It can be really difficult to find an honest, reliable shop/mechanic. We moved to Enosburg around 2019 and have been bringing our vehicles ever since. Honest, fair, and reliable. We've even had to unfortunately use them for towing more than once. Would recommend over and over. Thank you LaRose's! :)
A great Gas station/ Garage which has its own fuel attendees, either being the boss or a employee who are typically welcoming, and the garage part which does fantastic auto work, for cheap pricing, aswell as a 23/8 towing service which is awesome.
I normally try to support local businesses, especially ones that have a strong reputation in the community, which is why I brought my vehicle here in the first place. I specifically asked for the underneath of my vehicle to be looked over because it was making noises while driving. Unfortunately, when I picked it up, the vehicle sounded exactly the same and I was told the issue had been addressed.
I was also charged for mounting and balancing my tires, even though that was not something I requested. To make matters more frustrating, when I later brought the vehicle to another shop for a second opinion, I was informed the tires had not actually been mounted and balanced. In total, I paid around $150 for services that either were not requested or apparently were not completed properly, along with an oil change. All the while not having a vehicle for about a week and having to make a call to them to see if it was ready.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but clear communication and honesty are extremely important when customers are trusting a shop with both their vehicle and money. I’m disappointed because I chose this garage based on its reputation and expected a more thorough and transparent experience.
I can’t recommend LaRose’s enough. It’s hard to find an automotive shop these days that is actually honest, straightforward and doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and got straight to the issue with my vehicle. The staff is friendly, professional, and they talk to you like a person, not just another ticket number. If you’re looking for a shop you can actually trust to do the job right, LaRose’s is the place. I won’t be taking my vehicles anywhere else.
I don't usually do reviews. But I was charged $67 to change a headlight bulb!! And I even supplied them with my own bulb that I bought myself which I gave to the guy fixing it! Super expensive place. I will never return here. And I recommend everyone to go someplace else that doesn't rip you off!
This guy is a rip off not only did he make it so I couldn't get my car now he won't let me get my things out of it I don't have a car so I can only come when I can but he don't care he is never working always out doing whatever won't let u come when u can this guys is bad business I'm calling the better business bureau this place needs to be shut down
negative 5 stars. took my vehicle to get it inspected. waited one hour past my appointment time and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. The woman behind the counter was rude. Bad experience. Go anywhere but here.
