I just got one thing to say they’re excellent in their prices but as for customer service and keep it in contact with their customers over car parts they order they are no good in. I had it happen there once OK I understand stuff like that happens but now twice both times I set up appointments for my car to get fixed the next day. Well, the first time I had to reschedule I went in and ordered some car parts. Told me they’ll Have them in But I get there. They don’t have my parts after 15 minutes, searching and trying to figure out where the part is they look on the computer and come to find out they had told them the day before they cannot deliver that part because I don’t have it in stock, but did they call me and tell me this no they did not so I had to reschedule my appointment for my car to be fixed again. It’s a big inconvenience especially when you make appointments with companies to get your car fixed and you have to go back to them and say sorry I don’t have the parts because where I was buying the parts couldn’t tell me they didn’t have them in stock so I had to go to somebody else they had to order them so hopefully I’ll get my parts from AutoZone because I had no choice. Can’t count on O’Reillys for your parts.
Amazing service and very welcoming atmosphere! Colby helped me find the battery that best fit my car and installed it on site. He was very kind and informative. I will definitely be coming back to this auto-shop for any future car needs.
From the moment I entered I was greeted and welcomed. I was assisted with finding the right item for my vehicle. The employee gave me practical advice and patiently given time to make a decision. My questions were answered without judgement and I left very confident with my punches.

Wouldn't change a battery for me (a woman without tools!) but changed one in a Lincoln navigator (a man and woman in the vehicle!) while my husband was in the store. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Need a headlight my headlight went out Steph gave me the little details and replacing it like don't touch the bulb and which one I would have to look for when I open the hood staff were informative.
There was a man and woman who was waiting on a guy to find the part they were waiting for and they took off after the guy there ignored them and stayed in another area. Than the guy dealing with me wouldn't even show me what they had for what I was looking for. I left just as unsatisfied as the other guy and woman. Fix your store at this location. Your people are lazy and very rude
Got advice and purchased luggage nuts for some factory replacement auto rims. I had an also purchased lug nuts ; however , the nut seat did not look the same as the oem lugs. Th O’Rielly sales person came out to the car and reviewed the replacement rim seat and the seat of the rim on the car (we removed a lug nut) He determined I should use the oem lug nuts. I don’t have to but since he was so helpful I purchased a set of lug nuts to use with my oem rims next summer.
My engine light came on and another light came on. I was like yay repairs Stopped in to see them at O'Reilly's and guess what they hooked that machine up and told me exactly what it was. And then my light goes out in the other lights. I'd recommend them 100%.
This store is fantastic. Solid selection for sure, but it's the customer service that's second to none! I went in desperately needing a change in my driver's side headlight, but my 8-month-old son is feeling under the weather and I wanted to make sure I could watch him. The employee here was more than happy to install the new headlight for me and did so with a smile. Amazing service. Best auto parts store in the area with the best staff!
I bought a set of super blades here and went off to do other errands. When the wipers were attempted for installation, one of them had a bad clip. I returned and they replaced the clip free of charge and even installed the router blade. Go team!
Fantastic service. I walked in with my dead battery to get it tested, they immediately helped me, charged the battery and tested it, all for free. Super helpful and professional staff. I’ll be going to this store for any parts I need in the future. Highly recommend!
I usually buy online for cost savings but have found O'Reilly's to be inexpensive on a lot of items. My order is always ready in store and the staff is actually knowledgeable about what they're selling.
Thank you Brian & John! They were able to get me the correct spark plugs after several other retailers sold me the wrong ones or had nothing at all. Shout out to Anthony at the Milton store for calling over to Essex to track down the parts I needed. All on a Sunday morning.
O'Reilly's is competitive with advanced Auto parts and AutoZone and may have certain car parts that advanced Auto parts might not have such as a VTech oil pressure switch. (Lol)
The service was good, however I was under the impression that they would install my new car battery for me, but when I purchased it they didn’t even offer.
Knew what They were talking about and had everything in stock. I even baught a torx set which i broke, to much torque I guess. They took it back no questions and I grabbed the expensive one, which did the trick... Fyi there is no t35.
I was worried when Bond Auto sold to O'Reilly's... And even though the loss of a local Warehouse has slowed down many many parts from same day to next day availability (so they no longer have an advantage over other parts stores in our area on that front) , the quality of the staff working at my local shop make up the difference! Super attentive with several older gentleman who definitely know their parts and have a real industry knowledge. The younger gentleman that work there makeup for their lack of deep parts background with plenty of enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile.
I went to Bond Auto to get wiper blades and bulbs for my directionals. Not only was the service I received prompt, but very courteous. Have a badly damaged back so Norm not only installed the blades but also the lights at no charge to me. The quality products and great service is why I only buy parts and Bond Auto.
Went to auto zone for wipers .i thought i found the right ones. Employees to busy talking to each other left went bond . Ryan got the wipers and had them installed in just a few min. Ryan has awesome customer service skills. Highly recommend
