I bought a motor out of a car in their premium lot and that's working out great, BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT MY REVIEW IS ABOUT! I've been to many a self serve wrecking yard and this was the best experience I've ever had at one of these type businesses. The great service started when I called to see if the motor was still in the car since I'm an hour north in Roy. A nice woman called me back in a few minutes and also gave me the vin over the phone. When I arrived to pull the motor two guys on big forklift stopped what they were doing to haul the big A frame crane with chain hoist across the entire yard for me. Every time I needed something I was shocked at how nice the people were. When I finished and paid for my motor I had two carts and this lady brought the cart with my tools out to my truck for me.. without me asking. When I was loading the motor their tow truck driver came over and assisted me ... without me asking. This entire crew there is amazing! Congratulations on creating a really beautiful culture in your parts yard!

A self-serve junkyard with tons of vehicle parts for bargain hunters. Bring your tools, find the parts yourself, and save. It’s bliss for anyone restoring, repairing, or customizing on a budget.

I wanted to thank Josh the manager for helping me out during the holiday weekend. I pulled a Dana 80 rear out of a truck, and there wasn’t a forklift available to bring it out to my vehicle. The manager Josh went above and beyond to get a hoist and helped me load it in. Thanks again.

The staff are real and direct. They are always willing to help and answer questions.

Employees knew what they were doing and everything was neatly organized with exactly what I wanted, it would be nice to have more recent photos of the cars but it’s also not the end of the world

Stopped by on Pioneer Day, fully expecting to pay big bucks for a hard-to-find part for my classic truck. Not only did the staff help me track down what I needed, but they gave me the part for FREE! Seriously, where else do you get that kind of kindness and honesty? The folks here went above and beyond, even on a holiday, and really made my day. If you’re looking for a place that actually cares and helps their customers out, this is it. I’ll always be back and will recommend them to anyone looking for car parts or just good, old-fashioned Utah hospitality. Thanks again!

Thank you Josh I live in Ogden and inquired about a part for my F-150 And you had me call back so you could check availability Unfortunately it was gone, you saved me a long trip That kind of service is almost unheard of these days Thank you again

The “premium” lot is nothing of the sort. It’s just more junk car parts that are priced higher than normal. They lock you into that section so you can’t get out until you ring a bell. I just needed a $20 door part, but they wouldn’t let me buy it because they said I had to buy the whole door. Sketchy business tactics.

Called and asked for f250 grills over the phone and they said it was $30. Spent my time driving from payson and pulled it only to be charged $50. Why lie? You guys suck.

Been searching for an inflatable seatbelt buckle for my explorer for over a year. I get a notification that they got a new explorer added to inventory so communicating back and forth with Lindsey and Emi who both went the extra mile for me. They got it out and ready for my wife to pick up because I couldnt leave work and were very professional and kind to her and I. Thanks again for your awesome service!

I drove out from Colorado for some rims. They were able to text me pictures. Super friendly service would definitely deal with again!!

I have used this yard since 2008 on and off for various parts harder to find on restoring old cars and since then it has gotten worse and worse to the point I despise going there anymore. $2 dollars to walk and find out they don't have what you need and no refunds. Website catalog isn't accurate. Prices are a joke on used crap. Their premium parts yard is a joke and pointless. The last thing is the workers that treat you like an idiot and don't care. Junk yard dogs. Stay away from this yard unless you like getting screwed.

$2 to enter?!? They want $45 for a header panel. Brand new off eBay it’s $50 shipped to my door, No wonder we fill our pockets before we leave towards the office. $2 to enter is a joke. So are your normal parts prices. $5 less than new.

I'm highly disappointed with this places customer service. I worked customer service for over 5 years and if I ever treated a customer the way the front desk treated me, I would of been fired. I sold my vehicle to them earlier this week. I was told a time for when it would be picked up and had arranged for my significant other to get the remaining belongings out of it before they arrived as well as put the key to the vehicle on the front seat. They informed me they would contact me if there would be any changes which didn't happen. I was only contacted after they dropped the vehicle off. They picked the vehicle up earlier then I was told and when I called to ask to get my belongings out of the vehicle they denied my request, knowing full well that I haven't signed the title over to them yet so the vehicle was still mine. After being hung up on and a runaround the driver contacted me and apologized as well as offered to put my remaining things in a bag that I would be able to pick up at the front desk. I was on the phone with the driver when he told me what was in the trunk. When I arrived to sign the title over and get my belongings the girl at the front desk was very unprofessional and showed a lot of disrespect towards me. When she gave me my things she pretty much threw them an me then looked at me and said "oh it was heavy." My things were put in a black bag so I was unable to see through it, I should of checked the bag before leaving, that part is on me but when I got home and went through the bag I noticed there was missing items. After being treated the way I was I wouldn't recommend their services even if they were the only place around. I was highly disrespected and disappointed. It would be nice if there was someone to report their actions.

