This company was quick to tow my son's car, but I need a receipt for my insurance company. I have called this company 3 times and my husband has called once. It has been almost 3 weeks. I can't get them to send me a receipt. They tell me that they need a few hours or they will get a hold of the driver and get it sent over. I'm still waiting.
They were very friendly and kept me updated the entire time. Their estimate time was really miscalculated though. Said they would pick up within 45min then it turned to an hour then they ended up not picking up for 2 hours.
It wasn’t bad though.
Estimated time was 85 minutes. Okay fine seemed reasonable. 85 minutes passed then they finally decided they couldn't make the tow happen. Perfect thanks. Tow guy seemed nice over the phone
Setup a tow with road side assistance and this provider cancelled my service without contacting me or roadside assistance. I wasted 90 minutes of my time before finding this out. They refused to respond to calls from roadside assistance after I spoke with roadside assistance. Avoid this business, poor work ethic, terrible customer service.
They didn't perform any services.
I had a flat tire and called my insurance for roadside assistance. After a 2.5 hour wait for them to get to me. I show them where the donut and tire changing things are in my vehicle, they claim I didn't have a jack, they also said my car was too low and they could not tow it then left me. I was stranded for another 2.5 hours before finally getting help somewhere else. This whole experience was unacceptable.
If you're in need of a tow, call these folks! Our guy (Brian) came to pick us up about 50 miles outside of Salt Lake City. My wife, dog, and I were taking a cross-country road trip and had a front tire blow out. Initially we called our insurance but they took more than 3 hours to respond.
Once we called Universal, they responded immediately and came out (50 miles) in about 1 hour (which was pretty prompt given the distance.) We couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend!
After calling 3 different towing companies and all of them being rude we dealt with these guys! Quick professional and kind i will 100% use these guys if i need a tow truck again
