I went into the store an hour before closing without really understanding what exactly I needed. Trevor helped decode my gibberish and helped me and my best friend buy all the supplies we needed to fix up our cars. It was a really good experience and we both will be coming back.
I was talked to so rudely while trying to explain my situation, there was no other customers there and I was calm and didn't have an issue with a product so no excuse to treat customers like they're idiots, never going back.
I went in this morning around 9:30 AM on January 19th simply just trying to make sure I was buying the correct part for a code that was read for a check engine light. I brought the paper in that they printed me and I told the guy my situation, all I wanted to do was cross reference the part I was going to order and the one that they had shown me on the computer. The worker told me he couldn’t do it, which I thought was weird but totally fine. I even said if I came and got the code read again could you pull it up and he made several more excuses that all it would be was symptoms and a part wouldn’t come up even though it did before. Instead of trying to still help me out he talked to me in a very belittling way and was taking to me like I was stupid and it felt like he was rushing me out the door even though I was the only customer in the store. The part wasn’t anything complicated too it was a sensor specifically a MAP sensor. It was a huge waste of time and will be going to auto zone across the street from now on.
I'm always impressed with every O'Reilly store that I work with. Today Gage and Aaron went above and beyond with customer to help me with my needs. I will always bring my business to this store. Thank you for everything you do!
The store manager (PEGGY) always seem mad or bugged when I ask her a question.. for being a manager you would think she has some kind of knowledge when it comes to customer service
Went in for a simple rear windshield wiper which is advertised as we install for free.
The young fellow who sold it to me couldn’t figure out how to get the arm bent off to be able to install it.
You tube had plenty of videos on how to do it and I had to fix it myself, 74 year old man, I am, weak with little energy.
This fellow sent me on my way seeming as if I was bothering him.
Sorry O’Reilly, won’t be seeing me anymore.

I buy fluids, filters, and other car parts from O'Reilly's. This visit was for a gasket maker after previously purchasing an oil filter, full synthetic 5W-20 high mileage motor oil, and a cabin air filter. Because I do my own maintenance on five cars I visit O'Reilly's frequently. The staff is always ready to assist me in finding what I need for my Japanese, European, and American automobiles.
Matthew was the guy who helped me, and he was awesome! Super knowledgeable and helpful, got me exactly what I needed. I hope he gets the recognition for his hard work and attitude! I’m not usually a huge fan of Orilleys, but Matthew makes the experience worthwhile.
Manny was so understanding, patient and kind. I told him the day I had and a dead battery/ dying battery was the last thing I needed, told me if I found a cheaper battery he would price match it and would love to help me. I found one and I called to make sure again said he was happy to help me take care of it and honor the price matching price. I showed up he recognized me asked for a min grabbed my battery and asked if I needed him to install, I said yes he walked me out and held a nice conv with me of encouragement and got the battery put in. The kindness he showed went a long way !
Johan was so sweet and helpful. We were in a kind of crisis and he went above and beyond to make sure that we could get home with lights on and safely. He did way more than Just doing his job. He should get a big fat raise! And also, ladies – he is a cute one.
Nothing like trying to share some quality time with your son and getting sold the wrong LED lights, and told you can't return them. Then told the only way is to cut and shorten the wire yourself after spending $100 on two LED head light bulbs. I will not be returning here. Go to Autozone.
Gage provided the best damn customer service I’ve ever had! My wife and I just closed on a house and of course the car started to break down as soon as we moved in. I went to AutoZone across the street, they were no help. Came over to O’Reilly and everyone was quick and helpful but Gage went above and beyond to help guide me with my issues. Cars working great. Give that man a raise. Also I will never be going to an autozone anymore. Oreillys always been amazing
Disappointed with a couple employees here lately, don’t recall names but I was getting some sass from a middle aged woman when dropping off used oil. Also overheard the other employee saying “well we’re not a motorcycle repair shop” in a kinda condescending manner. I used to work at a parts store and have been exclusively going to Oriellys for a while now. Think I’m gunna pass on this store for a while, I know what it’s like to be in customer service and do what I can to be an easy going customer but I’d rather not put up with the attitude.
Kobin and Audrey are wonderful! They helped me find some very specific rotors for my 5 lug swapped s13 and were very kind and incredibly patient with me in figuring out what I was looking for after ordering in a couple sets to compare sizes. Couldn’t be happier with the service they provided and the help they lended me. Will definitely be back again for future parts!
I stopped by for what I thought was going to be a quick trip for wiper blades and I was wrong. I ended up grabbing the wrong size and wrong type for my vehicle. After 10 minutes of trying to put them on myself Aaron came out to try and assist. He quickly realized I had grabbed the wrong ones. Peggy and Aaron were incredibly kind in helping me return the wrong blades and help me find the right ones. I was on my way soon after. Thank you Peggy and Aaron! You made a stressful situation a lot easier.
Went in for a scraper, rubbing compound, and hardware to fix my broken key fob, and a waterproof seat cover. I found everything but the key fob fixer and I'm probably going to get a headache before I solve that problem.
We started at the Saratoga Springs O’Reillys to get the part we needed and I was met by a very condescending conversation to tell me they couldn’t help. But then we drove to the Eagle Mountain Location and it was a total 180! They were kind and inquisitive about my needs and were very helpful!! It was worth the extra drive to get help from them instead!:)
Alex was amazing to me he’s stayed late to help me get my rotors cut when I was in dire need. He needs a raise! And cobrin I think his name was, also very helpful. Hats off to alex though he’s a stud !
I needed big help with my ford ranger and Kobin and Alex were a huge help. Kobin knew exactly what I needed to help me get my ranger on the road again. Night crew rocks. Thanks Kobin!!
Not happy with my visit. Alex must be a new employee at this store because I have never seen him before. He was rude and accused me of taking a piece of 1/2" hose that I didn't need. Another employee had taken it to the back and Alex didn't know it. Even after Alex knew that... he did not apologize to me or try to make it right. I asked John to help me at that point and told alex that I would be writing a review. I love getting all my parts here. Hopefully this can be resolved and Alex can learn how to treat customers.
