Highly recommended!!! Took my car in to have a transmission whine checked out. This is after several other places looked at the car. Everyone wanted to do a full transmission replacement. Conrad’s did a minor service and said nothing else needed to be done or repaired. Long story short, noise is gone and transmission is working well. Best place for transmission work!!!
These guys are the best around!! I have a ‘66 mustang that had a rebuilt transmission from Tanner Transmission just 6 years ago. I took it to Conrad’s and not only did they rebuild everything correctly, they fixed everything that Tanner did wrong!! They are reasonably priced, efficient and actually know what they are doing. Update: I think you learn more about a shop when things don't go right. We had a few hiccups with this transmission, but Jason stood behind his work and resolved all issues. No games, no excuses. I will absolutely come back here for any future work.

Fast and friendly service. Jason found that the previous service company had improperly filled the transmission. Great price too. I recommend taking your vehicle transmission service to Conrad’s. Being a retired mechanic I have always been very picky when it comes to vehicle maintenance and Conrad’s is great.
I was having transmission issues and I know I need to have the fluid and filter changed. Just needs a good service. They gave me a quote that was $75 to $100 cheaper than the other shops. After the service was done I got an even better deal $60 cheaper than the original quote and the Manual transmission I had, required less fluid so it costs less to do the Service, they were so honest! I will be a customer for life and I will recommend everybody i know to their location. Thanks for being honest and being a great mechanic
This place is probably the best transmission shop I have ever dealt with. I took my Ram 2500 here and not only did I get a much better price than a remanufactured transmission from the dealer. Jason knew the tips and tricks to make my transmission a "built" awesome transmission with the parts and pieces that would suite my off road and towing driving needs. Would absolutely recommend this place for your transmission needs.
Jason has the highest degree of Customer Satisfaction. He is very knowledgable. I have been a customer since they were on State Street and the late Conrad Tanner was still the owner. Jason makes sure the repairs are of the highest quality. The prices of repairing my transmissions over the years and 3 of my vehicles always undercuts other shops like AAMCO or others. I drive all the way from Roy to get help from Jason. I still save a lot if money and frustration of others making improper repairs or unnecessary add-on charges. Jason us very honest and will treat you right.
If you keep getting screwed over by Tanner Transmission with their unethical & preditory practices. I have had my own experience, but Conrad's took it over when tanner gave my truck back to me in pieces & completely took care of my truck above & beyond.
I had an awesome experience here. Honest mechanic who referred me somewhere else because what I thought was a bad transmission bearing turn out to be a bad wheel bearing that blew a seal when it was pressed in “6 months ago”. They scoped the transmission and confirmed the bad bearing on the lift and looked at their full schedule and recommended referred me to another mechanic unless I wanted to wait until a spot opened up. Awesome shop and crew.

Jason is the best. I took my car in, worried it would be an expensive fix, but he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and show me that it wasn't as bad as I feared. Quick service, great price, awesome hospitality!
The price was better than anyone else a I could find. The work was not done when they told me it would be but they still completed the job faster than many of the other shops told me it would take. I am satisfied with the work they did and they offer a decent warrantee. I felt like they were honest with me about the work required if not the time it would take.
Picked up the Beast today after the transmission was replaced. The service was very friendly and took great care of my truck. They went above and beyond expectations with changing an inline filter, the Flex plate, and the rear main seal. No leaks, no drips, no errors so far. Highly recommend at this point and will update as the mileage increases.

Jason is a very professional and considerate person and they do fantastic work at this shop hes also an honest person, informed me ahead of time that the shop was a few days behind but still managed to squeeze my truck in and get me back in my vehicle as soon as possible.

They’ve replaced transmissions on two of my trucks. Jason is incredibly helpful and was able to squeeze me in (luckily he had the parts) in a pinch while parts were waiting on another project.

