Hard to do Bussiness with, unprofessional not willing to help, arrogant employees, especially Jeff! It’s been a number of times when I called about a part, and asked about how long it would take to get it ready, they always act like they don’t care about anything. Last situation just completely blown it! I called about a part Friday talked with Jeff about it explained to him that we need it asap because we are working on the car and have Custumer waiting, he confirmed that they had the part, also mentioned that they were not busy that day and told me he would check and give me a call with in 40 min to let me know. No phone call followed, he even mentioned that the part was most likely already off and seating on the shelf. I called Labrum auto next door the guys there were super helpful and gave me the part I needed no hassle. Monday mid day Jeff called me and said that he had the part, when I told him I already got it from Labrum he started to give me nasty attitude. Not sure how I can do business with this place, that’s not the first time I run into issues with them.
Out of state customer from over 1300 miles away. Worked closely with Brett to source parts for a vehicle. Super friendly and answered all of my questions. Would definitely work with again in the future.
Purchased an engine from out of state with 70k miles. Engine starts and sounds very smooth 😎 purchase process was very easy. Shipping option was cheap but required a bay so i had it shipped to a freight forwarder, then my house. I purchased monday, it shipped Wednesday and the forwarder received it Friday. Jeff sent me emails every step of the way, from the engine pre-shipment to the shipping docs, and he was very communicative ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a horrible experience! I live hours away. I called multiple times to verify payment and part availability. After hours of driving, had issues paying for the part, to end up receiving the WRONG part! Had to go to a completely different part yard to get what I needed for a higher cost, simply because All Truck and Car doesn’t have their inventory squared away, their employees don’t know the difference between a front differential and a transfer case, and their customer service is terrible! Instead of doing what they can to help the customer they basically throw their hand up and say sorry, I can’t help you because you are upset. Incompetent employees for the job they are performing and zero customer service for helping people out….. very disappointed! I included the photo of what was supposed to be a “transfer case”….. but is actually a “front differential”!!! 🤦🏼♀️
Ordered a transfer case for a 15 rav4 .. they told me i would get it here 11/02 still nothing.. jeff is the one I talked but doesn’t even bother to call or at least to tell me why it’s taking so long.. 0 stars
I would get negative 5 stars for this place except there wasn't a negative 5 period when I called in to ask about apart for a vehicle they said I don't know just come down and look I said can you look for me I only have one ride didn't even take the time to look on the phone or anything and it wasn't very nice on the phone
I read other views and was a bit skeptical of working with these guys. But they had the exact color and year of car that I needed parts from and I could pick up locally instead of having to get shipped. They had all the parts I needed pulled within the same day that I called and ordered them. I worked with Jeff Winder and he was great and stayed in touch with me and very good communication. I'll definitely recommend them to others and will do business in the future!!
If I could give a zero that would be more accurate! I was sold the WRONG transmission and told, “sorry we inventoried it wrong. Send it back and then once we receive it we will credit your $2300.” So then I ask will you send an email that states you make the mistake and are giving us a full refund?” His response is “No!” Just a bunch of crooks!!!
Last place you want to do business with , very rude and unprofessional staff , they literally fighting with you and not understanding what the business is about , junk , rusty and overpriced parts , all front salesmen are lucky to work and make money there , save your day and find somewhere else to deal with

Advertised a door color black, but when delivered it was brown. Called and they said:" we dont promise the color". Hmmm, why dont you warn your customers before we pay? Why do you even mention the color then.. when put a description online?
I had a great experience here! I have been looking for several months for a side mirrow for our vehicle (it was clipped and damaged) and was dismayed at the prices I encountered at the dealership and other used auto part locations. Not only did All Truck and Car have the correct part and color (happy luck), but Stavaro was friendly and helpful on the phone. Not only did he confirm that they had the correct part, but he pulled it quickly that day and I was able to pick it up that very afternoon. Their price was much lower than other prices I had been quoted which was another plus. When I arrived at the location not only was it organized and clean (much different than other places I had visited,) I was met and greeted by several employees with smiles and a willingness to help. After paying for the part, Stavaro went above and beyond and actually removed the old mirror and installed the new one! This was certainly not expected on my end, but was definitely so appreciated. Two other friendly employees came out to to see if he needed help. This was such a refreshing experience after all of the other hassle I had been through trying to find the correct part. Many yards I had visited you needed to bring your own tools to remove the part and they were actually kind of scary to visit. It was also a challenge to confirm if they did or didn't have the correct part due to them not answering the phone, not having an updated inventory etc. Not only did I feel comfortable visiting this location, I felt that I was well taken care of by the employees during every part of the transaction. I would definitely come here again and would recommend to friends.
