They had repoed a car for a tital issue. We purchased the car back, but the towing company went through the car and knit and picked and took things out of the car they wanted. They drove the car for a day before taking the car where it was supposed to go. They took medication out of the consol including personal information, as well as the tag off the car, a pair of steel toe boots, still in the box, a $300 OOB scanner for automotive use amongst a lot of personal information including tax information, etc. We called and they refused to answer the phone.
I've had vehicles towed by a number of companies. Alexander's Towing was probably one of the easiest, and quickest company's I've ever dealt with. Not to mention how understanding the owner was when it came to negotiating a fair price for their services. He not only was fair, he went above and beyond to help me out of the situation I was in. I would highly recommend using Alexander's Towing!!

We had the misfortune of losing brakes 10 miles up into the Henry mtns, then the incredibly good fortune of getting an SOS text out to Alexander's towing. Andy found us within the hour...after hours. Not only did he get us safely down the mtn with a temporary roadside fix but was also able to procure a brake hose back in Hanksville to get us back on the road the next day. These guys aren't your average fair weather tow service...they've got some serious Utah backcountry road skills. And they're good solid individuals to boot. Thank you SO much for taking excellent care of us, Andy, Garrett & Bob...and Ryan from Delaware with the sat phone 🙏 You guys rock!
Our car broke down as we traveling back home to northern UT. They came and picked us up and towed our car to a repair shop so we could get the help we needed. I highly recommend.
We broke down on an off ramp of I-15. When I called they gave me an estimate of 40 minutes to arrive and they cut it down to 35. They were then able to tow my rig and transport my wife, daughter and myself to Ephraim. The driver was courteous the entire time, patient with my daughter who has disabilities and was simply a congineal individual. On top of all that the tow was very reasonably priced. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better towing experience!
Had a little mishap in the desert. We got Andy’s card and information from the gas station in Hanksville. Andy was quick to respond when we reached out. Andy worked hard to not only get the vehicle unstuck, but also ensured there was no added damage to the vehicle. He was reasonably priced and very thorough. My Highlander broke down, and I called a few places for towing services. Even though the Highlander was in Orem, Alexander's Towing was the best option, and they charged a very reasonable fee. The repair shop we use is in Payson, so that was one reason I chose Alexander's, but the other reason was the respectful and efficient customer service. Thank you for being outstanding!
Andy is honest, hardworking, and will figure out how to get you and your vehicle home safe. My truck would still be in the mountains without his help. I hope I never need his services again, but I know who I'll call!
Andy the owner is awesome!! Our tire blew out near his home and he actually heard it. Found his company with a quick online search and was to us on the freeway within 10 mins. Towed the truck and gave us a ride to a shop 50 mins away. He was very friendly the whole time. I highly recommend him. Very reasonable pricing and professional.
Andy saved us in a pinch and couldn't have been more pleasant, professional, and skilled. He got us out of some serious mud without any damage to the car, made sure we got out of there safely, and was just a great guy to work with. Will definitely be using them again if we ever find ourselves in a similar situation.
Alan was super helpful! We broke down 300 miles from home. Alan let us store our travel trailer and side by side in a secure gravel lot while our vehicle was being repaired. Price was very reasonable and the service was excellent.
One of our semi trucks got stuck. Called them up and although they did not offer towing for semis Andy said he would come out and take a look just to see if he could help. He was there within 20 min and was able to pull it out. His prices were amazing! So amazing , I offered more and he refused! Utah County make him your go to! I know I am
Andy called me back within 10 minutes. He took the time - 3+ hours to help me get two 4 x 4 vehicles stuck up on a mountain road where the snow was 6-8 feet deep. As far as I know he is the only one in Utah County who will take the time and effort to service people is such a dire situation. It was a little more expensive but well worth it. Alexander's towing is amazing.
Alexander was so helpful and professional when our car broke down outside of Santiquin.. He towed us all the way back home to Sandy after a very disappointing day. Highly recommend!
These guys saved our bacon! We got stuck on a trail far too narrow for a UTV and they recovered the UTV out of a nearly impossible area, they even widened the trail by breaking the rocks.
Got off the road high above maple canyon. Almost flipped my truck. Andy was quick, super knowledgeable, had an awesome off road wrecker and safely got me and the lady back on the road. 10/10 recommend.
