Totally understand the circumstances of my vehicle being towed, but when I asked some clarifying questions the woman spoke down to me and was just rude. I was shocked- I wasn’t trying to get out of paying for the tow, I was just wanting to hah some clarity on why the vehicle was towed. She was just a grumpy rude lady

I had a horrific incident where my Travato was stranded in a rural, tree-laden property on the river in Oakley, Utah. Courtney and Nick came to rescue me and they were absolutely wonderful, professional, talented, and kind-hearted (when I was so distressed). I am so pleased with Park City Tow! What a great company!

The tow guy knew his stuff! (Courtney)?? If you live in PC and need help-these are the guys to call. AAA originally sent out a guy from SLC and he made the situation worse by sliding into our gate. PC towing came with correct equipment and knowledge..

When Ford “couldn’t find me an in-network service provider”, I gave them a call. Mike answered right away, told me he could help me and gave me a time frame. Mike and Jimmy arrived early, and got us towed back to my house in much less time than expected. Very friendly and true professionals.

Let’s be honest here… NOBODY likes, enjoys, or gets anything out of their car being towed. But speaking as someone who this has often happened to… I can 💯 say without any dang doubt these guys are THE BEST! This ragtime family business and they’re hella cute, yet spoiled (is there ANY other way?!) pup will be there for you… at the beginning (even if you might not know it 😜) but most importantly at the end. They are very friendly, personable, and REAL people! I cannot thank you guys enough for keeping my whip safe… thanks!

This company doesn’t have the proper equipment To do any type of real work their tow truck drivers show up with “my first tool set”of in adequate tools what kind of tow truck company doesn’t have a bottle jack sorry next time I will call Moore’s chevron I recommend to everyone call Moores instead their trucks are stocked with no less than 4 jacks bottle jacks and floor jacks and air compressors

Great experience! Luke was insanely helpful in quickly and efficiently changing my flat tire! I’ve had other roadside assistance from different companies but none with service as amazing as this! I don’t know what I would have done without him. Definitely recommend using their services!

Doesn't even deserve the 1 star. Shady, unprofessional, excessive fees and predatory practices. In lots before midnight with cars hooked up illegally towing cars from PC Mountain parking lots 7/27/25. Videos and pictures to prove. Disappointed Vail contracted a company with no integrity.

Terrible company that does predatory towing. Would never use. What ever you do don't arrive to parkcity at 1 am or after or you will be towed by parkcity towing at 2.14am. They can't prove you did park overnight. They just tow whatever is in the lot at 2. Very predatory towing practices.

Told me 45 mins waited 2.5 hours no show. Had to call a tow from the valley Lady on the phone was very nice though. So +1 star

Thank you Mike! Our car was over heating and he arrived in less that 20 minutes. Our insurance agent gave us another towing company and they had not showed in over 2 1/2 hours. Very personable and I wish I had cash to tip them. Thank you for getting us out of a huge jam!

We slid off the road in the Uinta mountains with our 44 foot camp trailer. We put a call into several places before we decided on Park City towing. They saved our truck and trailer because they knew what they were doing!!!! I would highly recommend this towing service to everyone.

We had a great experience! We live 4.5 hours away and were about to head home from park city. We had to tow to an automechanic and had 2 small kids in the car. The staff was friendly, they got a guy out to us within 10-15 minutes! Blake G was the driver who helped us who was so friendly and nice! Our car was in a tight parking lot between two cars and wouldn’t go into neutral. We were really impressed how he could get it out of there on an angle safely onto the flatbed. The total cost was also less than another company had quoted us as the “initiation fee” and who couldn’t arrive for 45 mins. Thank you for rescuing us!

Just had my car towed by Danny. He was friendly and efficient. This company does a great job. We live up a very steep driveway and he said he was a bit apprehensive. But he did an awesome job.

Terrible experience!! I had the worst experience with Park City Towing, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid them at all costs. Their service is absolutely horrible, and they seem to have no regard for their customers. First, they overcharge for their services. It feels like they take advantage of people who are already in stressful situations. The prices are completely unreasonable, and it’s clear they prioritize making money over helping people. Second, they lack any empathy whatsoever. When you’re in a tough spot, the last thing you need is a company that treats you like just another dollar sign. They were rude, unhelpful, and made an already bad situation even worse. Overall, Park City Towing is a terrible company with unethical practices. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and compassionate towing service. I would never recommend them to anyone.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They are unethical, rude, and condescending. My car was towed at 9:00 pm despite being parked under a sign they posted, which clearly stated towing would only occur after 1:00 am. When I presented a photo of the sign and questioned why my car was towed, the woman working in their shack of an office rudely claimed it was an "old sign" and that other signs were posted elsewhere on the property, though none were visible. When I suggested they remove the outdated sign to avoid misleading others, she dismissed my concern, rudely yelling that I was on private property and they had the right to tow. She even went as far as condescendingly telling me it wasn’t her fault I “didn’t know how to read.” The lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic courtesy was baffling. To make matters worse, my car was impounded for just two hours, and I was charged an outrageous $383. This company is running a complete scam. Avoid at all costs.

Brady was super helpful in replacing our battery for us, he was very responsive, professional and really quick to come help us! Would highly recommend and is my first call next time!

I needed to sort out my schedule after an elk decided to take a swing at my windshield last week. I called Park City Towing for pricing and assistance in keeping my car parked safely until morning. After some back-and-forth about windshield repairs, I called them again the next day to arrange a tow to Silver Mountain Glass. Everything went smoothly, and the pricing was straightforward. Huge thanks to everyone involved!

Solid, reliable service. Only complaint was they didn't mention Teslas are more expensive than their usual flat bed fee until after the tow. This is apparently because they're more complicated to get on a truck (was charged a higher fee even though I drove it onto the truck for them). Otherwise great experience.

They were very professional. The guy that showed up was friendly. They were on time and kept us up to date on he's ETA. Very easonable price. I wood use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks for helping me out.

Excellent service, provided a number so i could text my pin location from Google maps. Arrived at the time promised & towed us 70 miles. Got us to the tire store promptly to have 4 new tires installed before they closed. Chrysler was our driver and was very conversive and super pleasant!! Overall, it's absolutely 5 stars

Andy and Travis were so helpful and spent so much time helping get us out of the mud when our GPS took us down a road that was way too muddy to drive down! They arrived promptly and brought all the necessary equipment to get our car unstuck. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable. Hands down, one of the most helpful companies in the business. Not only did he come in a blizzard to try and get me out with a flat bed, but when that didn't work he drove all the way back in a blizzard to pull me out with his truck. Man is a blessing. I know a lot of people have mixed opinions on this place, but I'll never use another company if I get stuck in Park City. Can't stress enough how amazing it was to have him show back up after not being able to get me with the flat bed. Oh on top of all of this he never changed me more than what he said over the phone. If I could rate higher I would.

I had a blowout on the freeway at 5pm on a busy Friday afternoon on US40. Kolton from Park City Towing arrived about 10 minutes after my call for roadside assistance. Kolton was super friendly and professional when he called me to get my exact location. When he arrived he got right to work and quickly changed my tire and got me back on the road. I was so grateful for the fast, professional, courteous help!