Fast response times, and they were very fast to help me find a fairly rare engine, and let me know where to find it and not waste hours calling around! 10/10 would recommend!
Called and asked about tracking a crankcase down. He said no we only sell whole engines. So.i said ok the let's see how much for an engine
He then said oh we dont have anything for you here .never even asked the vehicle. As a mechanic I used to send several customers a month there .I will never allow any of my customers to.shop with alltruck ever again. Sad when someone who calls in weekly to order parts is lied to and dismissed
Never ever again and little to no knowledge. I miss the employees from 6 years ago they actually cared and knew what they were talking about
This place was really nice inside. The part we were looking for they didn't have in stock, but I was also told about a website that maybe I could find the auto part I was looking for without having to drive all over town.
Had a great experience here. They let me look at all the parts before I paid for them and even went and found a part that I hadn't originally asked for. Quick service and knowledgeable staff.
Robert, assisted with a purchase of a good for me, he responded with an email right away after me asking a question, I work at Joesge and repair electronics and they treat the customers the same as we do! I’m very happy he is there, he deserves a raise!
I have purchased parts for years. This place was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They claim they warranty their parts for 90 days. What they don’t tell you is the hoops you have to go through to return anything. Trust me when I say “go back, it a trap”! All Truck inc will never have my business again. They are cocky, rude and unprofessional. There are so many other place that will take good care of you. Don’t waste your time or money on All Truck Inc.
Bought a rear end from this place they told me it came out of a 99 Silverado. I picked it up got home took out my rear end went to put this one in and it didn’t fit. I found the model number and looked it up and it came out of a 2001 ford. I tried to take it back to them and they said they are charging me a 25% re stocking fee. I drove all the way up there went to drop it off and they said since the bar code sticker is removed they won’t take it back. I’ll never be coming here again
I'm in the process of rebuilding a truck. The guy doing my body told me to get rear driver door, because of rust forming in the pinch seam. I found one at All Truck and Car auto recycling. I purchased the door and right when I get home to unload it I realize it was the passenger door I needed. (My body guys fault for telling me wrong and my fault for not checking) so I call up next day (would have been same day but they were closed) and though sales person was friendly they wont exchange or return it......I never even unloaded it from my car.....there great to work with untill you have a problem then dont count on them helping out...also realize all the automotive scrap yards are networked together so they sell parts to each other a fact there sales person validated with me when i was picking up the door (ever wonder why you pay a retainer fee and have to wait to physically see the part....) they just add a fee on top of it if they pick it up from another yard. Right when i got off the phone with them them I found another door at another yard.....lol i guess its better for (business) to pay for two doors instead of one.....this is really what the automotive salvage industry is turning into and it's sad.
Update: Some of my buddies told me that the owner of all truck had replied to my review. This update is from responding to the owners Reply 6 months after I posted this review.......in it he states his sales guy made a mistake and should of accepted my return...well I still have that damn door chilling in my garage (due to the fact I had to purchase another door) so I thought hey I see where he's coming from it's his employees mistake and he's taking care of it. I called and gave him the chance to make it right and I would give him his door back which as I have said he is a salvage yard and linked to all other salvage yards so I know it would definitely resell sooner or later...I left him a message and after two weeks of no reply...I decided to follow up on this review I mean the people deserve to know who they are working with right?? so here ya go when there sales department makes a ((mistake)) the management right up to the owner of the company will not make it right......wow I would think really hard before you buy anything through these guys...I bought a door..... I don't even want to think about buying an engine or any powertrain parts from these guys with the amount of money involved and seeing how there company operates....my advice go through another company one with values and integrity.
