Went a few weeks ago for some new headlights and Ximena was very helpful, I had no idea what I was doing or what to look for but it was very quick and easy with her help! I'll definitely come back to this location for my car parts.
Big thanks to Daniel and the manager which name starts with the letter P (I can’t recall his name) both came through like a hurricane when it comes to customer service on the weekend of 10/22-23/2025.
You guys always welcome me and often the staff knows me by name. A situation came about that involved faulty rented tool from Autozone. The short version of the story is: the customer service was exceptional! How they handled the situation despite the circumstances with the tooling made me a believer that integrity still exists with large companies such as Autozone. Thank you for that! And that’s why I keep coming back though competition is just down the street and a shorter distance from my house. Keep it up
Engine light came on , just bought used car less then a week ago. Our hearts stopped and as we were traveling long distance we panicked . Went to this Autozone and Ximena came out and use the code reader , luckily it’s something simple . The help and kindness from Ximena was amazing and we are so grateful for this service Autozone provides
Always so helpful i was changing my trucks battery they gave me 20$ for my old battery and the tools to change it awesome place whoever was on shift monday October 20th at 3pm both the guy and brown haired girl were awesome I wish I caught there name to give them props super helpful
My partner and I were having car troubles on a long drive and happened to stop in Santaquin. Daniel Q came to the rescue and got us back up and running to safely make the rest of the drive home without any issues. He was extremely helpful and beyond friendly. Thank you so much Daniel!
Really appreciated Ryan B running the diagnostic at 5 minutes to closing time when our car popped up a check engine light on a road trip! Helped us clear the code and get back on the road to get home!
Was trouble shooting a misfire. Purchased a coil. Problem solved. Decided to purchase a set before another goes out. The manager refused to refund me for the single coil using a coil from the set. Now, to get a refund, I get to remove the coil and return it slightly used. DUMB! They would rather sell the next customer a used part than have the brand new one that hasn't been touched. Brilliant, and certainly not customer service. They need to act like a small town parts store, not a stupid large corporation. Nice new store, but I can take my business elsewhere. Now, to add insult to injury, the parts are made in China. I would pay more to ensure higher quality from a non-China source. The low mileage failed coil was made in China as well.
Update: I returned the set of coils. I purchased a set online with another manufacturer, and not through AutoZone. The manager I had the exchange with processed the return and didn't even bother to ask why I was returning them and what they could do better. By the way, he never offered a reason why they couldn't accept one coil back out of the set. The coils are not serialized to some box. I'm reasonable, but with no explanation, and then try to make it into an integrity issue, is just unacceptable. I can go where others want my business.
Interesting, over year has passed since my original post and no management response. Do they care? I have been back to autozone and the manager and employees there have been very helpful. Could have just been an inexperienced, twit that I was dealing with the first time.
When I came in today, David was super friendly and helpful. It’s obvious that he likes people and he likes his job. He helped me find a deal on parts that I already needed and it’s clear that he likes helping customers out. I’ll definitely make this my go-to auto parts store
Came in for some parts for my Chevy Silverado, both Brad and Jacob were very helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and professional would come to this store more even tho I live 2 cities away.
My young daughter was driving home from St. George to Idaho (April 4th) through snow storms. Her wipers were all bad on her car. I told her to find an Autozone because I knew their people would help her replace them. I was wrong. They sold her the wipers and told her just to go try figure it out first. A scared young girl that doesn't know anybody in your town and you want her to sit in your parking lot and try figure it out. She managed to get one on partly. I couldn't explain how to do it over the phone. I asked her to go inside once again and ask the staff to help her. She reluctantly went inside and the first guy was still a no. Another guy came out and offered to help. 1 Star for having the wipers she needed. You get an extra star For the guy that overrode the guy saying no and helped her so she was able to get on her way. The three missing star belong to the guy unwilling to help and the management team that has created a culture that lacks caring for vulnerable customers. I will no longer recommend Autozone to my children or friends for help when traveling on the road.
Abigail is the queen of queens! She made the impossible possible! I will return to this autozone any time I need something and will be sure to ask for Abigail!
Staff was very friendly. They helped us run our codes. they didn’t have the ability to get the part we needed but directed us to a good place to get it.

We very much appreciate Louie and Lloyd who work here. We were driving through with our travel trailer when our DEF warning light came on. We stopped in to see if they could run the diagnostic on the truck to determine the issue. Louie ran the diagnostic and even printed out the results to take to the dealer. We had also had a tire blowout earlier in the day so Louie pointed us in the direction of the nearest tire store. We very much appreciate the time these gentlemen took with us on which was not a great day. Thank you!
This is a brand new location and it's pretty big. The manager is the one that I asked for help and he acted a bit bent out of shape when I asked him to come out and help assist me with testing a battery. He gave a very bad first impression when I walked in the door but when I came back to the store after having them charge my battery there was a younger employee that was very friendly and very helpful.
This store has an incredible staff. I ran into some car trouble and was able to get to their convenient location. They helped me check a few things and I ended up having to call my original dealership. While waiting for the tow truck they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and even offered me a seat inside the store. Watching them with their customers they were friendly and helpful. I am not from this town but I was incredibly impressed and grateful for them.
I'm in a car parts store daily and because of this, I have seen every type of employee imaginable. Having said that, Brandon and keyton are rockstars!! They immediately quit what they were doing to get me on my way pronto and it couldn't have happened on a better day. Someone give keyton a raise because him and Brandon are the only reason I will frequently be at this store. Thanks guys !!!!
Ive been in several times for different things over the last few weeks. Everyone was very helpful. It's nice having a place close by to get auto parts.
Says open until 10pm, got here at 9:15pm and the last employee was locking up and when they saw me pulling in they hurried faster to get it locked and get into their truck and drive off.
