I’ve been coming here for years. This place has AMAZING customer service, they are good to local shoppers and even went beyond on my first time in. The prices are the best. The quality of what you get is the same or usually better than autozone or O’Reilly. Love this place!
Best prices for quality auto parts around! Employees are very friendly! Returns are a breeze and exchanges are easy as well when needed. I never hesitate to ask any questions, plus they always have access to performance parts same day when it takes weeks for other parts stores!
This is about the last old school auto parts store that knows what they are doing and still offers a quality product. They have never done me wrong and I am in the Auto parts business. Avoid the other parts chains they all sell the same garbage. Stick with a place that actually specializes in what they sell. Rocky Mountain Radiator approved.
The actual employees of parts plus are generally very kind and helpful. However, I purchased a crankshaft through them in May and getting the crankshaft kit was a very smooth transaction. But even though I brought my core crankshaft in the same day it has now been over a month and I have received no indication of getting my core charge back. I have called multiple times and they insist that the other company that handles the cores is the one causing the hold up. But seeing that I don't have the number for that company I would like to think that they could put some pressure on their side. Under no circumstances should it take a month for an expensive core charge to be refunded. I would recommend going through this company if they are your only option.
