The front desk lady was very courteous and polite. Looked very organized.. I will always give 5 stars until they do something to change my mind and they had my son's car in, diagnosed, and fixed in no time flat.... so it's going to take A LOT to bring it down even a point of a star

Everybody at Groton Tire and Auto are great people and they care and want you to be safe. I may be bias because I've known them for basically my whole life, but even if I didn't, I would recommend them with whatever you'll need because they are caring, and great people that will do what they can for you. You don't find those qualities in big box stores or in people in general these days, but you will find them here.
Great service with very reasonable prices. The entire shop seems interested in what your having done or what you're purchasing. No hard shells no extra work if you don't need it The mechanic comes out and tells you what needs to be done what could be done and let you make the decisions.
