DJ was friendly and helpful when we first pulled in with engine trouble. Because we were traveling, pulling a trailer, he addressed our problem right away. He also lent us a car so we could get lunch. We were on our way within two hours. Price was more than fair. DJ worked through his lunch to get us home today. We would recommend Quality Auto Repair very highly.

My daughter and I were on a cross country road trip to Arizona when we had car trouble. They were fast, friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions...it was a scary situation that could've ended up much worse but they gave us the best most honest answers! Thank you! And we made it!

We were traveling through Blanding when we realized our truck camper was experiencing power issues. We just happened to be near Quality Auto Repair & Towing. It was going on 5:00 PM and the business didn’t advertise RV repair but we decided to stop and ask if they could help us. A service engineer came out to our camper without hesitation, diagnosed the problem, went to a Napa Autoparts, got a part and had us back on the road within an hour. Everyone was very kind even though they officially closed at 5:00 PM.

The service here was amazing!! I was driving through when my AC just stopped working. the shop was recommended to me and was totally worth it. I was just hoping to have them check fluid levels and I had checked everything else and they did a full diagnostic and was able to tell me what was wrong and ask if I had time for it to be fixed. When I didn't they told me how to safely get to my final destination without destroying my engine. If I lived within 3 hours of them they would become my full-time mechanic

As a naive young foreigner being new to motorcycling I had the brilliant idea to move from California to Colorado via motorcycle. At Monument Valley I got off the road and tumbled through the desert sand. No serious injuries, but the motorcycle was wrecked and I was pretty lost. I got in contact with this Repair & Towing Service and the people were incredible! Friendly, helpful, honest and transparent. The prices were totally fair and they did not take advantage of my situation at all. Instead they helped me getting everything set, so I could travel on to Colorado on the next day. I arrived meanwhile, very happy that people like them still exist. Thanks so much!!!

I had a radiator replaced by Quality Repair in Blanding after it developed a leak on my 2006 Dodge Ram Cummins. I'm familiar with auto repair and was on vacation carrying a large camper and live out of the area. The manager was very experienced in terms of what was needed and what parts were in reach in this very rural area. I was quoted the flat hourly rate expected for the job and charge per hour, which was reasonable. A few other minor issues came up. Those working in the shop were obviously competent and happy working there. They were quiet and intent on their work but very personable and willing to explain what they found. They also had the right tools for each job and helped each other when needed. Very satisfied with the work and price. I wish all shops were this congenial. We were recommended to this shop by a local in this small town, saying they had always been treated well at this shop.

In November of 2024 we were traveling south and our truck broke down in front of Wilson arches. Our roadside assistance left a stranded on the side of the road for 5 hours. Our daughter called service repair shops from Grand junction and Moab all along there and no one could get our truck into the shop to be worked on for at least 2 weeks. Quality Auto repair and towing service sent a tow truck picked us up took us back to the shop and they made shop time for us that day. Made our roadside assistance pay for the tow and fixed our truck within a couple hours and got us back on the road. Their service and repairs was second to none and their prices was excellent. They were very accommodating we had our beloved pet with us and they accommodated all three of us and was concerned for our safety and well-being. This family owned shop and all of their employees we consider them to be our ROAD ANGELS they came and saved the day for me and my wife and our pet. We would highly recommend their professional services for any of your Auto and traveling needs. I can't stress enough that if you're having vehicle trouble near Blanding, this is the place to come. Great staff, great work, great communication, great pricing. I hope I never see them again, lol, but for the best reason: they fixed my van and got me back on the road.

Travelling cross-country towing a trailer in 28mph and gusting higher winds, I developed a coolant leak and this part of the world was no place for that. Got a diagnosis that was way better (cheaper) than I was expecting and the part the next morning. On my way in only 24 hours and they let me camp in their lot while waiting for the part. Friendly, knowledgeable and competent people with good recommendations for local attractions. Highly recommended!

They did fix what i wanted but bad communication and people skills. The owner heather needs to hire someone who is willing to pick up the phone and speak with people. Not the service i wanted. Left my passenger window down and unwilling to help get it back to how i left it. I am not happy.

Justin and the dispatcher at Quality Towing were great. We were stuck in deep mud on our side by side in the reservoir and Justin rescued us. The dispatcher went above and beyond to get our exact location. Wonderful people and service, highly recommended.

