I have used Sorensen's twice now. They are the business you hope to never need but sure grateful when you do need them. Mike and his team are very kind and understanding. I found that they take great care of your vehicle like it is their own. Mike is unbelievably excellent to work with and his communication is top notch. If you are in need of a tow Sorensens is your place. Thank you for taking care of us when we needed it most.
Literally the worst & most irresponsible experience with a tow truck driver I have ever had. Picked up my car & then took a 3 hour "lunch" break but didn't tell me.Repair shop called & said - we cannot help you today it's getting too late. Missed the drop off time at the repair shop by hours! Do not use this service if you're expecting them to deliver your car anywhere in under five hours of pick up time. Never even apologized.
I called them at aprox 8 pm on a Thursday night. We dropped our trailer off of its landing legs. They came out and had us rest by 11 pm. Totally professional. If I had a need for them again it would be no hesitation.

Their dispatch was on point. Steve came out with his truck. He called me saying he was 5 minutes away. He showed up 5 minutes later and hauled our big ol 04 Cadillac Escalade from Ephraim to West Valley City Utah. A whopping 115 miles north. He said he’d give me an ETA once he got on the freeway and as I got to the Les Schwab in west valley and checked his eta, sure enough he was right on time.

A girl alone in this world traveling from Colorado to Nevada to surprise my Mom for her birthday and I ran over something (s). I was crying and scared.
My tow guy calmed me down and kept close contact during a busy time.
He rescued me, I stopped crying, and he reassured me that the world is good.
