I will be recommending Bee There Towing to EVERYONE I know! My driver's side ball joint and tie rod gave out, which I know is a nightmare to tow because the same thing happened on my passenger side last year and extensive damage occurred just getting the car on the flat bed. Tonight, Wesley (I believe that's his name) arrived to tackle my nightmare tow and I was totally prepared for more damage to be done getting the car on the flat bed. He was soooooo incredibly careful to not do any further damage and for that I am eternally grateful. Excellent customer service. Excellent service in general. Thank you so very much guys!!!!!!

Bee There Towing was called by my insurance company for roadside assistance when my car needed to be brought to a garage 30 miles away. They were able to pick my car up that same day and arrived 5 minutes after I got off the phone with the driver! Talk about prompt service! The driver was friendly and made the process so easy. He put my mind at ease, was very professional, and delivered my car without any issue! If you need a tow, I highly recommend using them! Thanks again!

The dispatcher, tech and tow people I spoke to were all very nice. +5 stars I did not Love the $420 cash only cost to pick up your car extortion this business is running. -3 stars

30mins upon my arrival into Vermont from NY, I had 2 flats on a mountain road middle of nowhere on a cold Friday evening with close to no reception. Emergency roadside assistance took a couple of hours to locate a towing company and a big shout out to Lance who was in the middle of completing another job and accepted mine. He was in communication with me every step of the way which was reassuring given the circumstances. Everything was settled in 2 hours, highly recommended!

Im not from the general area but got towed to a safer spot by one of their drivers for a 2 min ride on them and than I found out theyre the ones I'm waiting on through AAA. I'm not to thrilled about having to wait but the roads are bad and they had alot of calls but I feel reassured that when they do come to pic me up and bring me to my shop in Burlington, everything's going to worked out!! Urrrgggg vehicle frustrations. Ugh

Had my toolbox moved, twice. He was very fast but also mindful of scratching my box or messing up my wheels. Also, please note they are VERY inexpensive, look around and you'll see.

Lance from Bee There Towing was wonderful when I got a flat tire on my motorcycle on a Sunday. He was stuck in leaf peeping traffic in Stowe but stayed in contact with me and assured me I did not have to stay with the bike and he would take care of everything. He was great!

When you get gas at the pump and start your car and it doesn't click over at 9:30 at night... What are you going to do?......You are going to call Bee There Towing to the rescue! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Thanks to Caleb who came out and got my car running. He was knowledgable about a few things of what i should do. Caleb was such a pleasant gentleman, very friendly and was their in a matter of 25 ish minutes. I will be calling in the morning to set up my appointment to get this battery issue resolved!! Thank you again Caleb!! ( and thanks to my friends for recommending this place in time of need) I'd give 10 stars if I could. ? ?????????

The dispatch woman was so nice in a very stressful moment. And Lance was there within 30 min to change a blowout tire on the highway. He was also very kind. I called two other tows before this and they both said “sorry no time to help”. Which isn’t what you want to hear off the highway. Thank you Bee There

These folks are just the friendliest people, great service, great price. I needed a boat on a broken toe trailer moved. Not a short distance either. They didn't blink, and it was cheaper than any other place by a mile!

This company is awesome!! Caleb saved my day when he came to change out my flat tire on a Saturday morning. I am from out of state at the time staying in Vermont. I have roadside assistance who dispatched Bee There. He called me shortly after I requested assistance to let me know when he would arrive. He was timely and had a very pleasant personality. He literally saved my day. Thank you Caleb and Bee There Towing. I will recommend you every chance I get!!

I was stranded partially in a ditch after ice fishing on Gilette Pond on winter's night. The tow provider assigned to me by AAA wasted an hour of my time deciding whether they would come up - 13 miles from Burlington for an easy job. I then called Bee There and Caleb was there within 41 minutes. Super friendly guy, super-skilled, and he had my car back on the road in about 8-10 minutes. Super professional/gentle job, no harm whatsoever to my vehicle. Strongly recommended, these folks are the real deal and they know what they're doing!

This operation and their technician was great. The technician was personable, friendly and you could tell he was truly concerned for my safety. I had called 2 other places prior and neither could help me. For Bee There it was not even a question, the service technician was concerned about how long I would have to wait based on my location relative to his and the weather situation. As a 50+ year old woman, driving a Porsche, needing to call someone to put my spare tire on because my husband is in Italy and couldn’t come help, during a winter storm warning at midnight in the middle of nowhere with poor cell service, I fully expected to get gouged on pricing. That was not the case. Their pricing was very fair. Their service was quick and the technician was great. I highly recommend Bee There. They helped turn a terrible situation into a mild inconvenience.

Got my car towed which I understand is not the companies fault but they will only take cash. They have no ATM. Imagine you park in a spot thinking you are going to be safe find out your car got towed and then you are already out time, money, a vehicle. The only nice thing was the fact that they gave us a ride to their place. The only ATM available was 4 miles away. Would have been impossible but luckily there was a kind women who works there that gave us a ride. If you are going to tow people who are already upset, shocked, and frustrated and you are going to be cash only you need to provided an ATM. Also I got toed roughly 5 minutes away less than a mile and they charged me $150. I watched them tow someone’s else car and it took less than 5 minutes. Talk about ripping people off.

