John went above and beyond to get me back on my way as quick as possible and was friendly and kind the whole way through. Very honest, straightforward and patient. I can't recommend J &J more highly. Oh and very reasonable prices too. Only wish I lived nearby so I could use John as my 24/7 Mechanic.
Very responsive and genuine. Accidentally locked my keys in the car early Saturday morning, Jon came to my location and got my car unlocked within 5 minutes. Very impressed and thankful!
Excellent independent shop with great service and reasonable prices. I was visiting the area on vacation and my car’s traction control and ABS lights were on. Called and dropped it off, and it was ready the next day. Jon is a pro. He showed me the scan data for my car’s issue and also showed me the old, broken parts. I was staying a couple miles down the road, and he even came and picked me up when it was ready. If I lived closer I’d bring my car here every time. Thank you, J&J Auto.
