I recently had my first accident where my camper van was unfortunately totaled. During this stressful time the owner went above and beyond to help me.
My van was towed to their lot and I had all of camping/living items inside. I was worried about being able to retrieve my belongings, but the owner of the tow lot was incredibly kind and understanding. He stayed 30 minutes past his shift to allow me to come in and collect my things.

Matt is so helpful and prompt. I was stranded in the heat with a broken down car with 3 kids in tow, and he brought HIS car for me to drive home while he towed my van to the mechanic. I've never heard of a tow truck company doing that, but we are customers for life and will be telling everyone we know to use this company.

Amazing Service! We had the unfortunate thing happen and our car was in an accident. I called a few different towing companies who were recommended to me by my insurance. All were slow and not very helpful. I called Matt and he was quick and ready to help. I told him where we would be taking our car to get it fixed and he very professionally told me that the shop we were taking it too had contracts with other towing companies. He would be happy to help us out but had the integrity to tell me about this and that I should call the shop first. I did that and they said they would have their towing company call me to schedule the pick up. After waiting for almost an hour with no call I called Matt back. Asked him what shops he works with and who he would recommend. He recommended a great shop and came quickly to get my vehicle. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He made a stressful and difficult situation easier and offered very helpful advice and professional care. 10/10 would recommend!

This was the best and easiest transaction I've had in the towing services industry. Hands down. Matt quoted me the best price and handled the towing immediately. Very impressed and it's refreshing to finally have this level of service with towing.
My 73 Mercedes broke down and a couple guys in my European car club recommended using Matt. His price was way better than what a lot of other tow companies would’ve charged me. But even if he was more expensive I would still use Matt exclusively. After dropping off the car, he popped the hood and inspected the fluid levels and gave me his opinion on what might have happened and recommended what I might do to remedy it. Totally not something expected of a tow truck driver but he said he likes to help people. In short, this guy actually cares about your car. If your car is your baby, Matt is the only option!
If you’ll notice everyone gave Matt’s 5stars , first thing comes to mind is it’s friends leaving the review. Not the case, Matt went clear out of his way to help and expected nothing in return. When’s the last time you were able to say that about service received? Hell when’s The last time you could say that about yourself? Matt’s a solid dude, and has my business for life.
My wife was involved in an accident and Matt's towing was who picked up her truck from the scene. He was very professional and extremely nice and recommended a shop to have our truck repaired. He checked up on my wife and made sure she was doing okay. I would recommend Matt's towing to my family and friends.

Matt was able to tow my broken down van from American Fork to Midvale. He did it for a cheaper rate than other tow companies not to mention he was way easier to work with than his competitors.