Got locked out of car up at burrows trail. These guys came and rescued me within like a half hour amazing service and relatively cheap/well priced! Couldn’t have been happier with my experience with them today

I blew a tire on my brand new car at 11:30 at night on a Saturday. I was in a position where I couldn't change the tire. I called Bee There, we lost connection and Ben called me right back. Had someone out in a half hour who made sure to run to their shop and get a flatbed because my car is AWD drive and has a lower suspension and shouldn't be towed any other way. Thank you so much Bee There Towing! You made a very stressful situation a whole lot less stressful!

I called AMA roadside assistance to get my daughter's Liberty out of a deep ditch. Ervin from Bee There Towing showed up. He did a great job of pulling her out on a very busy road just after evening rush hour. She bent the front rim on a rock in the ditch and pulled her out without any more damage to the car. Then when he dropped it off at our house he put it exactly where I asked and even squared it up to the garage. Very Professional, would definitely recommend him to tow anything for me.

I called Geico for roadside assistance because my Mercedes needed to be towed back to the shop. It had just been inspected 3 days prior and I was concerned about a few drops of fluid under my car. Geico sent Bee There towing. After speaking with the tow truck driver about how it would be easiest to approach the tow, and giving him a cash tip for his services, I was surprised when my housemate came to tell me he was still in the driveway trying to hook up my car. We watched him for several minutes and I was immediately nervous about how much he was brushing against it. A few minutes later he came walking up to the door and knocked. He sullenly announced that while trying to attach the tow hook he leaned into the front end and popped out the fog light. We both went and took pictures of the light and he apologized. When I pointed out the scuff marks he said that's where his jacket was brushing up against it but that it was only dust marks. He informed me he had the clips for the fog light in tact and apologized again stating that he wanted to be honest with me about the situation. That is where the honesty began and ended. A few hours later the owner Ben called me back and left a message stating that the driver said the light was crooked already but forgot to mention it to me, and that there were no scuff marks caused by the driver. He said the light must have fallen out due to vibrations and that it was all considered pre-existing damage prior to the tow and not caused by it. He immediately claimed deniability without hearing my description of the events. VERY SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Thankfully my shop was kind enough to fix the light and buff out the light scratches but I pose this question. Why was the owner being so crooked about such a simple matter? And to think this owner is representing a company as large as Geico. They will be the next to hear about my customer experience with BEE SHADY TOWING. Take your business elsewhere.

My daughter was coming home and was coming down a hill and ended up hitting black ice. She ended up sliding and going into a ditch. The car ended up on its side. We called AAA and they told us a tow truck was coming. We get another call from them letting us know that it was going to take longer because of roads. Soon after, the tow truck driver they were sending called said he knew where we were and asked how the road was. I gave my husband the phone. The guy told him that we was turning around going back to the shop and not coming. He wasn’t going to bring his experience truck out to us just to get paid $60. So we called AAA again and told them what happened and that we were just down the road from Bee There Towing. Like maybe 10-15 minutes they showed up. They were quick to come to us. The expected time was longer. So a big shout out to you because you came right away and didn’t cancel on us.

My car went deep into a ditch in horrible weather. They took the time to bring out their big truck and make sure that my car was pulled out slowly and safely. Somehow they managed to avoid doing any damage at all to it when pulling it out, which I did not think would be possible. It drove home like brand new! Additionally, while in the freezing rain and sleet, my tow operator stayed with me while we waited for the other truck to arrive. He was supportive, informative, and friendly. He made the wait bearable and insured I stayed safe. This is a wonderful family business run by people who truly care, I can't recommend them highly enough!

In February of 2017 I was traveling through and got stranded on Stark Mt during a snow storm at 10 o'clock at night. Being from Texas and my first trip to Vermont, I did not have snow chains. I was in a new 4x4 dually with a loaded 40ft trailer in-tow. I lost traction close to top and slid back into a turn. A very nice family picked me up, took me to their house to use a phone to call my family back home and to call a tow truck. An hour or so later the truck showed up and proceed to get me turned around. It took a couple hours due to the snow and my truck and trailer getting wedged between the mountain and the guard rail but we did it. The guy was super nice and knew what he was doing. After it was all said and done we got my truck turned around and headed back down. To this day i still tell this story and laugh. I met some really nice people and all things considered loved my trip to Vermont. But in short, if you are need of a tow truck, this is the company to call.

I highly recommend! I broke down while traveling with my 3 year old from NY, my worst nightmare. Quick and courteous tow to the shop. Straight-up shared trouble shooting thoughts and plan by the mechanic. There was no attempt to upsell me anything, just a desire to fix my problem and get me back on my way. I was on the road in a day for a fair price. Thank You!

We called him on a Saturday where we were in an emergency situation. Four other people tried their best to help us. Ben was very professional and eager to help since he has a 4WD wrecker and has chains to add to his tires so he knew he wouldn't get stuck as well while helping us get out of the ice and snow. Before we called him we were resigned to walk, get a ride and come back to try to get our car the next day. So if you are ever in a bind, call Bee There, he'll try his best to help you. Thank you.

Ben helped move a small cabin out of an incredibly tight spot and over tight terrain. He is a wizard and took incredible care not to damage the cabin or the surrounding trees. There were so many unexpected challenges with this project and his creativity got the job done quickly and efficiently. I couldn't recommend them more highly. If you have any odd moving projects, Bee There Towing is place!

Highly recommend these guys! I needed a tow tonight because I was stuck, and i didn't wait very long at all! Within a half hour I was out and for a very reasonable price! Super nice guy too! Thanks to Bee there for saving me tonight!!