Not worth your time at all. I went here for a master power window switch listed at 17 dollars on their site. First person I talked to quoted me 90 dollars “because the car was in the premium lot.” and wouldn’t let me check to see if it worked. Along with that the service was horrible, wouldn’t answer questions, insanely rude, and no desire to give an ounce of effort. I ended up having to go back another day to find a different employee to negotiate the price with, only reason I went back was out of necessity because I was selling the car that day. Seriously just go somewhere else.

After wandering the yard for 20 minutes where they told me to go to find the car they listed on their website, I returned to the office and asked where exactly the row was that was listed on the website. They informed me that that car is actually in a fenced in area and you’re not allowed to pull parts because the boss wants to sell the whole engine. This is in no way specified by online, I asked and confirmed that. If you need a part for a car they list having, there’s a good chance you get told you have to buy they whole engine, don’t give these people your business

I got some wheels and tires from here. when I asked the front desk if they would fit my car, they told me yes. the next day after buying them, I went to go put them on my car, they were slightly smaller than they needed to be. I called back and asked for a refund/exchange. they were very hesitant and blamed me saying I take all responsibility for the items after they are bought, yet the only reason I bought them was because they told me they were correct. they eventually agreed to an exchange. and I came in about 2 days later. and the kid working the front desk tried lying to me saying that he told me on the phone that I could only do the exchange the same day I called them. I called bs and told him he never said that. they got a couple more people involved, I had to convince them, but they finally let me do the exchange. yet they were passive aggressive the whole time and visibly acting annoyed and acting like I was the issue, when it was their fault for giving me the wrong info. do not come here. they are very very very overpriced and very rude. you can get the same exact parts for half the price at other junkyards

First of all, you have to pay five dollars to get in there. I feel like I’m paying them to sell me something. Second all I gotta pull my own part, I can deal with that.. Go up to their ONE cashier.LONG LINE! Anyway, tell them I need to pay for this I need to pay for this and that. So I have to remove some parts off my because they charge for each item separately. Cashier is on his phone texting. So I gotta leave and I get stopped and, they tell me I didn’t pay for the AC condenser. Yeah, that’s what happens when you get on the phone and don’t listen to your customers. So I go backTHEY WANT ME TO GET BACK TO THE END OF THE LINE! Then they acuse me of not telling them about the ac condenser (basically stealing)!! So the supervisor lady with the tattoos on her neck, her best answer is Get back to the end of the line. I could have bought all this online , but the old folks I was helping , needed their car.running. The hell with PYP

Carlos is the best guy down there. Knowledgeable and willing to answer even the simplest of questions without hesitation. Very fair and honest about pricing. I wasn't sure how things worked at the yard or where to go and he pointed me in the right direction making my experience as painless as possible. If you need something regardless how small he is your guy!

I’ve come here for over 15 years. But the employees have progressively become worse and worse. They’re unknowledgeable, unhelpful, disrespectful, and like to price gouge. Tear a Part, Pull n Save, Pick n Pull, or literally anywhere else is recommended over these guys.

I asked the price before take the parts and after get all of them they changed all the prices ( I am not talking about taxes I am talking about the item price) and I wasted my time, if they see that you are interested they just change it and don’t care about it.

I’ve come to like this yard less over the past few months… loved the place 4 years ago when I first moved down here but more recently I have had repeat bad experiences. if you pull a part and take it to the front and they have no idea what it is they will guess. Even if you tell them what it is they will guess and disregard anything you tell them… if it isn’t in their computer database of parts they will just find something in the computer and decide that’s what it is regardless of if it’s worth that or not. front desk doesn’t know anything about the vehicles in the yard and they are kinda rude. This use to be my first pick for yards around here but not so much anymore. For example A while ago I got a used set of door catches (desk didn’t know what they were) and they wanted to charge me for door hinges which are worth substantially more. Regardless of me pointing out that at that price a door catch is cheaper to buy new because it isn’t a door hinge. So I told them to keep the part. Went back today pulled a set of camber arms off a civic. They again had no clue what they were (front desk: just charge it as a control arm) so they did. I can buy the camber arm new for less than a used control arm because they ARE NOT THE SAME THING. And I told them that. So I walked out after telling them to keep the parts. I’m not going to pay $70 for a used part when I can buy it new for $50 because they don’t know anything and won’t listen to you as a customer when you try to make an honest deal with them. Crap like this is what makes people walk out of yards with parts stuffed in their pants. I use to love going to this yard all the time… I find myself not wanting to go to it now and when I do go now it usually is a mediocre experience.

