Dominic treated my father and I so rudely. We went to the store to purchase a correct caliber (mistakes were made, but that is okay) DOMINIC would not sell us one. When I told him there was no need to get hostile he said I am not getting hostile, he spoke loudly to me and refused to sell us a part. After calling him out on the way he was treating us, he said “ you can go buy this at another store” this is when his coworker stepped in and helped us. DOMINIC should not be working customer service, or be at this store. Very rude and very unpleasant person.

Today, December 5, 2025, this is the first and last time I will go to this place. I asked the supervisor on duty to come with me to my car so he could see a hose I wanted to buy, and he said NO. Next time I'll go to the one in Saratoga. The reputation of a business retail begins with the personal treatment you give to your customers.

I came in to replace my battery after having a nightmare of a time trying to do it myself, and Dominic and Brayden were absolutely incredible. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helped troubleshoot every challenge I was running into. Thanks to them, I was finally able to get the battery replaced and my car running again. These guys were awesome — perfect score from me! Highly recommend this AutoZone.

Second time trying this autozone and left disappointed again. The first time my husband was trying to get parts for his car and the man made fun of his church clothes and told him the model of his car was "lame". Tonight after my husband had been working through his frustration, while he was trying to fix his car, he resigned to take a trip to AutoZone to get a new part. The man working there refused to look it up and told him that they just didn't have it. We called the AutoZone in Saratoga Springs, they were more than helpful and got us the part within minutes of the phone call. Frustrating experience both times. I would love to see a change since it's such a convenient location. I would just try to avoid it for now and drive the extra few blocks of Saratoga Springs if I were you.

This place is a joke! Juan the manager is the rudest, most condensing person I have ever come across in what is supposed to be a professional establishment. Every time either myself or a family member has gone here and needed help finding something he always has something to say to make you feel dumb and he has actually laughed at me on several occasions! I have never been treated this terribly at a business. It is literally every single time! I will be filing an official complaint about him! This person should not be a manager, let alone working in any customer service position

I really appreciate all the help I got from Juan. I came in with a battery issue, and he was able to help me properly diagnose it was actually an alternator issue after having bought a battery. He helped me return the battery with no hassle at all. He’s earned my loyalty. Thank you Juan!

Have been going here over the past couple months working on my car a fixing cars and there is one specific person pretty sure the store manager that always has a bad attitude and seems like he hates working you ask a question and he seems annoyed with you. Like the other day asked if they had a certain part in the store and he looked it up and said we don’t have it I said okay thank you and he pointed at the screen and said “none in store see don’t have it see not here” very rude and was not impressed. It has been that way every time I go in and it’s like he doesn’t even care very rude if your waiting in line and not helpful whatsoever.

GET BETTER EMPLOYEES FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! VERY rude and disrespectful. The man working on July 24th around 1-2pm was by far the worst. Was more concerned about talking to others about nothing than helping my husband out, acting like it was the worst thing to be working. Not only that, he proceeded to tell us the part we needed would be in the next day. It wasn't. We live far from here so it's not like it's just a quick jaunt down the road. I've never had this experience at the Auto Zones up north. To the manager at this location, take a better look at your employees. Some deserve to be fired.

Went to AutoZone today, needed to get oil and filter for a change on my 2019 Kia Forte. Cassandra was the rep who helped me. She was awesome! She made me aware of a bundle deal where I could also get an air filter which I needed, I got an oil pan too... saved about 30 to 40 bucks ! :)... these guys have always been good since I moved to Eagle mountain. Had a mechanic friend that did a vapor test of my coolant system in my van two weeks ago, they rented us a kit, cost little to nothing. Worked great and so convenient.

There seems to be a pattern with employee(s) being disrespectful. To begin my outing at AutoZone this specific employee I am referring to let another patron cut me in line. I would hate to say that race was a determining factor in this situation but at first glance that is what it appears to be. Once the other patron had been served, it was my turn. Which seemed like a burden and utter inconvenience to the employee “assisting” me. This employee spoke down to me and made it very clear that he knew much more than me. I in no way claim to be a master mechanic but I sure did feel like a toddler after leaving the store. This is my second time at this store and based on both experiences and the sour taste from both it will certainly be my last. I don’t question his automotive experience one bit but, his customer service skills definitely lack luster. Customer service is the name of the game and I feel like this employee severely dropped the ball.

Bart was so helpful! We needed to make sure we had the right battery in our car and had a check engine light on. He came out and checked everything out for us and even gave us a referral for a mechanic. So nice and professional! Even was great with my 2.5 year old. Next time we have a car issue I will be back here for sure. Thank you!!

Just had a wonderful experience at AutoZone in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Michael S, Parts Sales Manager, was awesome. AutoZone is lucky to have him. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and customer oriented. He assessed my situation, explained the issue, and was instrumental in getting it fixed. I was very pleased, so I took a picture of his badge, and wrote this review. I will be back to Eagle Mountain AutoZone!

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Came in July 23, 2023 at 5pm. Just incase you wanted to know who was on staff. 1st things first. Upon walking in employees are just chilling watching movies on their phone. Stalking shelves and watching movies on their phone. Maybe that contributed to the second thing. Second thing here I am at home replacing brake pads and rotors. A simple job really. Replaced the rotors open up the brand new fresh pads to find.... wait for it....... used damn pads. So I now have the privilege of doing this job twice. Thanks eagle mountain autozone. See you tomorrow!!!!.
