Locked out of my car in very cold temps. Very quick and nice service. He could not get in at first and went back to his shop and came back as he promised with more tools and was very patient and finally got the lock to open! Thank you very much. Would recommend his services anytime!

Rod was beyond helpful when I was in an accident a few days ago. Not only was he able to get to the scene of the accident and tow my car within 10 minutes of me calling, but was so kind, and had great information on the next steps that needed to be taken with the insurance companies, and repairs, etc. In situations like this, finding someone who genuinely wants to help is rare, so it’s much appreciated!

I cannot recommend Rod enough. After a failed car repair project he was nothing but kind and and accommodating as we struggled for multiple days to figure out how to transport our car to the shop safely. Rod was responsive, cooperative, and even urged me to seek other towing companies in the area first to make sure we got the best rate (spoiler: he is the best rate!). Definitely would recommend Blackfork if you're looking for a tow in the area!!!

Very professional I called they gave me a quote then told me I might be better off getting it towed to a shop to save some money. So I called around ended up they were the best price. they have a nice wrecker. Good driver put my truck right where I wanted it 100% recommend dont waste your time calling around they are the best

So I had the displeasure of needing these guys the other day for some illegal equipment on the road, which sucked but was totally my own fault and not on the tow guy. However, he was very very helpful, literally asked me “how can I make this better”, and even waited down the road for us to finish up so we could get the car seat, pay, etc. Never fun to need a tow, but I really appreciated this guys tact and willingness to make a lame situation better. Didn’t get his name, but to the man who helped me out and met me at my kid’s daycare, thank you. 5 stars.

Rod from Blackfork was AMAZING! Not only did he come quickly, we broke down in a terrible spot on the road & he worked fast to get us out of the road. Needed a tow on a Saturday morning from my home to the car dealer. Rod was here in 30 minutes. I hitched a ride with him and really enjoyed his company. Great guy, great service!

Arrived within minutes, when I called with a dead battery in the village of Richmond. So much faster than if I had called AAA. Rod also checked a few things to see why it wouldn't start. I am grateful to have such friendly and professional service right here in town.

Rod seems like a really nice guy. He charged me what he said he was going to and the price seemed very fair. He uses a flatbed which I prefer to having it pulled behind the truck. I would recommend using Blackfork towing if you find yourself in need of help.

First and foremost if you are on Google choosing a towing service or roadside assistance service based solely off of everything that’s important then this is the company to go with. my wife was stranded at a gas station with a dead battery in the middle of winter. I immediately called Black Fork Towing in Richmond based off of a very quick Google search. The gentleman on the phone, named Rod, claimed that he would be there in five minutes to assist her. He got there in three minutes. Thankfully Rod was able to fix the issue quickly and get my wife back on the road and on her way home. Just like that another day saved by Blackfork Towing and especially, Rod. 10 out of 10 would recommend again. Thank you Rod!

I broke down on the side of 89 in the morning and every towing company I called told me I would have to wait 60-90 minutes. Ron came out to my location in less than 25 minutes and towed my car to the dealer. I rode shotgun with him and he was Covid conscious which I appreciated. he's very friendly and professional. I highly recommend his services.

Got a flat on 89 and my AAA wasn't working so randomly called tow companies in the area and boy am I glad I called here. They were able to get to me in less than 15 min. Changed it super fast and were really friendly. I was not in an ideal spot for a busy Saturday afternoon and was alone with my kids, the sense of urgency from the driver Rod was much appreciated.

Had a great experience. Help arrived quickly and my problem was solved in no time which cleared up the frustration I had. Very professional and personable. Seemed to really care about my situation and wanted to resolve it. One of the better experiences I have had with getting towed. Would recommend everyone reach out to him if around his area in need of a tow.

Rod came to my rescue. I was plowing my driveway and lost traction and slid backwards down the driveway and into the trees. He told me he would be there in 10 min and could pull my truck out of trees. Rod did this and so much more. I strongly recommend Rod's punctuality and professionalism his great expertise getting my truck untangled from the trees.

Rod has moved our tiny house twice now and was the perfect person both times. He helped us precision place it both times and made us feel totally at ease with all the parts we were nervous about. Slid off our driveway after a winter storm. Rod came right up. He was polite and very knowledgeable about what he was doing, he had us out in no time! I would highly recommend Rod and we will definitely use him again. His dog Eloise is pretty spectacular as well!

Rod arrived very quickly on the scene. I was worried that my car was going to be damaged by the snow bank but he did an excellent job of towing me out at just the right angle. He definitely knows what he's doing and performed the job quickly and efficiently. Nice guy too!

Rod gave me really great service, took extra precautions to protect my car when pulling it onto the ramp, and was able to meet his dog! Definitely cheered me up a bit. Was a little expensive for how close I was to home, but great experience overall.

These guys were fantastic. Recently needed a tow, called them at 6 AM and they were tremendously friendly and courteous. They explained I could even leave the car and they would take care of everything for me without even being there. They even left a receipt in my car when I forgot to ask for one - and I left enough money for a tip and they were so honest they left it behind as my change. Either way, top notch service and very customer service oriented, which you don't seem to get much these days. They took excellent care of my car and it arrived safely to its destination. I highly recommend these folks and wish more businesses operated the way they do.