As a full-time RVer, it never fails that something goes wrong when you least expect it. The starter went out on our 2020 3500 Dodge Ram dually. We were at the campground across the street. The service crew picked up our truck and placed a new starter in a quick and timely manner! Prices are very fair and everyone is so friendly and professional. We highly recommend this business!

I can't thank quality service enough! I was stranded in the Valley of the Gods with a bad alternator, they showed up in good time and kept the shop open until they put the new one in. The next day the new alternator went out, they once again came to my rescue. After removing the first alternator they discovered it was bad replaced it with a new one and didn't charge me. This all took place on a Saturday and they worked on my car until it was running again. Great customer service!

Huge thanks to the Blanding Quality Auto Repair team! We felt lucky to get in last minute, taken care of fast, and everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional during a holiday week. You can tell the local community also loves these people. We even got some tasty, warm homemade muffins while we waited and talked to a friendly fellow customer.

Great shop!! We were traveling from CO to Phoenix when we had an issue with our truck. So glad we found Quality Auto. They were very friendly and honest. A simple fix and we were back on the road. While we were there a few customers came in. I noticed they were all treated with kindness and respect. Oh, and the shop dog, might have to stop back to visit her. Highly recommend these guys!

I’ll tell the truth since you can’t apparently…. Went to the shop on a Friday and was told that the job would Only take three hours on the repair to bring it Monday they would get it done for us. We brought it in on Monday morning to have the repair done Monday at 4 o’clock I called to check to see what time I could pick it up since I had dropped it off at at 7 AM that morning had not heard anything at four pm for a “3 hour repair”. She told me that they were almost done with the repair, but they would not be able to test it to pick it up in the morning. I told her I’d go on lunch at one that I would come and pick it up at that point never heard anything come my lunch point by lunchtime. I also called with my calls being rejected. so I went up to go pick it up to get there to find out that he had my axle out and had just started. But yet she had just told me as I came in that he had been working on it since yesterday the mechanic told me that he did not get to it yesterday because he was on a tow that he just started this morning at 9 AM mind you this is Tuesday they had had my jeep for for over 24 hours at this point and they knew we left Wednesday to go to Arizona and now had to take out The axle because he couldn’t get to the repair on the ground, which was fine if that’s what he needed to do to get it done then fine… he was also trying to figure out where to put the new axle mounts out. My husband told him where to put them showed him what to do. He sured us he would have it done even if he had to stay late, He said that he would have it done in a couple hours, but now that he knew where to put it. “It wouldn’t take that long”. Come 4 o’clock still no response. I had called multiple times once again She was ignoring my phone call so we drove up there. My husband sat there cause I was worried about them leaving without giving us the jeep back because we had a trip the next morning. I asked her multiple times both times I was there what the cost was gonna be and she would not give me a quote or a price. I had to go pick up my son-in-law so I picked him up at 6. I get a phone call from my husband and he tells me that I need to come back so I did I come back to get a $1184 repair on what supposed to have been a “three hour” job she lied to me again said that the mechanic had been there since 6 AM when the mechanic had already told me that he has started at 9 AM that morning she kept consistently arguing with me about what time he started when I had already was given the time by the mechanic multiple times she wanted to lie she wanted to argue I paid the $1184 and I won’t be back. I did let my boss know because her vehicle is in there and once again they lied to her on the days that it was gonna be done and what they had been doing, but yet she had told my husband at the same time that they had they weren’t getting the parts until the next week, but yet was lying to my boss about when they were gonna start the car that they were already almost done and what not they are liars. They will use people do not trust them. Since this is a small town they will do what ever they want bad mouth other shops in the process. If you want to pay a outrageous price to fix your car this is the place to take it. They are the most dishonest people to go to. And BTW you didn’t do any discounts. And since you want to say it had been repaired temporarily on a trail and was down for a couple weeks waiting on parts. I should have taken it to the other person cause I wouldn’t have been screwed over. Can’t stand behind a business that one person can lie and scam people out of their hard working money and screw over even veteran just for their gain. I was lied to multiple times on my car repair and then charged and outright insane price even had to pay for an extra part they broke. This place won’t get my business ever again nor will I ever recommend anyone to take anything there unless they can’t drive anywhere else. I sure hope the welder that did my work got some that money since he was the only one that was honest with us.

