I got stuck in a clients driveway during that last heavy snowstorm & they said they were at least an hour out but then he said wait I think I can get someone there in 30min. I worked at it myself & eventually was able to get out & cancelled the tow. They were so nice! Great customer service even though I didn’t truly need the tow in the end, they were ready to move mountains to get to me sooner & a special truck even bc of course I don’t have a hitch on the back 🙄
