You guys are scammers. You'll take somebody's car that needs it and when they have the money to get it back and they call one minute after 5:00 on a Friday you make him wait till Monday until you can charge them for 3 more days. A single mom that needs a car when they have the money to pay you and you don't give it to him is a rip off. Just so you can keep it and charge him more you're a scam to take more money off people. But you'll repo a car or tow it 24 hours a day but you're not willing to give it back 24 hours a day. I've had tow companies meet me at midnight to get my car back
This company refuses to answer the phone. I can never get anyone to answer I had to wait multiple days to get my car back! This company is a scam! Called multiple time before 5pm and no one answered. Says 24 hours but obviously moneys more important then my bills!
Called to get winched out of a job site it was 9 am and when I called the guy was obviously asleep and woke up to the call told me that they were all busy. An obvious lie he just wanted to keep sleeping. Had to call two other places after one didn’t answer and the last was judds towing and he came out quick as he was able and got me fixed up. I would just cut out the wasted time and call judds first if you are around Spanish fork
They were amazing! So polite and friendly, and they arrived over 30 minutes earlier than their original ETA! And when they arrived, I somehow got my car to start, and thought that I wouldn't need the service, but even though they drove down the street, they watched as I tried to start the car again, and it didn't start! So then they were still available to complete the tow because they actually cared enough to make absolutely sure that the car would start for me again! So kind! And they were so nice to talk to! Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends! And they gave me their company card too! So professional!
I tried to get my personal belongings out of my car but they wanted $166 for a tow fee. Even after I offered them the title to my car as payment which is worth more than enough to cover their fee I couldn't get my stuff out of my car. My journal and a few family heirlooms were in there. The towing business is crooked, it's pathetic.
