Needed a tow, they got there in 20 min in rush hour traffic . They had to take off my tire to tow it so they took it off, towed it from West Jordan to south salt lake and put it back on. All of this for a very good price! The customer service was great as well.

I've never had a faster or more efficient tow experience! Broke down on I-215, they were there within 20 minutes. In the past, I've had frustrating tows because of phone tag, bad phone service, etc. We were able to do a lot of the communication over text and I shared my location directly. It made everything really easy. The price was also literally half of what I've paid in the past. These guys do good, quick and honest work.
Called for same day service. Jorge was there in 15 minutes. Polite and full service. Even put cardboard underneath the totaled car leaking fluid. I will use them when I need to move it to the salvage yard. Highly recommend.

Our lug nuts broke off in the middle of the highway so the tire was not able to be placed in order to tow. We called 2 other tow companies and they said they could not because it needed a block and to be lifted. When we called High Point towing they immediately said they could help us out. The highway patrol was also there and informed me that the vehicle could not be there for more than 2 hours. High point towing got there quickly and delivered my vehicle to the house. He even asked where we would like it parked and set it up in our driveway. Thank you so much would definitely recommend High Point towing.
Jorge st High Point was wonderful to work with! He was on time and did an amazing job of transporting my husband's '65 Ford Galaxie Coupe to a storage unit. It was not a straight shot into the unit so Jorge worked magic, expertly guiding the vehicle into position; a real pro! He went above a beyond and helped push the vehicle into the unit. He is a great guy who is meticulous about his job. We'll call him when the car needs to go to the shop for repairs and for any other tow jobs we may need.
Well had a long work week and car wouldn't start after attempting to jump start battery couple times had no luck so I called local tow company and they were there in 20 minutes and got my car back to my place quick and safely. Jorge was totally amazing! My daughter's car was high centered on a cement median on a very cold icy night. He arrived in less than 30 minutes managed to get the car off and up to my mechanic very quickly, plus he was actually nice! Great service on a bad night would definitely use him again.

Excellent customer service! I had a tight timeline where I had only 30 minutes to make it to where my car was broken down. They were going to lock the gates and close promptly at 5pm. High Point Towing came to my rescue and met me there to get my car and tow it to my house. I’m so grateful that the owner helped me out in such a stressful situation. Appreciate 24/7 availability. We had a problem with our cargo trailer after hours on a Saturday. Naturally everything was closed until Monday. Called Jorge at High Point Towing Sunday evening to give him a heads-up and arrange for a tow on Monday morning. We aren't from this area and Jorge gave us great advice on where we could take it to have it fixed. We called him back early Monday morning and he came out to where we were staying. It is not easy to load a one axle trailer onto a tow truck, but he did it and was very careful with it. He towed to the mechanic and unloaded it. Great experience with High Point Towing. Jorge answered my call the first time I called and took all the information needed for me to get my old ride towed. Comparable pricing in comparison to other shops I'd called that day. He under promised, over delivered on the timing to get to me; he said 30 to 40 minutes but luckily got to me in under 30 minutes. He made sure my car was loaded up and secured tight. Got my ride to my house and even offered to get it right into my garage. I had to give him a tip because the overall experience was great. I took his card and keep it in my wallet because I'll definitely use his towing service anytime I need it, and I'll recommend him to all my Family and Friends. I defibrillator understand why he has a 5 star rating.
