Jim is so great! My car was stuck in the mud on a Sunday morning and he came out within 20 minutes. He was friendly and his pricing was very reasonable! I highly recommend him and his services.
I called roadside assistance who got polar bear towing. The address sent them 10 minutes from where I was. I explain to the driver where I was but they cancelled the service instead of coming to help.
Jim saved us yesterday. We were on a very icy road and went off in the ditch at a very bad angle. Jim showed up in 15 minutes and was able to pull us out in 10 minutes. Amazing skills and professionalism! Highly recommended!

I called Polar bear towing around 7:00 pm and they picked it up and came to where I was within 20 minutes. I had a flat tire in the side of the road. The tire I had was the wrong one so Jim went back to his shop and went to get the correct tire for me. Being a female in her 20’s and it was getting dark Jim called the police and made sure they knew I was there. He said he also has a 20 year old daughter and wouldn’t want her to be alone in the dark. he got back within 30 minutes, fixed it up and I was on my way. Great service. Very affordable. The place I called beforehand a dispatcher service they were going to charge me $180. Jim charged me less than half. A great service and very helpful person. I highly recommend you use this service.
Jim is an amazing tow operator! He knows his stuff! He doesn't have a mean bone in his body. He lets the local fire departments do some training at his yard. Couldn't ask for a better operator. And you definitely can't beat his prices!

A gentleman in the store helped me and called Polar Bear towing for me and they arrived shortly within 20 minutes.
They came to help me and had to open my door a little and pick the lock or push the unlock button to fully unlock my door.
All in all they were very helpful and quick to arrive to help me out. And their prices were extremely reasonable!!

USE SOMEONE ELSE - I called Polar Bear and keyed in my number. It was not clear what would happen but I was hoping for a call back. I needed my boat trailer towed and was told that they were probably the only ones with a long enough flatbed in the area. Jim called me back after three times leaving my number and said he "could probably" do it Sunday and to call him back and remind him. That should have been a red flag for me, but I did just that. I called him that Sunday morning and he said he'd be out within two hours. Five hours later he never showed and I tried calling several more times. I never got a response and he never came. I had to find someone else to do the job. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
The worst towing business I have experienced in my life. AAA sends them out, I would never call the service voluntarily. I have been left on
the side of the road for HOURS several times by this poor excuse for a business. My guess is it is a sole proprietorship, as no one seems to be available to notify as to the lousy service. NEVER CALL THIS LOSER.
Very helpful, and allowed me to hitch a ride back home even with the pandemic still in motion, got my vehicle on the back in no time considering how awkward my vehicle was set on the road.
