I can't say enough about how they went out of their way to make sure I got the car I wanted. They have contacted me on numerous occasions to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. but I've been having issues with it since I bought it, engine, brakes and rotors, I believe the fuel pump needs replaced and the fuel filter too!! There's also a recall on the car and now I wish I had never bought it
Though I only went inside image auto once (because my husband had done most of the car shopping before that), they were extremely pleasant to work with. All the staff was knowledgeable about things we questioned. I felt like they had the most open pricing policy in comparison to other dealers. I worked mostly with Danny at Image auto. He was incredibly friendly, authentic and helpful. He broke the “used care salesman” stereotype big time. I never felt pushed; only helped. Once I decided to buy the car, I was out of there in no time. The place is clean, classy, comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend them if you’re buying g a used car (particularly Danny).
