I, have had them, do machine work, for 15 years. No problems, they treat you right, I, don't do much engine work, anymore but they would be my choice, for automotive machine work. Thanks Curtis for being a good friend.

Still the same Ole good work and service on my end . Intact they went above and beyond. I took a head in to get checked for cracks no cracks but when I ask how much do I owe you curt said we're checking this one on the house . Been a long time since I've heard that . .. the head looked like new it was clean not a speck of dirt or grease on it . Thanks guys

These guys did a great job on the heads for my F-150. Very helpful and gave advice on parts that were Ok and others that needed replacement. Prices were reasonable. Will do business again.

I would never recommend anybody to go to this place for anything I called about a part for my engine that I was building and just because I was not having them rebuild my motor the gentleman on the phone proceeded to be rude and act childish and hang up on me in my ear so with that bad and poor of customer service I could only imagine how poor they're work is to match

I'll never be back. Very unprofessional. If you post hours, then f'ing be there!. I was told to come back, and when I did, doors locked. No one. Today, he acted like that was my fault.. What a joke these guys are.

This company dose not have the right machine to do aluminium heads yet they still do them they have a 20 year old machine that is for steel heads. So your motor will have leaking head gaskets or will blow a head gasket right away. They also reuse metal gaskets on heads so save the headache and take your stuff some where that you can actually see the floor.

These guys were great. I came to them with a very difficult piece of work, drilling some broken bolts out of some pretty deep holes. Nobody, including me, was sure whether it was even possible, but they said they'd give it their best shot. It turned out to not be possible, so they returned my stuff and didn't charge me a penny for the attempt. Very nice guys, very professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to go to them again.

Fantastic machine shop. Had them do some work on a couple of engines amazing. Will continue to come here again. I love going to mom and pop or smaller shops such as this one prices are very reasonable.

They have rebuilt 3 engines for me a 351 Cleveland, 7.3 Diesel, and a 250 Chevy. They all run like a champ and it's been years. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good work for good prices.

Great service, very honest they are, I have been going there for majority of the machine work that is needed for the projects I take on, they are up front with quick turn around.

These guys are great. Great service, great turnaround time, good prices, and very honest. Instead of rebuilding my cylinder head like I asked them to, they told me it was blown and garbage and give it back to me. No cost. And they cleaned my intake manifold for free.

Took my cars head (1999 Honda CR-V) there and the gasket set they supplied was bad. The factory used gaskets were better. It had leaking valve seals and was blowing smoke after they were done with it. I will not go back. Just looking for a new machine shop. Also from their supplied kit were other gaskets that just snapped (O-Ring type) on the injectors. I would have taken it back in but was ready to get that car back on the road and out of the garage.

I have been using these guys for 17+ years They have done work on my 1946 flat head ford to my 2008 Corvette. I recently had them resurface the LS3 heads on my Vette and no problems. I have had them also do a resurface on neighbors Honda without issues although it took them a couple of days longer than first promised. I will be back when needed.

Have had lots of work done here. Lots of previous work was done very well. Recently took a 350 block in to be cleaned with new cam bearings and freeze plugs. Was not very satisfied with the cleaning but the big kicker is they left a freeze plug in the block. When I brought it back in they would redo the cleaning and tried to tell me the freeze plug was from a previous owner and it wouldn't cause any blockage. At that point I knew I would never go back. The way they treated me as a disgruntled customer was ridiculous. Had them take the old plug out and they didn't even have another one to put back in. Really liked this shop but recent work for me and a few friends has shown me that they are not what they used to be

I went to south valley machine because I wanted my 1964 ford motor rebuilt. I have a 223 straight six. within 100 miles of driving my head gasket was leaking so I took the engine back to them they claimed I overheated the engine. I knew with the engine being new I had to watch the gauges this engine never over heated. they fought with me but had another shop do the head gasket. I got the engine back. I drive maybe 1500- 2000 miles a year tops on my old truck. my engine just went out major knock inside the engine. I have less than 15000 miles on since rebuild. I know if I go in they will do nothing for me especially since they didn't want to do anything for me with the head gasket that went out after less than 100 miles. I was told if a head gasket was going out that fast it wasn't rebuilt correctly in the first place. ALL THAT MONEY. JUST SO YOU KNOW! they will tell you they warranty their work this is a lie. they will fight you all the way not to correct anything they did wrong. DO NOT WAYSTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE!. I have complained to other people about this and am not the only one that has had problems with this machine shop.
