Guy came out of no where when I ran out of gas on I15 at 1 in the morning. Very friendly. Left and got back with with gas even even before my roadside assistance would even acknowledge my request. Great people. Great service!

Ali, my only source of help in this moment of crisis, arrived around 9 PM. As we set off for Salt Lake City at midnight, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of gratitude. Ali was not just an excellent driver; he approached everything with a level of care and safety that put me at ease. After a long night on the road, we finally rolled into Salt Lake City at 6 AM, exhausted but safe. He went above and beyond, even taking the time to drop me off at a hotel, suggesting we unload my car after I had a chance to rest.
Later that day, as noon approached, we finished unloading, and I was relieved to find that not a single part of my car had been damaged. In a world that often feels cold and indifferent, it’s people like Ali who restore my faith in humanity. He came out for me at 4PM in the afternoon Saturday and worked until 4PM Sunday. He got me to a hotel. He even was nice enough to drive 70 miles so I can get home while my car is at a mechanic. His kindness and willingness to help reminded me that good-hearted souls still exist among us. Please treat this man and his coworker Ivan right... Without their compassion and dedication, the world would indeed be a much colder place. They deserve all the respect you have.

The owner, Hassan Ali, had found me on the side of the road in Arizona when my car had begun to overheat. He stopped and helped me look at it and said he'd follow behind me since he was headed the same way I was. When my car overheated again on the highway, He pulled over again and helped hook up my car and tow me to the nearest gas station before helping me learn how to cool my car off a bit more. My coolant had been too dirty and was turning my engine into a heater, at least that's how he explained it to me. Once I had gotten set up and situated he followed behind me the rest of the way to Salt Lake City where he got me fixed up with a mechanic of his. He then took me around the city with him for 48 hours while my car was being fixed (the mechanic had a few more people to fix up ahead of me so the wait was expected). I highly recommend this company if you are in a tight pinch and need help. Thank you to everyone and a special thanks to Hassan!

Helping out a friend and his car died. I reached out to Plowgian Auto for suggestions on who to call to have the vehicle towed. They recommended State Towing & Transport. I got a flat just after the storm tonight. I must have picked up something in the road as my tire went flat in seconds. I pulled over to change my tire and before I knew it Ali appeared to offer assistance. I told him I could handle it but he parked his tow truck to protect us an basically took over changing my tire. I ended up helping him complete the task and he bid me a good evening. I gave him some cash and thanked him. With an employee like that I know who I'm calling next time I need a tow.
So excited to announce I blew a tire and needed a tow. 🤦♂️ Within 5 minutes I was in contact with the owner/operator and minutes later a truck was in route. This is my first tow with them and this post is happening live. I will update when they arrive and report on progress/service.
Update: They showed up very timely. I’ve had many tow’s in my life, and Hassan is the nicest tow driver I’ve ever met. Got the car loaded up smoothly and dropped off without any problems.

My car died in a super awkward spot on 2300. I called State Towing and the service was so great. They gave me a timeline, were there when they said they’d be. Took great care of my car, put it up on a flatbed. And the cost was super affordable, way less than I was expecting. I guess you could say I got champagne service on a beer budget. 😬 Although I hope not to need them, I’ll use them whenever I need a tow!!