Additional comments. All Truck &Car claimed my husband showed up after their office had closed at 6 PM. Which is not correct. My husband showed up between 2-3pm. My husband is not one to show up after a company closes. We were in dire need of that part. There was no mention that they were closed for the day. Which they obviously weren’t because he showed up before six. They just didn’t want to do their job. And it’s sad that they’re stating that he showed up after hours when that is not the case just so that they can show face on Google maps. Just be honest and admit that your company screwed up and that your customer service was not up to par like it should’ve been.
I called here after calling several places. I was told that they were great with customers and could possibly have what we needed. I called and explained to them that I needed the part within the next day so that I could travel out of town. They did not have the year of the same vehicle I had, but they had a car 2 years newer. They told me my husband was more than welcome to come look at the part and make sure it would work and if it did they would sell it to him that day. My husband drove over an hour to look at the vehicle after I was told by an associate who spoke with a manager that my husband could come look at it to make sure it would work and pull it if need be. My husband got all the way there was told he could not look at the vehicle to make sure it would work and that they could not pull the part till the following day. My husband explained that I had already talked to someone and was told that he could look at it and get the part today. He was then told by the kid at the counter that he could have it today for an extra $25. I am so disappointed and will not recommend this company to anyone. I am more frustrated that I was told we could look at the vehicle to make sure that the part would work on that my husband could have it that day only to have him drive an hour and to be told completely opposite. They need to get on the same page or be upfront and honest when people call in.
Unfriendly atmosphere when I walked in the shop. I said hello loud hoping for all 3 counter employees to respond and not one acknowledge. When I was returning a part, I had to repeat my reasons 4 times and it seems that they weren't happy for returning a part. Also, I paid the part in cash and received a check for the return that seem ackward to me.
I bought a door for my car and a couple days later i decided i was going to sell the car instead of fix the door. I went to return the door but they wouldn't take it. They said they don't take body panels back. They said "it says right there in the receipt that we don't take them back". That's great but when its on the receipt it already to late. I wish they would have told me that when i purchased it. That way i would have thought twice about buying it and at least known that I wouldn't be able to return it. I'm just frustrated with the situation. On the positive, they did pull the door and have it ready in one day.
Overpriced and lack of customer service. Front salesman told me it would take a day to cut a pigtail off of an easily accessible part of the car. He also wanted $75 for it. I went down the street to a different business and they cut the pigtail I needed in 5 minutes and charged me $35. I get that a business cant drop everything for every customer that walks in the door, but as he told me it would take a day, I saw one employee at the front counter on his phone and another behind the glass in the back just standing there. I was very happy to give my money to another business that wanted it more than All Truck & Car, and am giving that business a 5 star review.
Much like Kayla's review. I also purchased a part from All Truck recently. I communicated to "Fred" that my car was effectively dead until I received the replacement parts to fix it. It literally takes less than 30 minutes to remove this particular part from the car. But he assured me that the parts would arrive soon... Turns out the parts car wasn't dismantled when they said it would be, and the part wasn't shipped when they told me it would be (as I live outside of UT). I called several times for an update on my part, my phone calls were not returned and if I did get someone on the line they'd give me some asinine excuse as to why they haven't shipped the part yet. It became very clear to me that they were very helpful up until your money was in their hands. Good luck getting the parts on time after the fact! Finally my $$$ part arrived finally banged up from the dismantler tech (READ: not shipping damage), and incomplete. Again I had to call several times to try and resolve the issue. I was given the run around, with no real explanation as to why the part arrived damaged or why it was missing parts... Finally I was told that is how this particular part is sold "industry standard" they claimed (which is an out-and-out LIE) and on top of that the missing parts were sold to another customer and there was nothing more they could do for me. STAY AWAY from ALL TRUCK & CAR INC. Bad business model with absolutely no regard to the customer after your hard earned cash is in their hands! BEWARE!!!
If you want to overpay so that you don't have to pull parts off wrecked cars yourself then this is the place. Some stuff is priced ok here. But we came for a seat heater switch which they wanted 50$ for. We ended up pulling one off in 1 min at pick-n-pull and paid $5...
I do a lot of work with different junk yards and this one is by far the worst. It has now happened to me twice i call ask for a part reserve it go pay for it then they tell me to come back and pick it up on Monday. Once i drove 3 hours to get there and they wanted me to come back on Monday when they already had the whole day before to at least tell me it wouldnt be ready til monday. I wont be back.
