I had a dead battery that they jumped so I could get to the shop for them to replace. Then when I needed my alternator replaced they recommended a great mechanic, ordered the parts, and had me back on the road less than 24 hours after I knew there was an issue with my car. Thank you so much!

Great services from everyone else but Hunter (Assistant manager) he won't let us utilize our owe account when we bring 20 thousands dallors in business a year if not more.. secondly ask him to order parts 3 diffent times now & its unfortunate that parts weren't ordered... I have customers who expect there automobile back in a timely fashion, making them not satisfied because of his actions of prejudice and bias bc I made a complaint at the lowest level possible, but it gone furter than needed, do to his actions ... In additon this rewinds my rereputation in the automotive industry of this I having to push things back farther making my customers not satisfied with men of his actions , we are not happy with Assistant manager Hunter of Enousburge,Vermont.. I'm not satisfied with his people skills and believe he needs either Training in human relations or put in a different department of the business or even Fired for not even looking into it or even cling the manager who my 2nd cusion..
They gave me the wrong oil filter for my suv so I had to get a ride back while my vehicle was still on jack stands to get another one, and then they gave me the wrong one again and garented me it would fit!??? It DOESN'T!!!
I frequent this parts store. I am here so much I know the employees like they were my friends for twenty years. Lol. Great parts store for all your tool and automotive needs.
Bought one front wiper blade and one rear wiper blade for my ford
explorer. They charged me close to $30.00 for both. I thought that was really
steep and the manager said the cost have recently gone up on blades.
I could have bought OEM Motorcraft or Anco blades for less than $3.00
each online. Seriously taken advantage of. Never again.
Have a couple of friends working there, they are real helpful and pleasant, as any store nowadays they can carry only so much inventory. I am just happy that I know some of the neat people who work there, makes all the difference in the world.
