These guys work hard to give you what you need, they'd rather have your car running well than sell you parts you don't need. They talked me out of buying a battery, saved me 200$. Great people!

Not only are they friendly and courteous, but I am handicapped, and they are very willing to bring stuff to my car for me so I don't have to deal with the hardships of getting out and going in!

He king to see if they could diagnose my “check engine light” on my vehicle and they said they could. Saved me a diagnostic service at a local dealer.

The Middlebury shop has the most knowledgeable staff out of any O'Reillys I've been to.

Have not enjoyed O'reilly seance they took over. #1 auto offered way better parts and deals. The staff is still very polite and friendly but you can tell its not the same anymore. Their store brand I rather not buy and though they offer a discount for veterans program it still doesnt cover the extra cost that came with name change

Experience has dropped drastically since they bought out #1 Auto. They rarely have what you need in stock.

I needed a new pair of wiper blades for my wife's car plus they were on sale and free installation. Customer service is outstanding!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They’ll let you look at part breakdowns on their computer system which I’m finding a lot of places won’t let you do that anymore (even pre COVID) pricing was in line with other local part stores and they usually have a wide selection of parts on hand.

Very helpful and assisted in checking battery for us when our battery light came on!!!Also would like to give shout out to Brad for putting new battery in our jeep in time crunch!!!Great place

Manager rung me up, checked to verify what I was buying would fit, and was very friendly. They had everything I wanted, so no complaints.

went in on Sunday afternoon needing windshield wiper blades, was able to purchase them for half of what it cost at Walmart! Not to mention they installed for free within seconds wonderful service highly recommend! will never buy windshield wipers anywhere else awesome people to work with!

My car broke down in Middleberry today. O’Reilly was the only place open. I called every auto parts store for an hour and they were the only one with the part I needed. When I got there they brought out a very clean and well stocked tool cart and let me use it for free. I was back on the road in 45 minutes and they even let me use their sink to wash my hands. Excellent service! Friendly people! Go there!

Great costumer service. Been going for 20 yrs and never had an issue. They are so willing to help and answer questions even if you are not buying parts.

Very friendly, helpful staff. They have a huge supply of parts in stock and very short turnaround on special orders!

Folks are helpful and the prices are par for the course. The parts tech I spoke with seemed knowledgeable (discussing a 7.3L Powerstroke in a 1997 F-350) and he quickly ordered the parts I needed and had them in the next morning.

They know their stuff and can get parts fast. Friendly too!
