I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Jonathan. Despite the error being on their end, he was unwilling to help rectify the situation. I had specifically ordered a part and received the wrong one for a different model, even though I had called twice before purchasing to confirm. When I contacted them for a refund, Jonathan was very uncooperative. I requested that he review the phone recordings to verify that I had indeed requested the correct part/model, but he dismissed my request, claiming that they don't even sell parts for that model. This contradicts what others at Interstate have said. Usually, the staff at Interstate are helpful and courteous, but Jonathan refused to take responsibility and unfairly blamed me for accepting the incorrect part. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. He also didn't care that I have been a customer for year.
Great prices and have had every part I have needed. ( mostly head lights)
First time purchasing from them was a bit hesitant with the reviews, but super helpful and straightforward. The part itself I am overall satisfied with the engine hood wasn’t a perfect alignment fit on the car but customer service upfront was great.

It's a good place to buy parts if you own an auto body shop. However, it's important to be cautious. Even if you clearly communicate the parts you need to the employee, if they make a mistake, you're the one who pays for it, not them. They don't accept returns if they're at fault. It might sound amusing, but that's the reality. I recommend this place for purchasing parts, but it's crucial to closely inspect the parts before and after purchase to catch any mistakes on their end. If you run a busy shop without a dedicated person to follow up constantly, I wouldn't recommend it, as it could lead to frustration.
I had a bug fly in my car causing me to hit a fence and break my mirror on my car and when I called them upset and crying they were the most kind and professional people ever they never once made me feel bad for not knowing anything about cars and the guy who answered the phone was calm and reassuring he was kind enough to even come check my car for me and give me recommendations on where to go for a fix . I love how helpful and mom judgmental they are ! If you’re a girl and you also feel like car places usually treat you meanly or make you feel stupid I promise this car place is actually the best and they are so kind and so helpful and they have the best prices I only paid 35$ where online the piece I needed was listed at 75+
Great parts, Bad customer service. I was told by an employee that they don't advertise allot and really just get business from word of mouth. Sadly I now have to tell people that even though the parts and prices are good, make sure the employees don't focus more on upselling you rather than listening to you and ringing you up for the right part. I have to wait till payday now to put gass in my cae after the white guy at the counter rang me up for the wrong part, got me on an upsell, and after finding out, decided to charge me for the proper part rather than refunding me the differance. All while telling me, " oh we will just void the transaction so it's like nothing happened and your original payment won't go through." Next time just do your job and try and make up for your own mistakes rather than shoving that onto a customer.
Closed Sunday. Extremely tight, narrow parking lot to maneuver a 53 foot trailer with sleeper cab. Loading and unloading is piece by piece by hand. They work as fast as they can.
They had one of the two things that I came for but couldn't tell me when the other part would show up and they don't have the option to order it. But otherwise everything went fast and easy and the part I did get was reasonably priced.
No much to say but their delivery services sucks, they don't take a payment over the phone, they don't longer deliver to a repair facility, I mean we live in USA and this store policy is like the one on Latin America lol a total JOKE ! besides they charge you way more than if you buy it on EBAY... screw this place ... ill never ever order nothing from this place... it total SUCKS !
After reading all the negative reviews I was skeptical of going there but I needed parts for my car. I went in this past Saturday and John was unbelievably helpful. He actually came out to my car to see what I needed. I'm not sure why the reviews aren't good, but if you want professional help just ask for him to help you.
great service and good part availability. The guys that work there are super patient and will try to help you if they can. Just don’t try to return parts that have been painted after you blame them for getting you the wrong part. I was there last time and some guy came in, threw a fit because he got the “wrong part” and noticed AFTER he got done painting it. ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. Don’t be rude to workers, when it’s your mistake.
One of the worst experience I ever had. Ruben He don't deserve this kind of job He don't have respect for customer. And he don't have respect for the Latino community. Company need to fire him and give opportunity to another person
Finally came back, and this place is under great management now. Good service and good communication.But the best Respect to customers.

