This place hides damage ! cars here are not as they appear. Have been made to look better . Buyer beware if you buy here you will find out what I'm talking about after the sale. That is what they do buy wrecked cars do some cosmetics then resell it to you. Very deceptive! Look elsewhere. Please

GO IN PERSON TO VIEW THE VEHICLE YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING, PHOTOS ARE ALTERED. Very shady and unethical business practices here, my parents drove all the way to Auto Lifestyle from Southern California to buy a truck. The photos they provided were extremely altered to make the truck look like it was in better shape than what it actually was. Please take these negative reviews seriously, these people are not trustworthy and lack transparency. Not only that, they will scam you of money and try to pressure you into wiring thousands of dollars. Jasmine was very persistent about making sure my father wired $20,000 so that he would essentially have no choice but to buy the truck. He refused but agreed to put a $500 deposit down on the truck, of course, he couldn’t get the money back because he signed a bogus contract and they “lost a lot of potential buyers” for a truck that had more than $15,000 in repairs. Do not waste your time here for the simple fact that these people do not care about you or maintaining positive relationships with their customers.

They have great deals, but they sell quick so you have to keep an close eye on those deals

I see a lot of reviews knocking this place, but if you know what you are getting into it's really a solid place to get a repairable car. Yes they pull out damage to make the cars look better for pictures, but I never got the feeling they were trying to hide anything. You always have to Google image search the vin so you can see what it looked like before they straightened things out, but you should do that with any car you are interested in. I didn't feel the need, but I got the feeling that if you asked they would tell you exactly what they had done to the car after receiving it to make it look better. If you need to take a mechanic, these cars aren't for you. If you aren't going to do most of the work yourself, the savings probably arent going to be there. They let me and a friend crawl all over the car I was interested in, I came back and looked at it three times, ran a bunch of numbers, and decided to give it a go. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I'd say it was a much better experience than I've had at a lot of car dealers.

They do partial repairs to make the car look better in pics if you know what your looking at you can tell half these cars are a piece of crop that they fab to make look okay, this company has gone through like 5 name chages priobably becuase theyve been sued so many times. and also google the vin and look at images to see how the cars looked before they touched them fyi!! i attached an example of what they do. Be careful fellows, this is one of the most deceitful businesses I have ever encountered! Recently I purchased a 2017 1500 GMC Sierra, they pulled body panels out to make it look like there was not as much damage as there actually was. There was a 1000 dollars worth of frame damage and they would not disclose any of it. Sales and customer service was very disrespectful. And the owner was nowhere to be found and could not be reached. Would not accept personal checks, bank certified checks without waiting in the area for a week till it supposedly cleared their system. They have have some strange policies which goes to show their dishonesty, because those that are dishonest do not trust anybody else either. I would not recommend anybody that cares about their money to step foot inside these doors. If you do decide to buy from them make sure you look the vehicle over VERY carefully cause these guys do not care about honesty. For your personal well-being please find another place to buy a vehicle. There are many better dealerships!

Bought one car before. Company is easy to work with. Answers calls and questions quick. Know that you are buying a salvage car that’s been in a wreck. Only thing I wish was they posted more pictures of what’s damaged. But it’s the same with Copart. Bought another vehicle and so far they have been great

Bought close to 10 vehicles or more over the years from AL due to the availability of different makes of vehicles, late models with fairly low mileage and their affordability. That should mean my overall satisfaction. I am particularly impressed with AL’s dedicated staff, who are courteous and helpful from contract to pick up. Worthy of mention is Azul Martinez, who goes beyond her tour of duty to ensure customer satisfaction. Buying an asset, like a vehicle, requires personal vigilance, investigation and responsibility that cannot be left with the company that one is doing business with.

Thanks to a recommendation from a friend I found these guys I wanted a big suv and knew I couldn’t afford it if I was at the dealer so I purchased a salvage one and I’m so glad I did! The sales rep was patient with me answering all my questions and customer service even helped me find transport to ship it to me. I will be coming back here for my next car without a doubt.

Do not even consider purchasing a vehicle here. With any totaled vehicle, there will always be surprises, and in this business, we all prepare for that. However, when sellers intentionally hide damage just to make an extra buck, that is unforgivable. We bought an F-150 and performed a reasonable inspection before picking it up. As we are wrapping up the repairs, it is incredible how far Auto LS was willing to go to hide damage. For example...the curtain airbags on the non-impacted side had been deployed. Auto LS cut off the airbags and then stuffed the scraps back up into the panel and reattached the panel. Had we not been thorough and removed the entire interior, our customer would have been driving around with no airbags on that side of the vehicle. Not only is this deceitful, but it puts people at risk! When we did the inspection, it was also clear that they had pushed out panels and left out pictures that would have shown the more significant damage. Luckily, we did the inspection in person and were aware of these items before we purchased. But an online purchaser would have missed this entirely. There are a lot of good, honest people who deal with salvage title cars, but Auto LS is not among them. Their practices are not just borderline fraudulent, they are text-book fraud. Register for the insurance auctions and buy directly - you don't need someone like AutoLS in the middle of the deal trying to make money by hiding legitimate damage.

Bought a challeger from Herman and it was a great experience it was quick and easy no games and he was very upfront about everything and git me a great deal!! I would definitely recommend him!

I really wanted to allow these guys to earn my business. I own and have purchased several other salvages vehicles, but never have I been told "no you can't bring it to a mechanic or body shop to check out and only can have one come onsite to do it." Makes no sense unless all the other negative reviews are right and they do not want you to uncover if there are issues. Hoping they change their ways, but buyer beware. The really interesting thing is I called them first and the sales guy I spoke with had driven the vehicle and HE suggested I could take it to any mechanic. I then followed up today with someone else before I drove 5 hours to do it and they were adamant NO OFFSITE inspections, only onsite...hmm.

Great service first time I bought a car here and will continue to buy staff was very helping and everything was done on time I recommend 100%
