Great service. Went to get a new headlight bulb, and asked if they’d install it (because I have RA and it’s hard to use my fingers sometimes.) Manager came out to check whether it was halogen or not, noticed it was a little loose, tightened it, and the bulb worked. Saved me $100. Thanks!

All I needed was a battery check. Fischer checked both the alternator and the battery. The battery was flat so we replaced the battery at a significantly reduced price ( over $100) through their price matching program. Fischer then installed the battery for me saving me 30 minutes of headache and allowed me to get right on the road to a trip. Thanks Fischer and AutoZone! Great price and service. There is no need to consider Walmart!
I am thoroughly impressed by the staff at this location. Sunshine is just that. A ray of sunshine willing to go the extra mile to bring a smile to your face. Fischer was such a gentleman. I didn't know the year of my husbands truck and he went out to get the information he needed to get me the part I was sent for three separate times just to make sure I got it right. The hometown feel was there the moment I walked into the the store. I'm new to the area and that made me feel like we were long lost family. Happy to see me happy to help me. I would recommend this location to my grandmother. I know that the management must take pride in their employees as the quality of services was exceptional.
They got great customer service, people that works in here are great persons they would help with all those easy fixes like changing windshield wipers or other things.
Having any car troubles? Stop by your local AutoZone for everything you need. Go to AutoZone when you need new oil because you can see your reflection in your old oil or for a new battery to keep your car running from day to day. When I have to go to AutoZone I get excited. The employees there are always fantastic. They welcome you when you walk in and if you have any questions they are ever so happy to answer them. I go quite often. Mostly for fuel additives, but for the occasional oil, transmission fluid, or for any maintenance on my car. I would definitely recommend coming here.
I don’t normally review stuff. I came to autozone because my power steering went out this morning and I also needed a left front blinker. Fischer, an employee there who also happens to be a friend of a friend; was PHENOMENAL. In educating, solving problems, and being friendly. He helped me install the blinker, and with the power steering fluid. I left with confidence and a solid recommendation of a trusted local mechanic who can replace my power steering pump for cheap. What a solid guy! Thanks Fischer. Give this man a raise he is awesome at what he does. Pretty obvious he’s a car guy and loves what he does!
David was amazingly wonderful, he sold me a jumper battery that has saved me multiple times and put a new part in my engine, appreciate that guy. 10/10 recommend David’s help.

I wanna give this place a shout out as their employees put the meaning to go above and beyond. Me and my husband had stopped in their right at closing they had already done the tills so cash wasn't an option which is what we had so the gentleman actually used his card and we gave him cash to make our purchase. It's great to know there's still good people out there their service was excellent and it was above and beyond.
AutoZone is great as always. They check your codes for free and let you know what the most likely cause is. Of course, they are hoping you will buy your replacement parts from them. They also test your battery, starter, and alternator for free. Why would you not buy your parts from them if you feel confident in replacing it.
Brian and Davey at the AutoZone in Ephraim, Utah are heroes! My car was making a noise I didn't recognize so I pulled into the AutoZone parking lot. Both guys quickly figured out the problem, came up with a quick and easy fix and got me on the road again. I frequently shop at this store and have always had good customer service. Brian and Davey have made me a loyal customer.
Go elsewhere for a battery. The warranty is bogus. The staff will just give you the run around. I just bought a battery recently and it's not holding a charge. They said it needs to be charged to test it for the exchange. Eh hem, the battery is not holding a charge, sooo....
They try their best not to honor the battery warranty. Terrible experience at Ephraim Autozone.

Came here on Tuesday to grab a couple of batteries for a truck and a 4X4. Davi and his employee were welcoming, kind, and quick to help. They got the right batteries for me, made sure I was well informed about the warrantees, rebates, return policies, and when my card was giving us issues, they were easy going about the whole deal and took the extra time to work through it to get me set to go. Absolutely stellar service, and the store was SO clean and organized, and it smelled great. Thanks guys!
Don't waste your time going here. Especially if you are a woman. I was given an oil filter but doesn't fit my car, and when I went to exchange it they wouldn't exchange it, wouldn't let me return it, and wouldn't even let me just buy a new one and keep both of them. They then saw basically lectured me on how the filter that I had bought will "definitely fit my car". After getting home and trying it it DOES NOT FIT MY CAR. Exactly like I told them that it would not fit, and was basically talked down to and lectured on how I was wrong. Regardless of if the filter fit or not ,I was not happy for a filter that was supposed to go on my car. And I was not allowed to buy something else.
Thursday evening, as we were leaving town, we experienced a major coolant leak. Our van has front and rear heat. The y pipe that splits the coolant flow to both front and rear split open and was a trip stopper. They had the part and some tools and within a short time, we were set to continue our trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We've taken all of our vehicles to the Ephraim AutoZone and ever time had an amazing experience. This last trip Russell Bean was kind enough to switch out our battery in 100 degree heat -- with a smile! This type of customer service is an absolute rarity in 2022. Thank you Ephraim AutoZone for taking such amazing care of us!!
I have been a customer of Auto Zone and fan, for a good number of years. Their standard ( in most cases with the mechanical aspects of automobiles) of of having a lifetime warranty on their Duralast line is a solid reason I have been a satisfied customer.
And by the way, of all the many parts I have purchased for a number of vehicles I have owned as well as my former wives cars. I have never had to return a part for failure due to any reason. The staff at these stores are knowledgeable and helpful without the slightest attitude of negativity or condescending omnipotence.
And never have to try and catch someone's attention to be waited on. I will hopefully find the miracle vehicle that never is in need of repair or maintenence. Until then I will always choose the friendly folks at Auto Zone. Truly!

I avoid this store as much as possible. The staff obviously have no mechanical knowledge or common sense. You have to search their website before going in so you know how it is listed in their computer otherwise they can't find it. I have had two instances where they claim not to have a part just to find later that it is listed under a different name in the computer and that is if you know what the part is. If you go in explaining what you need you get the deer in the headlights look and eventually told that they don't have anything that will work. Any other part store knows what you need even if it is not exactly what you tell them. Save your time and go to a different store that hires people that will actually help you instead of pushing a few buttons on a computer and claiming they can't help.
These guys are knowledgeable and friendly and always eager to help. The tools that they have available to check your vehicle without cost are invaluable. With the cold weather in this area having your battery checked is a great peace of mind. Most parts are not OEM but offer a good warranty.
I've gone here a lot during the summer of 2017 because I was working on a project car, a 1970 beetle that was not running when I got it. From them I've gotten nearly all of the parts that I've used to make it start, run, and look decent. They have a good range of products for nearly every car with good quality, and I was treated well by all of the workers, and I've gone there more than 20 times in 3 months, sometimes twice a day! I will definitely be visiting there for any future projects!