Great service and honest owners. I have used Quality Auto for minor and major repairs on my 2009 Ram, and have always been a satisfied customer. Mechanics are extremely Knowledgeable and Pricing is very reasonable! Bottom Line - they are trustworthy!

Best auto repair service I’ve ever had. From Heather’s understanding and care over the phone, (she named my truck just from me telling her of my problem) to Dylan’s smile as he came to tow us, to DJ’s friendliness to welcome us, as we got stuck there for a couple of nights over the weekend. And of course, Dominic’s professionalism, care, and patience. He answered all my questions, listened to all I had to say, talked with my former mechanic, and took such a good and thorough care of our truck that it sounds and drives better than ever! Our engine couldn’t choose a better place to get stuck in. Honestly, if I could, I would always take my business to their shop. I feel so blessed to have met such modest and honest people on our way. These folks are terrific! I had a trailer wheel bearing issue arise unexpectedly on a new trailer. I limped in to their shop by 3 PM on a Friday. They took care of my trailer and had me on my way up north in about an hour. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and very reasonable. Highly recommeded!

We had a tire/trailer issue outside of Bluff. They came out in a timely manner and got us to Blanding to get our tire fixed. They are super sweet family owned business! Thank you for your help!

Recent road trip to the Valley of the Gods ran into problems when I lost a wheel on my new off road camper. Dan and Heather from Quality Auto were fantastic. They calmed my nerves and went out of their way to get expedited shipping on the new part and had me back on the road the next day! …. and at a very fair price. They’re just fantastic people!!! Thank you for rescuing my trip.

On May 2nd our Ford F250 started making rattling noises while we were traveling on Vacation. We took it to Quality Auto Repair since they were across the street from the RV Park where we were staying. They immediately took a look at the Truck and diagnosed the issue which turned out to be much more than they could tackle since it was under warranty and would most likely need a new engine. Their towing service towed our Truck and also took us to the Airport in Moab, UT to pick up a car rental. They are top notch knowledgeable good people and I would highly recommend them. Update: June 1st. After picking up the Truck from the Ford Dealership the first time and finding it was still having issues we had to have it towed back. There were no rental cars available in Moab for several days. We used the shuttle service provided by Quality Auto who took us and our two dogs to Durango, CO to get a car rental so we could get back home to Texas. Once again we were saved by these good people who treated us like family!

Stopped at Quality Auto with an issue on my electric brakes, was passing through Blanding to meet freinds and ride trails near Arch Canyon. Great little gal in the office put someone right on the project and they had us fixed and on our way in no time and at a great price. Really nice people.

01/26/2024 My wife and I along with our two dogs were driving back to Blanding from the Bridges Monument on I-95 when I hit a deer with my Tundra. My front grille was smashed and there was fluid on the road so I assumed my radiator was cracked and I would need a tow back to town. I called 911, they sent a trooper and our hero Dillon driving the tow truck. When we got back to town Dillon told us, we could take their loaner Jeep for the weekend! We were SO SO SO grateful for the loaner vehicle! My wife and I were vacationing in Blanding from Ogden for our birthdays. Which my birthday happened to be the day before. Our whole trip would have been ruined since all car rentals were closed for the weekend and a minimum 1 hour away. Heather who is Dillon's mother was awesome as well. They took apart my truck to check for leaks and apparently, we got lucky and my AC condenser took the brunt of the damage and the radiator was fine. We ended up staying in Blanding for an extra day which ended up being the best day of the trip. I cannot recommend this shop enough! Just ask around town. Everyone we talked to about our story told us the family at Quality Auto are really good people!

We broke down outside Monument Valley and after calling 911 because we had no cell service, the dispatcher contacted AAA and a wonderful young man from Quality Towing came 70 miles and towed us back to Blanding. It was a Friday evening and they were gracious enough to loan us a jeep to use over the weekend! They were honest, forthright, kind and so helpful!! Although they couldn't fix our vehicle Heather, DJ, Danny and Diion were so helpful!! They helped us line up a Uhaul to bring it home and we felt right away they were trustworthy!! Highly recommend!!! Grateful in Iowa!!

Heather and her sons were SUPER helpful when our van broke down in Monument Valley and needed to be towed to Blanding for repairs. And the repair service (once the part arrived in town) was quick, professional and relatively affordable. I would HIGHLY recommend Quality Auto Repair and Towing for both towing services and auto repairs
