First time using these guys to tow my sons car to dealer. Very responsive, showed up right when they were supposed to. Rob was awesome to my son and his girlfriend, made a bad situation much easier for them to deal with!!
My car got towed @ nobody fault but by own and they were AMAZING with dollying it @ my request then they even towed it home for a very reasonable cost!
These guys are absolutely amazing! I was having issues getting there to pick up with my rental and they were very patient with me and did everything they could to help me adjust the reservation. I will absolutely use them again as my #1 Go-To!!
I had my motorcycle break down, gave them a call. They were there fast and the guy that ran a tow truck was extra CAre and being extra careful with my Motorcycle getting it up on the truck very happy with their service.

Rob came out and helped me on a roadside assistance call paid for by farmers insurance. He got there really quick considering it was like the beginning of rush-hour especially it was real nice. Got me home safe.
Joe was outstanding. We had an accident and the police called in the tow trucks. I knew the body shop we wanted to go to but the tow truck driver from the other company said they would only tow to their impound lot and if we wanted it towed to the body shop it would be out of pocket and cost $400. I called Joe at Pendletons and he was an incredibly valuable resource (and very fair priced). We sent the other guys packing and Joe took very good care loading our Audi. He clearly knew how to work with our Audi and took measures to ensure there wasn't an additional damage caused by loading our car.

These guys were fast to arrive, they even have a tracker to let you know how far away the truck is. The driver was professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He loaded our 03 Express Box van and delivered to the destination safely. Thank you for taking care of our vehicle and charging a fair rate! Awesome service at a fair price.
Do not spend your money with this company! Terrible Customer Service I Highly Recommend using a Different Service for your towing and U hauls Rentals. We rented a Uhaul for 1 day actually only for 11hours and they charged us for 2 full days. This company is very dishonest. And will try and make any extra money they can. Take your money to a place that respects its customers and values the community through honesty and respect. Not this place!
Nobody likes to have to get a vehicle towed. Your day already starts out on a low point. This company was one of the most difficult I have ever dealt with. From beginning to end the day went from bad to worse. I don’t think people realize the way you treat others is a direct reflection of who and what your business stands for. It’s almost like it’s a thing of the past to be honest and courteous. I usually am able to find something good to say I don’t like to just say negative things. I am not a negative person. The only positive is knowing that I don’t ever have to use them and maybe I can help someone avoid a huge mistake in choosing to use this company in the future.

Dealing with towing and impound on a car is never easy and often unpleasant for both sides. And when more people and complications are involved emotions can run high. Without getting into details, my family and I were facing losing some small but irreplaceable heirlooms because of bad circumstances. They didn’t have value to the owner or any kind of monetary value by themselves. But for my family - they were priceless. At one point we were worried they’d be gone. It might not seem like much but two people at this company went out of their way to help us retrieve these items. Stormy and James worked with us to save these things. And Stormy helped us navigate the process and advocated for us with management. Again, their job isn’t easy but it’s amazing to find compassion and kindness in tough situations, especially when an impound is involved. Thank you so much for simple kindness in a complicated and, too often, angry world!
One last point to note: if a vehicle is impounded you don’t really get to choose what company gets hired to do the job. So automatically there’s a point of contention: Towers have a job to do and often a person dealing with an impound has just had a VERY bad day. Sparks fly, emotions are high, like I mentioned. When an owner had no choice it’s easy to throw that anger at a worker. And it’s way easier to return the same energy the car-owner is showing. And not feel very inclined to help the car owner in any way.
I can personally say that, beyond our first call for info, the above example is NOT how our journey went. Thanks again Stormy and James for just being the "good guys" when we needed it. My family will always be grateful!
I was nothing but nice to these fellas, but the only guy there takes 45 minutes to rent a single truck out. I rent uhauls for work, and when the line is long, I generally wait 30 minutes at most. Be careful they will accuse you of damages on their uhauls that you had nothing to do with so take pictures of everything when you go
I called and got a good price.They were very quick and very friendly people to work with. I would 100% recommend Pendleton's for any of your towing or recovery services you may need.I won't use anybody else but this company.
This man for the company came flying out of a neighborhood with no care for any stop signs or possible traffic. Wasn’t until I got close and had to swerve to hear the mast squeal of his hard braking showing tried braking fast to not hit me. I don’t care what you have to do to keep an eye on your drivers but they need to be tracked on how they are driving. Never will use this company. Feel like they will cause an accident to try and get more business.
I enjoyed my experience with Pendleton's Towing earlier today. They had the equipment to pick up, haul, & deliver a storage container for me. I needed immediate help, and they dispatched their driver/truck within 5 mins. of me giving them the addresses. My customer was super pleased with the drivers professionalism and ability. My customer said "you were a lifesaver by getting this job done for me". Pendleton made that possible and I will definitely use them again in the future.
My son's car was stolen in Salt Lake City and involved in a DUI incident with a police cruiser
We were unaware of this, .because we live in Nevada. When we were called to say the car had been found we tried to get information ..was it damaged, etc.
We weren't able to find out anything. Whomever you initially talk to on the phone assumes that you know exactly what you need to know to pick up a vehicle. In our state, we don't need any forms ...just money.
We drove three hours to pick our car up, and the employees in the office, once again, rude!! They said they didn't have on record that the vehicle was stolen. So basically, we were treated like we were the ones that rammed a police cruiser.
The level of unprofessionalism is off the charts!!
I guess in this business you don't need to be polite or treat people with respect.

I say that with a smile .My wife and I broke down on our way home from south Dakota to California in our motorhome got dropped off by another tow company in the middle of the night at a horrible tweaker repair shop . I had to have Pendeltons come and hook me up and get me to a reputable shop .
the owner and two other drivers showed up and treated us like family . they were very respectful polite and professional . if I ever have the bad luck to break down anywhere near alt lake again ill will never call anyone else. they turned what was the worst couple days into a manageable situation .thank you all again .
Fair pricing and got the job done. Brad was a delight to work with! Highly recommend him!! He was early, patient and very skilled at what he does. I basically asked him to do the impossible by dropping my 26ft box truck into a tiny corner of a packed storage lot and he delivered. Not to mention he built a great rapport with my 4 yr old son :-) Great experience all around. Thanks a million.
These guys helped me out twice when I was in a bind, saving my business by providing quick service at a great price. The first time I can't remember the guys name but he was great, and the second time Nate picked me up and let me ride with him to my destination. Both drivers were incredibly nice and genuinely good people who respected my truck and did the work quickly and safely. I'd reccomend this company to everybody. Thanks guys!
Towing was quick. I showed up to get my personal items from my car after it was totalled, 2 of the guys were in the process of taking the battery from my car and there was a pile or garage and broken parts (not from my car) piled in the backseat, there were even dirty paper plates! Very little respect for people's personal property. My insurance was moving the car from the lot soon ans they were taking what they could while they could. When we pulled up to the totalled car, they hurried away from it and said "Can I help you?" in a rude way like we were the ones stealing. The same man that was trying to take the battery stared me down and gave me a dirty when I pulled into the parking lot. The guy in the office was very helpful and informative, the white haired man had very little respect for my personal property and was rude in general.
