We originally had called for a Tow through our dealership as it was under warranty, the company who was supposed to come that was only 20 minutes away, we ended up waiting 3.5 hrs and they never showed up so I called Winterton and he was there in 5 minutes 🙏🏼 so great, friendly and professional! 10/10!
This guy was awesome. He came out to tow my truck to a mechanic, and was able to recognize the problem right away. We looked at the battery, made a quick adjustment, and he jumped my truck since it needed a new battery. He didn’t charge me for coming out at night, which was surprising. Most people would charge for even driving out, especially at 8 PM. I will be using this guy and referring everyone I know to him.
They were able to get to me quickly, but the best part was Casey the tow truck driver. He did an amazing job getting my truck safely out of a difficult spot. He was cheerful and patient and undoubtedly saved my truck from serious damage. I think if it had been anyone else I could have spent thousands either in repairs or in specialty fees to get my truck moved safely, but because he took the time my truck is safe and has minimal damage.
I had been waiting on the side of the road for 1.5 hours for another towing company that my roadside assistance automatically sent. I called these guys and asked if they could come. They said they were on their way. Within 20 minutes they were there to get us. I am beyond greatful for a towing company that does good business. This is the company you want to call.
I had such a great experience with casey at winterton automotive! He really went the extra mile when I was visiting the Hurricane area! Took care of my truck quick and helped me get back on the road!
Had to get our van towed off of a dirt road on Memorial Day. Really fast service to get out to us and bring us into Hurricane. Driver was extremely nice. Great price for a tow.
After calling a few places that didn't answer I am glad I called this place. The guy that came to get my car was very nice. He was there when he said he'd be there. The price was within reason and not outrageous. Will call again if I ever need a tow.
