Caught between a rock and a hard place. 4PM on a Friday and the lady answered first. She was SO MUCH MORE than patient as we had bad service. 20 miles north of Hanksville and limped it to their garage. Glad we did. Extremely nice, very good people. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times. Fantastic people! Fantastic small town business!

I got a cool property. I’ve stopped by before to check it out great for trailer repairs if you’re passing through in the area, I was looking for an auto mechanic once, but they were not able to help with that. Very nice folks though.
Carolyn and Jeff safed not only my day but my entire vacation. I beached my car in top of a hill at nightfall and was truly lost. They helped me out immediately and got me back on the road safely. I was quite excited and they were very kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

Can’t even begin to describe how amazing Carolyn and Jeff are! Truly the best kind of people. Our truck broke down out in the desert and they were quick to help us out and get us back on the road. They are both so genuine and helpful, we really lucked out. We’ll be stopping by next time we’re in town just to say hi!
You never want to be in need of a tow company, but if you do Kiteley’s is the best there is. Friendly, fair, responsive, and professional. I needed an off-road vehicle recovery and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Jeff and Carolyn were the kindest, most well equipped, and most helpful couple I’ve met out here and they quickly and expertly resolved my problem. My car was stuck in sand too deep to pass and had to be recovered. They’ve worked with a variety of insurance companies and were able to get me sorted away so that everything was covered and paid for without wrecking my budget. I felt safe and important while they worked with me. Very family friendly and genuine individuals! I certainly don’t hope to get stuck too often but would call them first if I’m ever in a tough spot.
Possibly the nicest people on the planet. In addition to clearly being a master of their craft, Jeff and Carolyn couldn't have been more helpful to us in our situation. After being told by other reapir shops it could be weeks or months before I'd be able to drive my boat trailer again, Jeff had it fixed and had me back on the road in less than 24 hrs. I only wish Google would let me give them 6 stars for the truly exceptional service and kindness.
Jeff and Carolyn are top notch. It's refreshing to meet good, honest, people so willing to help when you need it. Staying open late to get me new tires. As I pulled into their driveway, they came out of the office to greet me with a smile on their face at 8 pm at night. They weren't put out at all and I'm extremely grateful for their help.
I never actually went to this place but I did call them before heading out of halls crossing and they gave me some great advice over the phone and reassured me for my boat trailer bearings. I can tell they know what they're doing and I would feel at ease if I ever had to drop my boat and trailer off to them.
Wow! The couple that runs Kiteley's is oh-so-amazing! Our Malibu boat trailer's bearing blew out while we were finishing up our Lake Powell trip. We were preparing for a super-long day and a crazy expensive fix. Then Jeff and Carolyn came to the rescue. They went above and beyond to help us. They worked so fast, and we're kind and explained in detail what they were doing and what to expect. Their pricing and estimates were right on. In less than 2 hours we were back on the road. It was a big blessing! Huzzah! If you need any boat help and are in the area, choose them! Honestly, we will always go back if we have boat or car or trailer trouble in the area.

On the way to Lake Powell and boom in an instance complete destruction of the front axle of my tandem axle boat trailer and I have a fairly large boat! It stopped me on a dime from 45mph on a very narrow stretch of road with soft shoulder...buried! Called AAA whom eventually got me through to the fine, friendly and very knowledgeable folks at Kiteley's, lucky for me they had just finished up a tow and like lightning fast they were there to save the day! Hooked me up with the local hotel which were great folks as well took my boat in replaced the axle, fixed the rear axle, put new tread on and had me back on the road the next day! Jeff and his wife were so kind to help us with a boat trailer problem. They made it really easy and saved us time and $. Jeff was already headed to Bullfrog and was able to bring the correct parts to us. Some simple text messages were exchanged with pictures to show them the damage. They knew exactly what we needed. Incredibly kind family, and some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! They knew I was in a pinch, and came to my aid quickly, despite the fact they were dealing with a county-wide power outage due to a wild fire.
They gave bottled water to my wife and kids, and kept them entertained while my trailer tires were being replaced. Their location has some really cool old-time vehicles that my kids explored.
I think every time I head to Lake Powell from now on, I’m going to make it a point to stop in and say hi.

Jeff & Carolyn are the nicest and accommodating people we have ever encountered. We have had to call on them 4 times and they have always come through to help us with our needs. If you ever need road assistance or help in the Lake Powell/Hansville area, this is the place to call.
These people are amazing - we had to get a tow after an accident, and not only did they drive the 30 miles to pick us up, they helped me fight with my insurance, and even drove my friend and I over 100 miles to get a rental car! They are amazing people, and are there to help.
