My story begins in Rock Springs, Wyoming, a place where I found myself stranded, broken down, and alone on a Saturday evening at 5 PM. With a car that refused to cooperate and a heart full of desperation, I called over 30 towing companies, only to be met with steep quotes of $2,000 for a 350-mile round trip or outright refusals. Just when hope seems lost, State Towing came to my rescue with an unbelievably good quote. Ali, my only source of help in this moment of crisis, arrived around 9 PM. As we set off for Salt Lake City at midnight, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of gratitude. Ali was not just an excellent driver; he approached everything with a level of care and safety that put me at ease. After a long night on the road, we finally rolled into Salt Lake City at 6 AM, exhausted but safe. He went above and beyond, even taking the time to drop me off at a hotel, suggesting we unload my car after I had a chance to rest. Later that day, as noon approached, we finished unloading, and I was relieved to find that not a single part of my car had been damaged. In a world that often feels cold and indifferent, it’s people like Ali who restore my faith in humanity. He came out for me at 4PM in the afternoon Saturday and worked until 4PM Sunday. He got me to a hotel. He even was nice enough to drive 70 miles so I can get home while my car is at a mechanic. His kindness and willingness to help reminded me that good-hearted souls still exist among us. Please treat this man and his coworker Ivan right... Without their compassion and dedication, the world would indeed be a much colder place. They deserve all the respect you have.
Guy came out of no where when I ran out of gas on I15 at 1 in the morning. Very friendly. Left and got back with with gas even even before my roadside assistance would even acknowledge my request. Great people. Great service!
