I came in to get my tongue pierced and Jade immediately made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was very professional, quick, and did a good job explaining everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. The staff is very knowledgeable. I went into get an industrial. But my ear was not suited for it. The staff kindly helped me find a piercing that was close. While getting it done. Things didn't go according to plan. But with quick thinking and fast action. They came up with a solution fast. And keep me as pain free as possible. Will definitely be going here again.
This place is already incredibly great! I came in just needing to remove my jewelry last-minute before a surgery and was so happy to find them open. Sas was so helpful and willing to take them out for me, and give me helpful tips. I love the whole vibe of the place and how professional but personal it felt. I went to jade after receiving the WORST piercing of my life at another shop. But I was so excited because I had wanted it for so long, when I walked in Jade gave me a big hug and then I felt like I was in good hands. We went back and she had to sadly take it out. But jade was so supportive, gentle and kind the whole time. I highly recommend going to her or any of her colleagues.
