I had Sas do my piercings, and Jade did my son's. They were both amazing! The piercings I got are supposed to be quite painful, but I just felt brief tugging. Sas took the time to make sure the placement would be completely even and straight, then ensured that I knew what she was doing, what to expect, and that I was ready. She was naturally calming. I will most definitely be going to her for all my other piercings.
My son finally decided that it was time to get his ears pierced, being afraid of the pain. He said that Jade was amazing! She kept him calm and, when we were both finished, he said it didn't hurt much at all and will go to her for any and all future piercings. This is incredible to hear from this teen.
And the pricing was great. When I got my daith pierced and a different studio, I had to buy the jewelry separate and paid the same amount for 2 daith piercings that I did for the 4 with the jewelry included, and I got much better service at Dermal Decor - plus a card for each of us that gives a discount on either the next piercing or jewelry.
Jade was so sweet and attentive and generous. She's amazing. She takes the best care of you and makes you comfortable. Highly highly recommend her for your piercing needs.
Got a double nostril piercing from Jade and she was awesome! She double checks anatomy before going through with ANY piercing and really makes sure you are comfortable through the whole process.

I came in to get my tongue pierced and Jade immediately made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was very professional, quick, and did a good job explaining everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I was super nervous coming in but it wasn't too painful and I left with a super cute piercing. Will definitely keep coming back for all my next ones!
I saw the place and peeked in just to see if they were open because I thought I needed some saline solution. They weren’t, but as I was walking away the owner came up to me and said they didn’t open for another 45 minutes but asked what I needed. She let me come in, looked at my piercings, and told me I just needed a post downsize instead of more cleaning solution. She did the downsize for me right then and there. Everything was clean, she was super nice and professional, and literally passed on an opportunity to sell me something to take care of me instead. 100% will be going here next time I need something for my piercings! They have a great jewelry selection as well! I wish I’d gotten my piercings

We have been to Jade for second piercings, third piercings and the helix. She is amazing with the placement and is so detailed in her piercings. Her experience is definitely worth the price! She explains everything so well and makes certain you are happy with the finished result. She is so sweet and I highly recommend her!
I got my snake bites a few months ago and it was such a wonderful experience! My piercer Jade was so sweet and funny and I genuinely had a great time! The process itself and healing process went very smoothly! If you are thinking about getting a piercing I really recommend Dermal Decor. This place is amazing!! Me and my aunt went and booked an appointment the whole process was extremely smooth. The vibe in there is immaculate! My aunt got her nose pierced, and I got my dermal. Jade did amazing we’re talked me through what she was going to do made sure I was ready and it was done in under a minute!!! My dermal lays the exact way I want it and i have not had a single issue it was the best experience and I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you guys for our experience! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a piercing. Love this place and I am for sure coming back!!
The staff is very knowledgeable. I went into get an industrial. But my ear was not suited for it. The staff kindly helped me find a piercing that was close. While getting it done. Things didn't go according to plan. But with quick thinking and fast action. They came up with a solution fast. And keep me as pain free as possible. Will definitely be going here again.
This place is already incredibly great! I came in just needing to remove my jewelry last-minute before a surgery and was so happy to find them open. Sas was so helpful and willing to take them out for me, and give me helpful tips. I love the whole vibe of the place and how professional but personal it felt. I am very excited to come back here more often!!
I went in to see what options were available for replacing my industrial piercing. Dermal Decor exceeded all my expectations for what to expect going in. I've gone to other studios before and had really bad experiences, but Dermal Decor was friendly, informative and completely transparent with prices. They went out of their way to make sure I knew how my piercings worked so I could make informed decisions on what to buy. They were also very diligent in making sure to help me find options within my budget. So I walked out with jewelry I both loved and could afford. Their prices were very reasonable too! I was able to get more than what I planned on. All-in-all a very positive experience. I will be going to Dermal Decor for all future piercing and jewelry needs. I highly recommend this place!!
Jade is amazing and has done four of my piercings now. They always look so good and the process is super fast and easy. I really love this place and the interior is so cute and welcoming.

Jade was so freaking amazing. I had a huge bump on my nose piercing that had a hoop in it. I was in from out of town, 500 miles away from home, so freaked that it was gonna get infected. Went to a different piercing shop that wouldn't help me at all, basically said "good luck". Called Jade in the parking lot of that place and she was so sweet and welcoming. I drove right over and she had me in and out in 10 minutes, new jewelry and feeling way better. If you live in the SLC area, definitely go here for all your piercing needs, I would if I lived here.

There are very few places I would voluntarily return to in earnest to be stabbed multiple times. In fact, I could count the number of places on one hand, and you could probably take a few fingers. Dermal Decor is at the top of the list.
Seriously, Jade does amazing work. She made me feel relaxed in a situation that I've felt nervous about my whole life (needles). When I got in the chair, I was as comfortable as sitting in my own house. First session was beginning of May, four piercings in my left ear. Got the itch for another round, so my second appointment was end of June, my left eyebrow and right nostril. Soon as I'm healed up, I'll be back for the left ear and another four piercings. Probably the other side of my nose, as well.

I went to jade after receiving the WORST piercing of my life at another shop. But I was so excited because I had wanted it for so long, when I walked in Jade gave me a big hug and then I felt like I was in good hands. We went back and she had to sadly take it out. But jade was so supportive, gentle and kind the whole time. I highly recommend going to her or any of her colleagues.
I recently had the pleasure of getting pierced by Chandra, and I cannot say enough about how incredible she is at her craft. From the moment I walked in, her calm and professional demeanor made me feel completely at ease. What truly sets Chandra apart is her attention to detail. she doesn’t rush the process, and she takes the time to ensure everything is perfectly placed and done with precision.
She explained every step, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her workspace was immaculate, and you can tell she takes hygiene and safety very seriously, which gave me so much peace of mind.
The piercing itself turned out beautifully, clean, symmetrical, and exactly how I envisioned it. Chandra clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in the results. I absolutely loved my experience at Dermal Decor! The piercing process was explained to me as we went (which made me so, so, so much more comfortable), everyone was friendly and welcoming too!! Very professional environment as well which is really important to me so I knew I was in good hands. So far my piercings have been healing super well, no issues at all!! Came here to get my angel fangs done a month ago and I love them so much. My piercer Chandra did an amazing job walking me through the process of piercing and after care. She was incredibly sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She let me know exactly what she was doing so there was no surprise. The pricing is about the average you’ll find at most piercing place and was well worth it in my opinion. Great choice for a first time piercing.
My girls, their dad, and I went in for piercings for my youngest's birthday. Not only were they great with the last minute scheduling of my oldest who decided two hours before the appointment that she wanted to join, junior was very patient breaking down for us the cost before hand and making sure we were okay with everything before we moved forward.
Junior was so patient and interacted with the girls the entire time. He was very informative and made sure to explain every tool and step before we even started, to help them feel comfortable. He took so much time and care (even drawing a little heart in the birthday girl's ear) to make them feel at ease and keep it a pleasant experience. I went before my girls and got my second lobe piercings. He let them watch to help them understand the process and he was very clean and precise. He made sure to be very detailed regarding after care and healing and answered all our questions.
All in all an amazing experience and I will be recommending this place 10/10. Will be going back for my other piercings in the future.
