This place has had my car for over a month now and has still not worked on it saying "its not a priority" this is my family's only car and we live 30 minutes from a store, we have called and emailed with no responses, if I could give negative stars I would, if they had at least been updating us or something I wouldn't be so mad but I called a week ago and haven't heard a word about my car, next step the police
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I have only spent 90 minutes there, while waiting for an oil change/removal of snow tires and balancing. Another similar visit and I will feel much more qualified to add the last/fifth star. Kind, efficient, and seemingly competent, but again, I am not considering myself to be a judge of such, not being so myself in the automotive topics.
Has recently changed hands after Jim's retirement. Parking lot and waiting room is a mess. An associate got snotty with me when I tried to make an appointment and I tried to get out of there ASAP. Jim and his crew were amazing. But since the management change... don't go here. I felt very uncomfortable.
I have been using Weybridge Garage for many years for my Tacoma truck, my Prius and now my Camry. The great service I’ve gotten from them has been so dependable and reasonably priced I wouldn’t think of looking elsewhere. In fact, I don’t go to the Toyota dealer because Weybridge Garage is less expensive and more trustworthy. Plus, they are friendly and always try to accommodate me. The owner has been working there for 45 years and is not only one of the nicest people I know, but a top-notch mechanic. His team is equally talented and friendly.
Weybridge garage has ALWAYS been my go to garage there extremely experienced in all aspects of mechanics and I know whenever I have car trouble and leave my vehicle in there hands it's safe, nothing has EVER been missing... there very thorough and are always faithful about having my car done when they say it will be, I'd never take my vehicle to anyone else as I grew up here in Weybridge and have known this business my entire life. I'd definitely recommend Weybridge garage for all of your vehicles repairs big or small they will always take care of the problem and there price is VERY reasonable!! I give Weybridge garage a 5 star rating 👍
Great, trustworthy garage. I been taking all my vehicles there for years - Subaru, Toyota and Jeep. Never had a bad experience, never was disappointed and always satisfied with the cost and the work.
Took my son's VW Passat to Weybridge Garage. The Tire Pressure Light was on and it needed an inspection in order for him to get his license.
They got me in the very next day and the car was fixed and inspected within 2 hours and the price was VERY reasonable!
I will definately bring it back when it needs more work! GREAT PLACE!
