After waiting over a year for a truck to be built it has been nothing more than an electrical THAT WAS NOT A FORD ISSUE, nightmare within four months of being put into service. The truck is truly a Gremlin in the sense as soon as it gets wet you are assaulted by a barrage of electrical fault codes which incessantly ding which will drive you nuts after an hour of driving. Turn on the lightbar and spot lights on the wrecker unit and you're guaranteed to blow atleast two fuses. Jeff has been nothing more than a treasure trove of unreturned phone calls and excuses. Amazing place. Went in during there busy time. Someone immediately came out to look at my wreaker. Jordan was able to find my problem and fix it even though they had other trucks that needed repair that was there first. Jordan was fast and knew what he was doing. He also was very respectful. He knew I had to get it done fast and get back out on the road.
