My roadside assistance program was able to look for tow help for me in my area. Mr Quickpick was chosen for me and I’m so happy the tow driver kept in contact with me, both through text and phone calls. I needed to have the driver store my car at the their lot overnight because the auto-shop I requested was gated up for the night. The driver took my car the next morning to the auto-shop. A few days later I got notice that they won’t charge me for the overnight storage, and I am so thankful for that.
Service was great gave them a call and showed up in 15 minutes. I had gotten in over my head with a tire change and he was very nice and efficient got me back on the road right away. Highly recommend.
Genuinely good people! Got a flat and it quickly turned to be more than I could handle. I was referred to Mr Quick Pick and they sent someone out right away, I only had to wait for about 15 minutes. They were extremely friendly and very very helpful! I never would have been able to change my tire myself! I would recommend these guys to everyone!
Excellent service. I called for a tow because my car wouldn't shift out of park. When he showed up he was very helpful, and showed me a quick band aid fix to drive my car home until I could get it to a mechanic for a permanent fix. Would recommend their service to anyone.
Extremely friendly and professional. These people came on got my truck off of a freeway exit and towed it to my house at 9pm Thanksgiving night. They were very friendly and very helpful. Mr Quick Pick arrived expediently!!! They were there in 20 minutes, when other companies make me wait at Ieast an hour. They were professional and very caring about my situation. I was stuck on a highway and couldn't figure out my location and they found me. My convertible top was stuck down since my car didn't have power, and they took the time to give my battery power so I could get the roof and windows up and power lock the car. They also let me know they thought it was the alternator, which the mechanic at my shop confirmed today. They were true blessings in a time of major stress for me and the country. 10 out 10, highly recommend!

Owen and his family are amazing human beings who were willing to do more than we ever expected to get us out of a mess. We buried our Jeep Rubicon deep in the black mud of the Great Salt Lake miles from any paved road. These guys showed up prepared and ready for anything. Got a flat, called my insurance company and told me the wait was about an hour or so. Wasn’t too mad, got a call 15 minutes later saying they’ll be there in 10 minutes! Once they located me, they were quick with loading my car, drove my car and I where we needed to be. They were very nice and friendly, couldn’t have asked for better people to help me. Wish I could’ve gotten their names.
I was having a horrendous morning my key wouldn’t come out of the ignition! So I struggled with that and then my battery died!!! It’s a Sunday so I spent over an hour trying to get ahold of someone to come help me luckily, Owen was right out to help me in under 30 min!!! Unfortunately it wasn’t my battery that had died and I was nearly in tears this month o had so many unforeseen expenses as I was getting ready to pay this kind man told me not to worry about it. I still tried to pay and he said “sounds like you’ve had a rough month don’t worry about it” not only did he not charge me but he also gave me a ride home. We got to talk and it turns out he’s been doing this for over twenty years plus he’s a retired officer so is my dad! I really love retired officers because they tend to be so helpful and genuine. I also like that old school mentality of good business practice. You literally saved me today and it was so kind of you to be helpful when you didn’t need to be! Thanks again! I really hope that this review helps bring more business to you because you guys deserve it! FYI this was also the cheapest option that I found I did call 9 other businesses and they were going to charge at the lowest $95 for a jump and these guys were about half that!!!
Any day you get stuck in the middle of the highway is a pretty rotten day. After a hassle with the insurance company to get a tow truck out, a few frustrated yells to nothing later, Owen showed up! My day just got better from there! He was so helpful, kind, and positive. I struggled to explain where I was but he figured out exactly where he needed to go to find me. He was quick and had great customer service. I highly recommend Mr. Quickpick, specifically Owen!

These guys were awesome! I called with not one but two flat tires and they came in under 10 minutes to come and help me out! Once they arrived, they offered me advice and towed my car to the nearest tire shop. They’re communicative, punctual, and just generally very sweet individuals. I highly recommend this company!
My wife’s new Audi got a flat... but it does not come with a spare tire!!! Who does that, right??Called and Mr QuickPick was dispatched. We had to wait an hour or more but found out it was a day gone crazy and the whole valley was booked and behind. But he called and warned us, tried to get a quicker dispatch and couldn’t.

Wow, just awesome! My boat trailer had a bearing go out, to the point where it pretty much exploded one of the 4 tires off, rotor and all. No changing the tire to fix it. I had to leave the boat in a relatively remote area, 20 mi from the nearest anything. I then found out I have free roadside assistance from Progressive. They said they would put this 23 foot boat on a flat bed and tow it to a repair place in the city. Must've cost $300 but it was free (kudos to Progressive as well). They chose MrQuickPick as the company to tow. So great! This is a Sunday afternoon. They contacted me, texted me, and even sent me a pic of the final destination when they were done. Such great customer service. I really appreciate it. If I ever need a tow again, I know who to call without a doubt!

Look if you're a person that cares about customer relations, these guys are it! I couldn't have had a better experience, considering I was stranded and needed a tow. But the 2 folks that I communicated with on the phone and then came to my rescue really reminded me how good people still exist that genuinely care about helping others. Great service! We were stranded and couldn’t get our tire off and it was 10pm. We had our baby with us screaming, hungry, and tired. We did everything we could think of and still it wouldn’t budge so we called Mr. Quickpick and he gave us simple instructions to remove it. He knew exactly how to help us and we were so grateful!
These guys are doing it right. My car needed to be towed from Park City to Sandy, I called around to get quotes and they were half the price. Owen is a great guy with solid business practices. All the equipment was high quality & looked new, he hooked my AMG right up, my car has coilovers so it sits very low but he had no problems. The drive down was awesome, his truck rides like a caddy and we chatted all the way. I definitely recommend these guys if you need a tow or any roadside assistance. I'm not related, affiliated or being compensated, this is a real review. I just arrived home about 2 hours ago and it took about 40 minutes from pickup and to my house.
