I can't say enough about how they went out of their way to make sure I got the car I wanted. They have contacted me on numerous occasions to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. but I've been having issues with it since I bought it, engine, brakes and rotors, I believe the fuel pump needs replaced and the fuel filter too!! There's also a recall on the car and now I wish I had never bought it
Though I only went inside image auto once (because my husband had done most of the car shopping before that), they were extremely pleasant to work with. A few days ago, my wife and I bought a 2023 Palisade from Image Auto Sales. As you may know, they specialize in branded titles. Since this SUV had a rebuilt title and had been in an accident before, I wanted to do my homework and make sure the repairs were done right. When I told them I wanted to take the car to my mechanic for an inspection, they had no problem with it.
At the shop, we put the car on a lift to check the quality of the work. I spoke with two mechanics, and both were very impressed with the repairs. They told me this would be a great buy. On top of that, the 50-point inspection they performed on the car showed no issues at all.
So far, my wife and I are very happy with our decision and we’ve been enjoying the new ride. Throughout the whole process, there was no pressure, and the team respected our timing, which made the experience even better.

Just left this place loved the truck online, came in to check it out in person & found it to be advertising multiple trim features inside the vehicle (rear ac seats, rear ac control auto closing tailgate to name barely any that were advertised there was a huge list) we were only allowed to drive it around the block. We didn’t get to hear it cold start. The engine didn’t even get to operating temperature. When I expressed my concerns regarding an ABS & Body Control Module issue they brushed it off saying their mechanics checked it out & found no issues. We came pre approved for more than the advertised amount of the truck but after false advertisement strict test drive procedure and uninterested salesman we’ll pass.

We came to Image Auto to buy a car because we are repeat buyers here. Recommended a vehicle with a rebuilt title that they had to our father who was in the market for a pick-up. It was VERY clean with super low mileage. He purchased that vehicle 5+ years ago. He never had any problems with it. Dad has now passed, but his grandson now owns it and it's still in very good condition.Today's purchase was once again a smooth process like the last. The test drive was solid. The vehicle was well priced, had low mileage, and the exterior and interior condition was excellent for a rebuilt title! We love the car! Also, they never pressure sell you. Instead, they let you wander the yard looking at the vehicles without being right on your heals. Love that! The reason, I believe, is that if you have excellent inventory, you don't need an annoying car salesman to sell it, it will sell itself! These guys are the best! Very family oriented because they are a family, and they make you feel that they want a good deal for you and yours.

I had a really great experience buying a car from Image Auto. There is definitely no pressure to buy from them. I found a car I loved and it was salvaged title. The body work was perfect and the car was clean and beautiful. I couldn’t pull the trigger the first day. I called them back and said I needed time to think about it. Danny responded kindly and said it was a big purchase and to take my time. I thought about it over the weekend and decided to buy the car. I went in Monday evening to buy it. I was so afraid it was sold, but he told me he hid it so that no one else would buy it.

They sold me a busted 2021 Toyota Tacoma. Their service department WELDED THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER IN BACKWARDS. No Gasket. No bolts. No working sensors. It worked just enough to be good for the test drive but broke immediately after I took it home.

I just bought a vehicle from Image Auto, vehicle was as advertised and the salesman Danny had it serviced cleaned and ready for me. I also appreciated that he picked me up from the airport. If you buy a vehicle, make sure to specifically request to deal with Danny, Super helpful and nice guy. Don’t make any offers to the finance guy Kurman, As they will be rejected. I seek out cars with branded titles because these vehicles typically have lower mileage at prices that are thousands less than comparable clean title cars. I purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback, which was the cleanest I found. The car runs and drives perfectly. I’ve always bought private sale. So, I was a little reluctant about negotiating a sale with a dealership all the way from NV, for a rebuilt vehicle I couldn’t even see in person first. When I found this 2019 GMC Canyon, I knew it was the truck I wanted. Danny was 100% on top of corresponding with me to get any answers, info, images, or video, I needed to make my decision easier. Final update: took it into les Schwab found out it had 2 bent Rims. Which I was fine with. Everything else is still amazing with this car. But even on a better note Kamran called us to see how we liked the vehicle. When we told him the little issue he was willing to replace the Rims that had been bent and he also ordered me a spare tire and jack. Although I very much appreciated the fact I have never seen a business go out of their way like that. And I was perfectly fine needing to buy new things for the car. This company is by far amazing and probably the only place I'll ever go for my vehicles from now on. Thank you so much kamran
Update: later that day my passenger back wheel/tire started to wobble so my car has had to sit until I can get it into a tire shop and see what's going on . Either way still love my car and can't expect a used car to always be perfect.
So I personally rarely leave reviews. But after weeks of tirelessly looking for the exact vehicle I wanted. I finally found it. It was an hour away but I was priced way below average from others I was looking at. So I was willing to start the paperwork on it before seeing it . And I am very pleased with the fact that I did. Because when I seen the car in person the pictures did no justice. The car had everything and more then I hoped for. And this company is amazing. They knew my husband had work so they made everything so quick once the bank approved our loan it was so fast. We will definitely be recommending them and coming back. Readers— My wife and I bought a car from “Image Auto Sales” from the comfort of our living room! Please keep in mind, we live in Port Orchard, Washington, and “Image Auto Sales” is located in West Jordan, Utah (which is approximately 880 miles apart). After through research, we felt comfortable enough to purchase the car unseen. That said, “Image Auto Sales” requires rigorous inspections and criteria that meet their standards before selling a vehicle!
The overall selling and buying transition was simple- from extended warranty offers, signing, and transferring the vehicle to us was smooth sailing. All transactions were done via phone, email, and digital signatures, which meant a stress free experience. And the price is such a steal. The car we purchased is a 2020 Subaru Impreza - approximately 16000 miles on the vehicle. It was by far less expensive than anything we found iin our state (almost $10,000 cheaper and much less mileage - including shipping). Although, our car came with a “Branded Title,” I can assure you that the car looks and runs like new! With all of their many inspections and warranties— we felt safe that this was not a “Lemon.” By now, we’ve had the car for about a month and it drives like a champ!
