This company was quick to tow my son's car, but I need a receipt for my insurance company. I have called this company 3 times and my husband has called once. It has been almost 3 weeks. I can't get them to send me a receipt. They tell me that they need a few hours or they will get a hold of the driver and get it sent over. I'm still waiting.
If you're in need of a tow, call these folks! Our guy (Brian) came to pick us up about 50 miles outside of Salt Lake City. My wife, dog, and I were taking a cross-country road trip and had a front tire blow out. Initially we called our insurance but they took more than 3 hours to respond. Once we called Universal, they responded immediately and came out (50 miles) in about 1 hour (which was pretty prompt given the distance.) We couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend!
They were very friendly and kept me updated the entire time. Their estimate time was really miscalculated though. Said they would pick up within 45min then it turned to an hour then they ended up not picking up for 2 hours. It wasn’t bad though.