They've been fine for me. Bumper covers are around 40 bucks and have fit the cars fine, I call in before I go there and wait time isn't bad. I haven't tried their return policy because they invite me to open the package and inspect the part before I leave. The parts have all been in good condition but I'm sure if I found a defect they would exchange it for me. I'm sure that's why they have customers inspect the parts at the point of sale
Bad customer services. Thru the years a saw same people working there they customer services skills is VERY POOR. They gave you wrong parts and do not responsibility of they errors and if you ask them for returns they ca not guide you properly .
They have the worst customer service right away from the start of the conversation the guys is a d!€& doesn't want to help or look anything up. Don't understand why I am always respectful so no reason for it . They have good prices and don't have to pay for the shipping but this guys attitude makes rather pay for the shipping then have to conversate with him. dude should just quit and look for work somewhere else if he hates it that much. I will never purchase another item from them and will never recommend them and even go out of my way to make sure anyone I know makes another purchase until this guys is gone. 7
They have great customer service and many body parts that you can't find anywhere else. Their prices are extremely cheap and or cost-effective!
They don’t keep cards on file. Makes paying a big hassle. Worth it to go somewhere more technologically savvy.
Terrible customer service, guy at front desk is arrogant and rude. He was playing with his phone and have me waiting until he was done. He made me feel like I was stupid for not understating the way they work. Will not come back. People at front desk should have a better face. I like their product and prices but if they could hire a better front desk person I would have rated 5 stars. Customer services is huge.

I purchased a front bumper and the fit was really off, I tried returning it but the guy at the front counter said nope because I had sanded an area already even tho the bumper was the problem. I purchased another one thinking maybe It was just that one but this one also didn’t come as a perfect fit there was a huge gap on both sides it was really off. I went back to return it the guy at the front counter remembered me from previously trying to return the other one. Immediately he started giving me attitude and I told him about it and he insulted me in Spanish I asked for his name he refused to give it to me and told me in Spanish that he didn’t give an F if i reported him. I’m very disgusted on the level of service I received, people like this could really bring peoples businesses down.
Best value for quality aftermarket parts. I only wish there was a way to check prices and inventory online. Would save a lot of time.
The parts I got were good, with a great price. But the front counter people were pretty rude to me, straight through the door. I will make sure I seek out other places before I shop here again, just because I was mistreated by the staff.
Awesome place to get cheap body parts for most cars. They don't always have stuff for newer models but they usually do if it's before 2010. The quality is even pretty decent for the price that's paid. Can't beat cheap parts that have decent quality. Way better than eBay parts that's for sure.
They have good prices and everything is of good quality. The only problem is a worker named Ruben, he is very rude to the customers and he doesn't like the Latino community and he is also Latino.
So i assist friends installing items and i always recommend this place. I have purchased several items over the years at this place, front and rear bumpers for 2 different cars, 6 side mirrors for 3, rear view mirror for 2, too many front and rear lights to count and various other items. on a scale of 1-5 of the business i would rank the following customer service= 2 (not exactly the friendliest bunch) Parts= 4 (literally 1 part was wrong) Color matching= 5 (never had a complaint) price for new= 5 (can't find a better place, maybe online rarity though) I have never had them install anything themselves so i cannot comment on that. but as for the part itself great. this place has my business when it comes to parts.
As a bodyshop owner I have purchased parts from interstate for nearly 20 years. For the most part the parts have been decent and priced well for aftermarket parts. The customer service has always left a little to be desired but worth putting up with for the prices. That changed today! We purchased a headlight for a repair. After install we were having a problem with other lights on the vehicle. We sent it out to have the vehicle checked for electrical issues and it was found that there was a short in the new headlight. We had that repaired to make sure our customer was taken care of. We approached interstate for credit to cover the repair. We were told we could remove the defective light and they would replace it but refused to cover the repair or to even offer credit towards future purchases. This is extremely disappointing to be treated this way after spending tens of thousands of dollars with this company over the past 2 decades.
I don't understand if you have a Hispanic person who doesn't want to attend to Customers because they don't speak English, it's a shame to have a person there working and that people who don't help them speak Spanish because they don't speak English to let them go without attending them
