Absolutely flawless. Nothing worse is having a salesman just push a car or it taking hours of going back and forth of a payment. These guys aren’t salesman! They are truly customer service reps not salesman. I traded in for a new truck and I was out in an hour and half which most of that was me test driving and looking over the truck I wanted. No doubt I’ll be back and refer anybody I know in the market for a new truck.

Awesome guys!!! They go above and beyond and are super easy to work with!! I wanted to buy a RAPTOR and I reached out to half a dozen dealerships that had Raptors on their lots. I sent in messages to every single one and said I’m interested and half of them never even replied back. The others took days. Watts Was the fastest one to get back to me? Within 10 or so minutes. So to start that was already a good experience, and the experience continued all the way throughout the entire purchase and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Can’t say enough great things about Watts Automotive. Blaine was extremely responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. We pulled off a surprise transport/delivery for my husband- it couldn’t have worked out any better without Blaine. Our ‘25 F-350 Avalanche Grey is a total smoke show and everything and more. We’ve already referred several friends and family from Colorado and will continue to do so!

Walked into Watts for my first truck buying experience in 18 years. Hunter is a genuine guy and made the entire experience feel like I was buying a vehicle from an old friend. The environment is relaxed and inviting. I will definitely be highly recommending people to go see Hunter at Watts for future automotive needs.

We purchased an F-150 and chose to have all our service work done at Watts. The buying process was smooth, and having the ability to call Dustin, the service manager, with questions has been incredibly helpful. He has saved us thousands by recommending only the necessary work—unlike another dealership that insisted our brakes required immediate replacement. We’ve continued driving for over six months without any issues. The only downside is that there’s only one Watts location, and it’s a bit of a drive for us when service is needed—but it’s absolutely worth it.

Second truck from Watts. Always been great to work with and super quick. You won’t sit in the dealership for hours while different people try to convince you to sign stuff. The trucks sell themselves. Friends of mine have also bought from them and have had good experiences.

I had a great experience buying. The guy was super helpful, patient, and got everything worked out so I could buy this beautiful truck from them. No issues there. My issues have been the truck itself. The first 50 miles we drove it, the check engine light came on. Watts was great about helping my with that. BUT now every month the light is on with some issue. I bought it the end of April 2025. And so far have done nothing but dump money into it. Beautiful truck shitty experience.

This was my first time buying from Watts. I worked with Hunter and he was was great to work with. There was no pressure to buy and he was really receptive to our needs. They have a ton of really nice trucks on the lot and I feel like they were fair with my trade in. Once we decided on what truck we wanted to purchase, the paperwork literally only took 10 minutes. There was no pressure or games, just an honest discussion until we could come to a mutual agreement, it took a lot of the stress out of it!
