Don’t go here unless you want to get ripped off! Been going to John Leo’s for nearly 20 years with no issues and I will now never be returning. $246 for a simple oil change and tire changeover on a Toyota. Charged me $6 for 3qts of windshield washer fluid I never told them to add. Plus it wasn’t even low, so not sure why they even checked that to begin with. I could have done that myself for $2… Then I was charged $35 for a lug torque? Literally never heard of this extra charge. Like, they have to do that as part of the install anyways 🤦🏻♂️ Then my old tires were pretty bald so they charged a whopping $9 PER tire to get rid of, whereas some dealerships take them off your hands for free! They make money off the old tires anyway. Their excuse for these extra charges were, “Well this is how we stay in business.” Like, wow. No business from me anymore. I’ll miss your dog. And Carol was nice.
Needed a last minute state vehicle safety inspection for my 2021 Jeep Cherokee, in addition of an undercoating prior to winter. They were able to squeeze me into the schedule, as I was able to leave the vehicle with them for the day. Did a great job with the wax undercoating for $300, plus the standard price for state inspection. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:30am, and they called to let me know it was done around 1:15pm. Friendly people at the counter and on the phone, very happy with service!
I always have a wonderful experience with this garage! They're kind and honest people and provide a welcoming atmosphere. I've gotten services from tire change overs to state inspections and have always been given a fair price and genuine service.
Bonus points that you may get to pet a sweet dog or cat during your visit♡. State inspections on an older car can be stressful, but not with a fuzzy friend and kind people around!
I have been going to John Leo and sons for 20+ years for auto service. They are honest, fair, and the most wonderful people you will ever meet. If you want to be treated fairly and honestly this is the place to go.
John Sr. And Carol are the nicest couple that care about their businesses. Just a great place to go for many of your needs. I would recommend them to anyone. Car repair, storage, landscaping, and landlords.

I needed some crushed stone delivered to my home. My order was filled quickly and the delivery was on time. The driver was super courteous, and dumped my stone in 3 separate piles to make it easier for me to spread. Also, very competitive price for the crushed stone and delivery charge. Definitely a 5 star business and I would highly recommend.
I have had my storage units over at John Leo and Sons for approximately 3 years. Carol and John are excellent people to deal with. The units are in good shape and priced very reasonably.
VIP has been taking all of it's company vehicles and personal vehicles to John Leo for the past 10 years. Everything from oil changes, brakes and exhaust to transmission swaps. Never a bad experience! Only what you need and at a fair price. Highly Recommended.
John, Carol and the whole crew at John Leo & Sons are wonderful people and a pleasure to work with. I have been using their services for at least the past 25 years. I am always met with a smile and a "can do" attitude. They accommodate my needs and time limitations. What a great place!!! The folks that work here are so kind and accommodating. We brought our car in for an inspection and they went out of their way to provide the best service possible.
Very disappointed with John Leo and sons. I reached out to have work done the road. I met with an owner twice and he said he could do it. I did not hear back and called and was told in a week. After a week the owner would not return my call or email me back. I get it if they got too busy I just wanted the common courtesy of telling me he changed his mind. Have you had the same experience where they stopped communicating and avoided your calls?
Won't find friendlier people they have helped me more times than I can count from fuel delivery to keeping my car/truck on our hard vt roads 5 stars is not enough.
I bring all my trucks to them for everything. They are fast, reliable, and a great price. I highly recommend them

If I could give more stars I would! This is the last honest car shop in Vermont, I'm sure of it. They always call me with issues before fixing them so I'm not stuck with any unexpected bills, and the owner and his wife work right in the shop. They are always so flexible and understanding when it comes to repairs and scheduling, and answer your questions without being condescending or dishonest just to get money out of you. I'll never bring my car anywhere else as long as I live in Vermont.
I purchased a 2000 Honda from Green Mtn auto spa and dealership ..inspected by this repair shop! The sub frame is rotted and the exhaust from the cat back is rotted and the brake lines are bloated covered with undercoat to hide the rust and bloat...am filing against them through DMV and the courts.
