I bought a 2020 dodge journey they listed that it runs. The car doesn't run. They sold me a lemon for $6000. The transmission is shot. It has no battery, battery housing, brakes lines cut. Missing two fans ,the rad support and the radiator is broken. The alternator is missing. So how did they list this as a running car? The driver took a hr trying to get it off the truck. I dont recommend this site and now they wont call me back
I bought 2 trucks from them in the past and now my third truck is on the way.
I had a 3rd party transporter bail on me and worked with Taylor and Patty to get it fixed on my end. Great folks to work with. Will do business again!

My experience with autoexporter was good. Being far away all the way in Pennsylvania i was kind of hesitant but it did worth the risk. Everything did work out. i bought a 2015 Acura MDX i still have the car garrage kept today.
We came from Las Vegas to purchase a truck. We had a great experience, Damian was very honest and patient while we looked at the truck and test drove it. Was a very simple and fast purchase.

This place hides damage !
cars here are not as they appear. Have been made to look better . Buyer beware if you buy here you will find out what I'm talking about after the sale. That is what they do buy wrecked cars do some cosmetics then resell it to you. Very deceptive! Look elsewhere. Please

Very shady and unethical business practices here, my parents drove all the way to Auto Lifestyle from Southern California to buy a truck. The photos they provided were extremely altered to make the truck look like it was in better shape than what it actually was. Please take these negative reviews seriously, these people are not trustworthy and lack transparency. Not only that, they will scam you of money and try to pressure you into wiring thousands of dollars. Jasmine was very persistent about making sure my father wired $20,000 so that he would essentially have no choice but to buy the truck. He refused but agreed to put a $500 deposit down on the truck, of course, he couldn’t get the money back because he signed a bogus contract and they “lost a lot of potential buyers” for a truck that had more than $15,000 in repairs. Do not waste your time here for the simple fact that these people do not care about you or maintaining positive relationships with their customers.
I've bought many cars from here and some off Copart. I can trust Auto Lifestyle unlike the other places. I've bought vehicles at this location and the LA location. These people are willing and able to help you every step of the way. Each staff member is courtesy and professional. I am greatly appreciative of Patty's assistance in my most recent transaction. They even arrange the transport. I periodically check out their inventory to see if the get in something that interests me. Check out the pic of my 4x4 fun truck. I bought this from Auto Lifestyle in 2018 and so happy I scored this deal.
I see a lot of reviews knocking this place, but if you know what you are getting into it's really a solid place to get a repairable car. Yes they pull out damage to make the cars look better for pictures, but I never got the feeling they were trying to hide anything. You always have to Google image search the vin so you can see what it looked like before they straightened things out, but you should do that with any car you are interested in. I didn't feel the need, but I got the feeling that if you asked they would tell you exactly what they had done to the car after receiving it to make it look better. If you need to take a mechanic, these cars aren't for you. If you aren't going to do most of the work yourself, the savings probably arent going to be there. They let me and a friend crawl all over the car I was interested in, I came back and looked at it three times, ran a bunch of numbers, and decided to give it a go. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I'd say it was a much better experience than I've had at a lot of car dealers.

Be careful fellows, this is one of the most deceitful businesses I have ever encountered! Recently I purchased a 2017 1500 GMC Sierra, they pulled body panels out to make it look like there was not as much damage as there actually was. There was a 1000 dollars worth of frame damage and they would not disclose any of it. Sales and customer service was very disrespectful. And the owner was nowhere to be found and could not be reached. Would not accept personal checks, bank certified checks without waiting in the area for a week till it supposedly cleared their system. They have have some strange policies which goes to show their dishonesty, because those that are dishonest do not trust anybody else either. I would not recommend anybody that cares about their money to step foot inside these doors. If you do decide to buy from them make sure you look the vehicle over VERY
carefully cause these guys do not care about honesty. For your personal well-being please find another place to buy a vehicle. There are many better dealerships!

LEFT picture shows the vehicle that they purchased from the "Insurance Auction" for a couple of Hundreds and make it look better to sell for Thousands of dollars as of the picture on the RIGHT.
I DON'T recommend anyone to do business with them at all, take in consideration the previous customer experiences listed on here. Lina Bonilla, Grace and Gary are the worst, just like pirates.
Before I completed the transaction, it wouldn't take more than 5 minutes to get a reply from them. After I completed the transaction it would take a week, tons of emails and calls to hear back from them.
They do partial repairs to make the car look better in pics if you know what your looking at you can tell half these cars are a piece of crop that they fab to make look okay, this company has gone through like 5 name chages priobably becuase theyve been sued so many times. and also google the vin and look at images to see how the cars looked before they touched them fyi!! i attached an example of what they do. Buyer beware
