Very helpful! We were north of Cortez when we noticed a brake caliper leaking. Not good with all the upcoming grades up & down. We stopped at Napa in Dove Creek, but unfortunately they didn’t have the part. Mike called the Monticello location for us, and they had it and held it until we got there. Had the other things we needed too.

Staci is the best. I was visiting from out of town and got a flat tire on a dirt road high in the Abajo mountains west of town on a Friday night at closing time. She went WAY above the call of duty and was able to bring me a 6-spline lug nut adaptor tool (after hours) so I could change out the tire. I'm sure she can't do stuff like this all the time, but for me it made all the difference and saved an entire day of vacation. NAPA give this woman a raise. She deserves it! Thanks again!!! 🙏😇👍

They have most everything you need great to have in a small town

This place and people are so awesome. See I'm a over the road truck driver and was put out of service.and these awesome people not only helped me at that time but even came back after hour with a smile on there face and got me the one peice I needed to get me rolling. Thank you so much. Cowboy

We had an issue with our trunk latch and were just passing through town and the gentleman that assisted us was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He even directed us to a great place to have breakfast.

Didn't have the part I needed couldn't even find it. Asked for a 1/8" pipe plug he hande us one for $3.99 we went next door and bought the same part for $1

For a small town store, they had an excellent stock of items. Needed a water hose for our RV and they had it in stock.