Julio is a person who does not have any kind of education, is disrespectful to customers and feels like the owner of the place. It's not the first time I've had problems with this person and I've just witnessed one more disrespect from him and the managers don’t care Hopefully the owners will check the negative comments that this place is having thanks to him and the damage that this employee is causing and will cause to this business. What a shame

• Good variety of Parts (Be careful if you search the inventory online, call in and ask if it’s a “Premium Part” you’ll most likely be paying more than it’s worth but it fully depends on if it inside the vehicle and if the vehicle is covered. • Fast and easy waiver set-up • Very limited parking space (the upside is it’s a public road and can be parked on) • Not-So-Good Customer Service (as you’ll see with most recent reviews we all had the same experience with the lady at the front desk lol, but honestly we all have those bad days and you never know what people are going through so I was ok • Part Pricing (I fully understand charging more for their “premium” vehicles but it doesn’t feel right paying that much when you’re taking on 100% liability. If the business had at least 30 day warranty on all premium parts sold I wouldn’t mind paying that much) My Experience: I went in looking to get the passenger seatbelt for the 2017 Chrysler 300, when I asked for the pricing they wanted $45 not including “taxes & fees”. I later got a Genuine OEM replacement for just $80 taxes fees and shipping. AGAIN it all depends on the part and the car, you might find a better deal than I had.

I've had decent experiences at this business. There is one thing that grinds my gears and it's the woman at the front desk. She is rude, has terrible social skills and quite frankly am surprised she still has a job. Maybe has things going on in her personal life but is extremely unpleasant to interact with. If you have a question, good luck. She will give you the look of death if you ask her to do her job. I will. Ever return to this place. Front desk employees suxk

Julio was the best! He answered my questions and helped me carry my parts to my car. They have a great selection of cars.

Been going here for about 8 years. Used to love it but the new management has gotten greedy. Here is what I love and hate about this place now. *CONS:* - *Hardly any warranties or part exchanges on any of the parts.* If there is the option for a warranty, they charge you a decent amount for it. Most other junkyards will include a warranty/exchange within 30 days of purchase for free. Saw another customer get frustrated because he spent 3 hours pulling an engine only to find out if it doesn't work, he just bought a $300 paper weight. - *Parts are pricey.* Went there for a coil pack the other day. Coil pack was the same price as a new one (roughly $30) and warranty was extra $$. - *These guys will NOT haggle on price.* They would rather lose a sale and tell you to toss your part in the scrap bin rather than discount a part a couple bucks. Sometimes can get them to go lower on price if the part is damaged but it depends on who you get at the counter. - *Management is rude.* Hardly any customer service anymore. Have probably sold 10 cars to these guys over the last 8 years of going there. Pick a Part always offered decent amounts. Last car I took there was my little brother's car and it was complete in running, driving condition, just older. We agreed on a price over the phone and we drove the car down. Manager was very rude when going through the process. He was looking at the car and was calling it a POS to my face and would not pay agreed price due to the fenders being a different color than the rest of the car and the radio missing. They offered $300 on the phone, and he said he will take it for $150 due to the mismatched color fenders and radio. Went to another junkyard who picked up the car for $350 and they towed it. Pick a part just wasted my time. - *No sales or promotional offers* - *Upped the age limit from 16 years old to 18 years old.* My little bro is becoming a car enthusiasts who likes to work on his own car. He can't even get into this junkyard with me anymore. *Hardly any carts/wheel barrows to roll your parts around on.* If there are any carts in the yard, they are scattered in random places and you have to find them. PROS: - *Decent selection of cars.* Usually can find the car I need parts off of. - *Entrance fee is $1 per person.* Most places usually change $2-$3. - *One of the few junkyards in Utah County.* That being said, I don't go to this junkyard much anymore. Not a very pleasant experience and would rather drive a little farther. *Id prefer going to State Street Auto Wrecking in Provo or Pull-N-Save in Springville.* If you are looking for a great deal on parts, I'd recommend State Street Auto Wrecking. Management is awesome and will give you a deal on parts. If you are looking for a very clean and organized place with all the amenities, warranties and part exchanges, I'd recommend Pull-N-Save. They are always having sales and promotional offers as well.

Always a great selection, reasonable pricing, about the same as new except you don’t have to pay shipping and wait for delivery, plus you get some practice, and they warranty pretty much everything. Their customer service is some of the best in Utah, they recognize their regulars, and have a great system. Only wish they’d pay a little more for the junkers I’ve sold them but hey, that’s business. I’d go out of my way to give them my business any day.

Options galore. Maybe not some of the latest models, because calling in or stopping by to check vehicle model availability would be best. Purchased a couple of batteries last year that are still working strong. Know your parts and part numbers that your are looking for. Though, the parts counter guys are pretty knowledgeable.
