body shop could fix it and I was looking at about $200 for a small hood dent. I was able to do the job myself for $35. Would never take my car there for anything. Rude staff member who cared more about her phone than actually helping.

I had some minor front end damage. Insurance company estimate was for $1350. I took it to Xtreme and asked them to just fix the structural for me and not worry about cosmetic (i.e. get the hood latching properly, fix some gaps between hood and quarter panels). They got it done in a few hours for about $100! I couldn't have been happier. Tucker at the front desk was great to deal with.

I have been consistently happy with their work and prices. The facilities are clean and the staff makes sure to greet you and make sure you're taken care of quickly so you can get on with your day. I have felt swindled by many car mechanics- that's never been the case here. You can feel good about leaving your car in their hands.

The damage on my car also damaged my tire. When I brought my car in for the repair of the dent, my tire, right under the dent was punctured. I dropped it off with low air in that tire & picked my car up days later with the same low air. After putting air in my tire daily, I returned to Extreme & they claim it was not caused by accident & they put a plug in my tire that only lasted days!! My tire should of been replaced along with the damage right above it!! I will not return there or recommend this place again!!
