Blocked my number after I called once. had to have my mom call them and we’re extremely rude on the phone and giving bad service on the call. We only needed to clean it out don’t come here. I had no choice as I was unconscious and in the hospital when they towed my car.
I totaled my car and although that was a bad experience working with any&all towing was pleasant. I was worried when I read reviews people saying they took inventory, etc. but everything was in the car. They let us get it and the guy was very patient with us while we did. We truly appreciate it.
Peaches thank you for being very helpful and honestly nice as well! She broke it down for us of what was being charged! Honestly didn’t like how I spoke to a guy on Friday when my car got impounded because he said “Why do you keep calling and hanging up” umm sir because I’m dealing with the cops. Anyways thank you peaches for helping us!!
I got my truck impounded and when walked into this business to get my truck and forgot to shut the door behind me and the the first thing the owner says is “I’ve never met a Mexican who couldn’t shut a door” and from their on he was even less helpful. He told me there were a few more steps I needed to take before getting my car out which i was willing to do, then proceeds to tell me that he won’t take my card for payment specifically because he didn’t like my tone. It was going to cost $500 for a 20 minute tow and says his rates are $200 an hour. This review will do nothing but I hope I can warn people what kind of man the owner is before they get there, so they have all the information they need so they don’t let this man walk all over them like he did to me.
HORRIBLE! if I could give zero stars I would. Most dishonest company I have ever worked with. We called them to tow my sister's vehicle from an accident. We gave them specific instructions to take it straight to the auto repair shop. We even confirmed with the auto shop and they were expecting the vehicle. The guy who towed our vehicle is the guy who owns the company, it was not even one of his drivers. We were told he was towing it to the auto body shop but they never got the vehicle. When we called this tow company and confronted them about it, they lied and said no one was at the auto shop but my sister and I were there waiting for the car to arrive. I waited at the auto body shop for two hours so I could grab something out of my sister's car when it arrived. But it never arrived! He took it back to his tow yard instead just so they could charge us two days of storage. And we even picked up the car from his yard the very next day, less than 24 hours and he still charged us two days of storage. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
Couldn’t afford to get my truck out so I asked if I could get my belongs it is everything I own I was living in my truck but owner wanted me to pay to get my belongings or he was throwing it out. Of course I couldn’t come up with what he was asking for so everything I own to make a living my clothes my tools other peoples project are going to get thrown way I use to think people were decent and had a cared about people going threw hardship but now I see it’s all about money who cares if the other guy going threw!!!! I’m hurt and sad about this I just hope the owner will one day open up and be willing to help thy Neighbor and I wish him well and a healthy happy successful life I know towing company is a hard business to be in but ya I wish I could have had a better experience with these guys
loved this place so much. they were so gentle with my car and with a reasonable price. so friendly on the phone and when picking up my car. i asked for a tow and they instantly got to my car the same day! would recommend to anyone who needs a tow!
They did a great job of taking an urgent call for my SUV and did it for a reasonable price. Grateful for these guys and their excellent customer service!
Incredibly overpriced for the service performed. My daughter was in an accident and used them to tow her car in a moment of desperation. Would have been worth the time and effort to find someone else to use even during her time of stress. Would not recommend.
This is the worst tow company In the valley, do not use them if you can at all help it. In their yard my car was scratched terribly and he didn’t care a bit. The least he could’ve done is waived the tow fee... not professional at all
Beware! Avoid this company at all costs. My vehicle was impounded and the contents were inventoried. When I looked in the bag I was missing a gold necklace that my dad gave me just before passing away from prostate cancer last month. The guy in the office was an A hole and was missing the tip of his finger. Probably got caught before and lost his finger for theft. The driver was an old guy and I’m sure he had sticky fingers just like his partner. Tow companies are notorious for theft so be carful and take all your stuff out of your vehicle. You have the right to do that even if the officer is a creep like the one I was pulled over by. Hope this helps someone out there. May karma strike down on this company.