I wanted to leave a review because of the great service I got here from Jason. My Toyota Sequoia's transfer case was leaking fluid and possibly compromised. Jason gave me an initial quote and after digging in to the issue determined it wasn't as bad as previously thought and fixed it for less than half of the quote. This level of honesty and integrity is amazing and I am extremely appreciative. Give this shop your business!
I came to Conrad's thinking that I had a problem with my transmission, and it ended up being that there was nothing wrong at all - just a little problem with a loose bolt and washer. So even thought my car actually didn't need fixing, I'm super grateful for their honesty! Their service was performed promptly too - within 2 hours of me dropping it off. When I went to pick it up, I wasn't even charged! It made me super happy and I feel like I could definitely rely on them again if I ever need to come in.
I am sure I am not the easiest person to work with as I know my communication skills are not great. However, Jason was VERY nice and extremely helpful. We needed a diagnostic test ran on our car and when we talked to the dealership we were under the impression that we could choose someone to work on our car as long as they were ASE certified. Unfortunately that was not the case. We are sad that they can’t work on it. As far as the diagnostic text goes, they told us it would be done by 11 that day however it was done Sooner. They are quick effective and nice I would recommend the shop to anyone. Thanks for all your help Jason!
Called Conrad’s (Jason) with a transmission not acting correct. He trouble shot with me over the phone on with some possible solutions. He had his lift occupied and could not get me in right away so I pulled my transmission out, brought it to him. He said it would be a few days. He called me the next day and said my transmission was done. I was shocked! Showed up, transmission was painted, looked amazing, he gave me the proper gaskets, flush, and new cooler. I got it installed, called Jason with a few questions (he was happy to answer), transmission runs like a top! I highly recommend his shop! Thanks Jason!

Another so-called reputable shop featured in national magazines rebuilt a stage 2 48RE for me that had nothing but problems. Took it back 3 times in the first couple of months. Transmission only lasted 3 years. Took it to Conrad’s and they did a great job fixing all the mistakes the other shop made including replacing missing parts! Jason is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they fixed in great detail to me. I highly recommend these guys!
Best shop I have been to, Jason has been such a great help and was able to communicate everything that was going on. I had my transfer case rebuilt and they made it feel like new. They also were able to address issues that other shops had missed, so greatly appreciated. Would recommend to anyone.
When a repair shop found that my transmission went bad, they said I needed a new one for about $4000. I called Conrad's and was told that it might be repairable, but they'd have to open it up to know for sure. Jason found 4 bad bearings inside, but getting parts for that transmission proved very difficult. He spent 4 hours trying to find the parts and ended up finding them in France! I'm so happy that he went the extra mile for me. Ended up saving me about $2500 over a new one and the transmission is working great.
You ever take your car somewhere and as you're dropping it off and leaving your thinking to yourself "should I have left my car here"? Not this place. They really know what they are doing. Jason has done work on two of my trucks and done an excellent job. Pricing was upfront and accurate and the work was performed beyond my satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about this place.
These guys are incredible! Best value that I could find after several quotes for a transmission rebuild. Amazing warranty on a rebuild (3 years or 100k miles) that I could only find at other places if I went with a remanufactured transmission. They got me to a Stage 2 rebuild all for cheaper than the OEM rebuild! Extremely fast and 2-3 weeks faster than any other place I called (Had my transmission done in than 4 business days!). I HIGHLY recommend this place for any of your transmission needs. My truck is running so smoothly now through gears and I have a reverse again! Very impressed and happy with their work!
Conrad has always taken care of me! Very hard working crew and boys on his team! Fair priced! My experience has always been good! Conrad has shown concern for not only the welfare and smooth running of my transmission but my entire vehicle! I remember he spotted some loose bolts in front suspension and tightened up for me. I would recommend to everyone to only come to Conrad for their transmission needs ! You will be cared about and taken care of! I had my truck transmission beefed up and it has been one strong transmission! One time I thought my transfer case had blown it was actually my rear differential limited slip , he helped me secure a used rear end from a junk yard thus saving money on a rebuild . Just great place!
So impressed! I needed someone to look at my van and didn't know who I could trust. I found them online and trusted the reviews I read and was not disappointed. Jason was very professional. They diagnosed the problem with my old van and recommended not fixing it but just to drive it as long as we can. They didn't even charge me for diagnostics.
